How can the little cashier girl (didnt catch her name tag cause it was covered) get an attitude over doing what I was instructed to do AFTER READING THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BELL YOU ALL PUT OUT? personally I will never spend my money at this Dollar Tree thanks to that nasty attitude she has and her coworker just sitting there not correcting her behavior is also unacceptable so I walked out hopefully the line after me got helped promptly.

This is a second time I've gone to the Dollar Tree in Azusa. Yesterday I went to the Dollar Tree in San Dimas to get a few things but they didn't have some of the things that I normally get. I was very disappointed it seemed like there was a lot of empty shelves. Today I went to the Dollar Tree and Azusa and I was pleasantly surprised you're fine A well-stocked organized store. The aisles look really nice they are not cluttered and shelves had plenty of merchandise minus some sodas but that's to be expected during the Labor Day weekend. My congratulations to the manager of this Dollar Tree for such a nice clean organized store and I look forward to coming back again. Thank you very much I found what I needed.

Can't expect much from a dollar tree for great quality items, however it does have household items that are use daily that are disposable and cheap. Nice location with plenty of free parking and friendly cashier. Also has a restroom and everything cost about $1.25, so not really a dollar, but still cheaper than most places.

Younger front staff was helpful in what they are able to assist me with, this review is more for management & the process in which they handle issues. I ordered from their website the beginning of this month, recieved an email that my items arrived staff notifys me that it's not there that it'll be there the next day. The item isn't there, I was under the impression that I was speaking with management when I was notified that the item would be at their location the following week which apperantly wasn't the case. Fast forward a week my item still isn't here, it's been practically a month. My issue isn't that it's late, more so that no one is able to give me a straight answer as to when it'll get here and what the protocol for this situation actually is. According to management today, they fill out a form to send out to notify the item was never delivered my frustration was why wasn't this done in the first place when I gave them my info regarding the product. Management really needs to work on the was she speaks to people, own up to your mistakes and don't blame me for "just notifying you of the situation" when I had mentioned this to your staff! Teach your staff they work under YOU, own up to the mistakes of you/your staff and don't try to push it off onto other people. Ridiculous

Shooot I was like I’m broke where should I go, then... bam! there was the dollar tree. As soon as I walked in, it looked like a dollar tree. The building is like the trunk and branches while the people were the leaves, nice and helpful but priceless . There was one particular person that was great! Her name was Jennifer Garcia I believe after all I have Alzheimer’s but she has pretty eyes and let me tell you, she will give you your change in the right amount, and she was nice, the person who hired her did a good job choosing her. The managers should treat the employees like friends because these people are great. Would recommend stopping by if your around, and have a dollar, and maybe some cents just in case.

The store is fine, but the area is sketchy. Right after I parked, some lady was at my window asking for change. Also, noted other sketchy people walking around the area.

Even at 1.25 everyone is still getting a decent price in goods. People need to be patient waiting in line. I'm guessing this is why they can keep prices where they are at
