Buyer beware! First off, I am not one to write negative reviews about a business, being a business owner myself but I feel like this needed to be shared. My husband and I purchased a set of snorkel gear and towels from here, we changed our plans and in an hour went to return these items. They refused to return them due to COVID-19. Owning a business myself, I understand the precautions, but we were never told this ahead of time. I understand policy chance due to the situation at hand. We would not have purchased these items knowing their return policy as it should have been told ahead of time, or at time of purchase, not after the purchase. That falls on the business not the patron. The store was also run down, unorganized and smelled like sewage. I would not recommend this establishment!

Walked in said good morning and Ask where something was they basically told me to found it on my own ask again because I don't see it told me to follow the green foot steps 😠 what a way to make money guess they don't need it are maybe it was my skin color never know these days if she is reading this I hope she has a day that she deserves!!!

Awful service! We arrived just at 6pm, closing time, but the door was locked and the owner was inside mopping the floor. We knocked because we wanted to buy some sea-sickness medicine even explaining it through the door ... but he just ignored us, shooing us away with his hand!

Very Rude!!! If you purchase anything in this store don’t walk out unless you know that it is not defective. If you try to return a defective product after you walk out the door the Rude people in this store will not exchange it

Just went in for some ibuprofen and a couple waters. Got that and a conversation from the employee at the register, win win. By the sound of these other reviews either I caught these guys on a good day or people are seriously way too sensitive anymore. More than likely the latter unfortunately. Good service, higher prices but that’s expected given there aren’t many options. That’s America baby!

You wouldn't think the importance of having a drugstore nearby but it was great. My favorite thing about this place is that they had backpacks and on I needed a backpack put all the cool stuff I was getting from the island shopping because I could no longer fit anything else into my luggage. And I was chatting with the cashier about this and she was so funny.

The older Hispanic front desk lady is extremely rude. Every question i asked her received a response as if I had personally offended her. I get not liking the job you currently hold, but it is still expected that an employee will extend at least basic common courtesy. I felt as if I was not wanted in the store at all, so I guess I'll take my money elsewhere. My wife as well as her mother, who is the manager at the Seaport Village Inn, have both shared the same experience.

This place is great. They offer friendly helpful service and they are very used to working with prescriptions from doctors who are “over town”. They have a large selection of souvenirs and sundries and we often end up buying our snacks and sodas here when we come to Avalon for a vacation.

Pharmacy staff was unhelpful, unclear and unconcerned. Made the process of transferring an emergency prescription overly stressful. May be good for basic needs, but avoid having scrips filled here if at all possible.

It is a small drug store but it has what you need and then some, good price specially on their little odd things and candies. The service was very nice and the ladies that helped me were very knowledgeable and kind. Again the store is small but it packs a lot of things.

Prepare to be ripped off. Prices another 15% above the already high Avalon norm. They don't allow single item cc purchases. Walk half a block to Von's instead.
