They won't let me try the ice cream. How do I know I'll like the ice cream if I haven't tasted it? Of course you benefit if I don't like it, my money went to the wind and you earned, but I was not satisfied with the perfect scheme of work😂. I wouldn't buy on principle if they wouldn't let me try the ice cream, it's ridiculous. I wouldn't eat the whole bucket of ice cream to taste it, you have little spoons and you can let people taste it, you don't get poorer for it (in case you didn't know).

I only got two pieces of fudge and it was delicious. They cost me $10 and just enough for two people for two days when craving sweets. The place is full of so many good looking sweets , kids would love it …they even have a big lollipop

I work here and I think I do an amazing job, I'd recommend the "apple pie a la mode" caramel apple, the affogato (shot of espresso over vanilla icecream), and lastly the horchata frozen drink

Very friendly staff, really good ice cream. You must try their coconut pineapple! So good and refreshing!Husband had the Mango with Chamoy and Tajin, it was really good too!

Ordinary ice cream and lacking creamy texture. The only unique feature of this store is that their ice cream is quite overpriced. Their death by chocolate ice cream is more like a light grace by chocolate. It's nice to have a quick bite on a hot day, but if you're looking for quality ice cream I'd suggest that you go elsewhere.

We were in catalina island looking to get a sugar fix lol and came across this place which was almost next to our hotel.We got the banana split and a horchata frappe. The banana split was really good, but the frappe was a different story. I guess being latino I'm used to fresh agua. Not frappe style but I'm sure there's plenty of people who like it .The store itself is cute lots of candy and decorations everywhere. The staff was having a ball making our order.

Ice cream was good to begin with, which I ordered in mocha/coffee flavored ice cream. Yet it looked like I was "underscooped" if you can even call it. Compared to the waffle cone size, in which I ordered to be.

I ordered frozen drinks — Coffee Toffee and Crème Brûlée. You can choose to top it with whipped cream or not. Prep was fast. Taste was nothing special. Alfresco seats are available. Credit card payment has additional charges.

There is an abundance of candy and some ice cream( I just like the cone) too and if you crave something sweet, you'll find it here. The line wasn't too long and they were allowing only a certain number of people in at a time.

Really fun old fashioned candy and ice cream joint. The smell of the waffle cones and ice cream is dreamy. The best part for me are the candy/caramel apples, the chocolate covered ones with almonds are addictively delicious. Fun place to treat the whole family.

It’s very rare that I’m so displeased with a business that I take time to write a review, but If you’re looking for a place with good customer service, avoid this shop altogether. Staff is rude. They acted like they had better things to do than wait on customers. One of the women got snappy with a young child in front of me in line (he was no older than 9 years old) when THEY GOT HIS ORDER WRONG. Overpriced. They didn’t even fill the cones up. Literally just a spoonful to sit on top of the cone. Also, beware of the additional charge if you need a spoon. Spend your money elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

=< Candy Apple tasted like nothing if that's possible. The Carmel had absolutely no flavor and was super hard. Sad day :[ My boyfriend liked the ice cream but I believe it's Dryers so no surprise it wasn't horrible. But skip the candy apples they tasted old and flavorless. Disappointed =/ The employees were nice that's why the 3 stars. Otherwise it's a 2 for me.

ASK TO TASTE BEFORE YOU BUY. I loved their ice cream (Strawberry cheesecake) and they have a really fun interior, but I'm a big fan of salt water taffy and buy it everywhere I go. Lloyd's taffy was originally very attractive because of the strong smell of the various flavors. However when I actually ate a piece, I found it to be hard and have a slightly greasy texture. The flavors tasted of chemicals. I tried three different flavors with the same result. I ended up throwing it all away. Can't say anything about their chocolates as I did not try them, but stay away from their taffy, or at least try a piece before you buy it.

Not what I remembered in 2018. I expected a raise in prices, but not that I couldn’t pick what I want. That is the fun in going to a candy store. Covid ruined being able to select your favorites. 1 of this, of that, 5 of these….Now you have to get a whole prepackaged bag.

If not for their rich heritage of salt water taffy, fudge and broad selection of ice creams. It's worth a visit when on the island, simply for their dreamy interiors full of hot air ballon

TLDR: Horrible customer service and horrible ice cream. Don't waste your time or money.I went last week with my girlfriend to get ice cream, because she wanted to treat me. When we got to the register I started to get my card out, then my girlfriend reminded me she was going to pay. When I put the card away the woman running the register called me a pig in Spanish. Being nonconfrontational we paid for the ice cream and left. However, we shouldn't have taken the ice cream either. The ice cream is barely passable as ice cream. It had a weird flavor and the cookie dough was dry and grainy. We threw it away after a couple of bites.

This place makes it hard to stay away! We have already made more than a few stops here on our vacation. It is a perfect place to soothe a sweet tooth. We grabbed some candy to snack on and ice cream to stay cool. The workers are very nice and the waffle cones are made fresh!

The store is a cute, vintage style, complete with a place where you can watch someone pull the taffy. They have a wide selection of candy and great ice cream. The price is a little high, but not bad. Always smells nice.
