I have been disable & cannot go around the store to get my groceries. This particular Smart & Final is in my neighborhood where I get my groceries. After being sick I need their electric cart or scooter they called. Every time I get there the scooter is either not charged or not in close proximity. They are always little irritated when I ask for the scooter. This morning I went their 9 am for groceries they were irritated & told me to get the cart when I could not even see where it is. Three employees were chatting there but none of them show any interest to get the cart or help the disable person. I asked for the manager they all said she is in a meeting. Managers are always in a meeting.When I insisted she came out and I complained to her. This store had a great manager who is no longer there but this new manager seems like not aware of laws in the land. She did not train her employees right. I may not be able to go to this store for groceries anymore for their negative attitudes. This will cause hard ship for a senior citizen like me.

Parking was horrible today, probably because of the bar/restaurant next door , they took all of the parking spots from Smart & Final, manager from Smart and final should go talk to the manager of the restaurant and control the situation.

Easy in and out. Usually very clean and with friendly staff. On this day the line was pretty long and slow though with only two lanes open.

accused of shoplifting, loss prevention literally grabs my bag full of personal items and dumps it all out without my permission. right in the front of the store in front of everyone. like i said: youre literally indignant that a homeless woman would dare to steal food. actually ive been here a few times before and although the prices are ridiculous (wholesale but actually marked up based on weight), most of your employees are pretty nice. i wasnt trying to hide anything; i could barely breathe. as one of your employees pointed out when offering me a covid mask. im asthmatic. youll be fine. thanks for caring how i am.

I have only been to this Smart & Final and will never go again. I went to get a Refund on an Apple Gift Card with my receipt and the Cashier refused to refund the $50.00 Gift Card even though I had a receipt. I asked If I could exchange it because I don't buy Apple Products and she told me to come back when they weren't so busy. She was extremely rude. I called back later that day and spoke with the Manager, Samantha Torres who was even nastier and extremely rude. She said they didn't refund or exchange Gift Cards even if you have a Receipt. "All sales are Final" was the last thing she said before hanging up. It doesn't say this anywhere on the receipt or in the store postings. This is an illegal practice and I have since reported them to the California Attorney General. AG Bonta's Office. I have also contacted their CEO David G. Hirz at their corporate office in the City Commerce to let him know about how they treat their customers in Azusa. You would think during the Holidays they would have better customer service , but not at this location especially with this selfish and heartless manager, Samantha Torres.

This Smart & Final location is really top notch. I have been to several locations and they all pale in comparison. This store is very well kept both in appearance and inventory. The staff is very pleasant and hard working. The prices are typical for this type of store. The selection, I would day, is its real glory. It is a gourmet market similar to Trader Joe's. I feel in love the first time I walked into the store.

Always check expiration dates. I've had to return a few items on different occasions because of expired dates. Management was good and took care of it quickly.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Just last week, I saw that they were ready to get rid of all the Christmas balloons. When I asked someone, he told me that it was $1.50 each. I did have enough space in the car. Therefore, I went there with my SUV the second day and the manager didn't seem to know the price and quoted $3.50 each. I didn't want to give up and tried for the third time last week, bit they only had one left. Mando sold it to me for $1.00. Terrific!

Like the varieties and the displays. Super organized. Easy for shoppers. Only 2 checkouts when i was in line. Finally add 1 more on a Saturday early evening 6p.m. for such a big market might not be enough.

I stopped here to pick up a few things after picking up my grandson. This store is convenient to the azusa transit village. The store is clean, neat and nicely stocked. I am not in this area often but this is a really nice store. I got fresh green beans, spinach, a small block of sharp cheddar cheese, which reminds me to say, you can in fact buy smaller quantities. Whoever is the manager of this store, is doing a good job. There was a lady giving samples of frozen waffles which were good and we bought two boxes.

I like shopping at Smart n Final because its close to home, between 9am n 4pm there's minimal customers so its convenient n cashier shortage is not an issue..The prices could be adjusted l hardly ever see ".99 cent specials".. so l find myself going to the 99 cent store more frequently..

Best grocery store in the neighborhood. I know a few people who live in Rosedale that go here. Amazing customer service and and cashier Sydney wasn’t talkative but very friendly. (Don’t get me wrong; that’s best kind of cashier service you can ask for).

Smart & Final is the place to go if you want to get the great prices with the large amounts of groceries without having to buy a membership to one of the membership stores. Today we got 300 hot dog buns and 300 hamburger buns, for a big Gathering we were having tonight. It was great they got us out of there very fast and we were in and out of there in probably less than 20 minutes.

Just left this location and this is my experience. Granted this is a new store... there's little to no available parking spots that didn't have carts in them, no carts available that weren't locked in the cart returns throughout the parking lot, cashier systems were locking and managers were nowhere to be found. Store is beautiful, but understaffed and lacking knowledgeable personnel to handle simple customer relations and tech issues when necessary. Managers in question are Sam and Tim/Tom (one of the two names provided by cashier).I truly hope this store takes a turn for the better soon. I was SO excited to see a Smart and Final right down the street from me!2 stars for cleanliness of store and friendly staff.

Great shopping experience every time. They have great selections in every department. The freezer and water section are impressively well stocked and organized. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Best local grocery store.

Produce is not fresh and does not last through a week. From week to week there are several items that can't be found again. Bread selection lacks imagination and variety. Many Saturday mornings the dairy box looks like we are living in a third world country, bare and not stocked. When asking if they had a quart of a dairy item that was not stocked, the employee asked what a quart was. I have had many issues with out of code product still on the shelf. Employees are not familiar with the names of many vegetables they sell, even asking what is a chive when inquiring where they may be located. Employees lack basic grocery knowledge and always ask how your shopping experience was, but don't actually look at you or listen. Is it too much to expect someone that knows inventory? When you do offer comments, nothing changes.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service/Casiher I got today at our New Azusa Smart and Final Location. I purchased a case of Hass Avocados for a GREAT price and all the cashier could say to me was that I was being GREEDY!! And contuined with "Do you really NEED a case, for that price? What are you going to do with all those?" So my reply was YES, I need a case for that price. I have a large family and I work for a school. Its also called SHARING! Needless to say I am very disappointed with my shopping experience today and hope none of my fellow community members are treated like I was today. I even took a picture of the display to show how much the case was, because I couldn't believe the price. The produce guy was very nice and helpful. But the cashier needs more customer service training.After SHARING my good deal with 7 families I really wanted to return to the store and give the empty case box back to the cashier and let him know I SHARED with 7 families!

I like Smart & Final it's not as crowded as Costco and if you don't want to cook look the chicken is delicious get a chicken you'll pay under $10

Don’t even waste your time. They have more system issues than anything I have ever seen. Either the system doesn’t read the card, the scanner stops working, cash only... So on and so forth!! It’s just absolutely absurd. Go over to Target or pop down the street to Stater Bro’s.

Nice,clean and big store. Easy to get to. disabled parking available. Prices are a bit on the high side. But they have good sales.
