Everything about this place starting with CS to caring for your fur babies. I was in awe watching how the groomers connected w the animals. They also let me watch as they worked on one doggie in particular. My precious baby Friday is a little feisty with me trying to grow him. They gave him a 10 out if 10 in behavior. I absolutely love this place! Sierra Madre Pet Grooming and Spa has the most caring staff you can find. They are very professional, courteous, and provide top quality grooming. I have been taking my Luna (a Great Pyrenees) here for several months now and each and every time, she comes out looking so fresh and beautiful! I Love the personalized service they offer and truly get to know the pets they groom. Luna gets so many compliments every time she gets groomed here. I will say that they exceeded my expectations. Not only did my dog get a haircut, they treated him well. They asked a lot of questions on what he is okay with and not. First of all these people know what they are doing. I brought my furbaby here for the first time. They did an extremely good job cleaning him up, detangling his fur, trimming, cleaning and etc. I swear he came back a new different dog. I give this place 10/10 and highly recommend. Really close by to by workplace so I thought I would take my dogs in to try their services. I was happily surprised to find how well taken care my puppies were after their groom. Good quality care for the price I paid. I am very pleased to have found such an amazing place for my pups!

I absolutely love this grooming location. My dog always is groomed to perfection and he stays smelling good for longer than usual compared to other groomers I’ve tried. Maria is amazing, very kind, and considerate (to both me and my fur baby). I highly recommend it if you want your pet treated and groomed well.

What a great place! Family owned and ran, super clean and friendly and professional. They were able to get my pup in same day (the weekend before a holiday!) and he looks so good! His coat has never felt softer, and he seems happy too, and he hates baths. They even gave him a seasonal Bandana and I’m in love! I will definitely be coming here from now on!

My dog has aggression issues and I was super scared to get him groomed for the first time. He is an older dog and has not had the chance to be groomed because he lives with my grandfather. He is an Akita so matting happens and that's never fun. That being said, these wonderful people did an AMAZING job on him and took their time for my doggy to calm down and trust them. By the time I picked him up, he was de-matted, cleaned, shiny, and happy. I never thought all the fur could ever be brushed/blowed out but they did it and they did it super fast! Definitely recommend this place!

Lucy got surgery less than a month ago. I took her to get washed today and they were so careful and patient with her. I had a lot of questions and was very nervous but Maria and Reyes were very helpful. If you want to take your puppies or cats to get groomed or washed, THIS IS THE SPOT!
