卡特琳娜岛(Catalina Island)该岛离南加卅长滩(Long Beach)并不远，直线距离48公里。去墨西哥邮轮从长滩出发，中途第一站就是卡特琳娜岛。尽管它是如此的靠近美国本土，却总让我有一种踏上了异国的感觉。看看这些照片，无不洋溢着热带岛屿的浪漫气息，让你仿佛置身于加勒比海的氛围中灬。这里特别要介绍一下攀崖练习场照片(Cliff Climbing)。正在攀崖的是一个女孩，下面坐着的估计是她的父母和兄弟。听见母亲不停地给女儿打气，希望她再登上一层。我观望良久，感慨到，西人居然如此地愿意让女儿攀崖冒险，这与我们国人对其＂千金＂的呵护真是南辕北辙。也许这是因为在西人的观念里，女儿不畏艰险，勇敢坚强，才更让父母放心吧。
