Usually, I have a decent experience. Today was an exception. I was there to pick up a prescription and the charge was triple over the last time I had it. The clerk said that she couldn't address it, which I agreed that was probably true. I told her I wasn't going to pay that amount (frustrated) and she tried to void the order, which I was okay with. My personal information was still on the screen as the system was stalled or something. Another lady came up and raised her voice and stated rudely, "Ma'am, please go sit down over there" (to wait for the pharmacist.) I explained that my personal information was still on the screen that faces out to the customers. She then demanded that I go sit down with her voice still raised, which I did, even though my info was on the screen. In a couple of minutes, she invited another customer to the same screen and I stood up to say "wait a minute my info is on the screen." It was the customer that told me the screen had cleared and that rude clerk is still raising her voice at me to sit down. At that point, I just left. I have never had an experience like that at a pharmacy ever!

The pharmacist is extremely rude. I waited over an hour Saturday for one to arrive late just to be told they had to order my daughter’s medicine and it would be here Monday or Tuesday. No call. I came today and it’s still not ready. She made a rude comment that I didn’t come when it was due (it’s not ready still so not sure why this is my fault) and told the lead tech she wouldn’t get it ready for another hour. I have to pick up my son so now I get to take a 3rd round trip to this place for the same medicine and it’s over 20 mins from my house.

The pharmacist who answered the phone the morning of May 5th at 10:30-10:40am is the rudest and laziest person I’ve ever heard in my life. My partner called and she was giving attitude and treating him like he was stupid for not knowing how the Walgreens system works to transfer prescriptions and wouldn’t let him explain why we was calling. His prescription had been filled there incorrectly and he was trying to confirm and find out what to do. She was nasty to him and asked him “why did you call me?!” hatefully and he told her because he’s trying to see where the prescription was and then she begrudgingly looked it up and it was there. She acted so put out and hostile to do her job. Do NOT go here.

The photo shop is superior! So nice to have a place to go to pick up prints! I like to shop the seasonal stuff. They have good sales and carry nostalgic items like the Lifesavers Christmas story book candy! A must have for stocking stuffers! I got my Nightmare Before Christmas tree here too! 🖤The pharmacy doesn't do walk-in covid booster. You have to go online or call the 800 number.

This place sucks. Everytime I come here to pick up prescriptions they take for ever. Over an hour and half at some points. Rude pharmacists, the app never sends the notifications. Just go somewhere else save yourself a bunch of time and hassle.

The Walgreens is Auburn is nice, clean, & the most of the customer service people have positive personalities! The prescription part is ALWAYS slow, so have patience picking up your rxs, but the people working there are great!

I've gone here to get the flu shot, or occasionally get photos printed. There's usually only ever 1 cashier, even when it's busy. The pharmacy staff always seem competent and are able to help customers fairly quickly and efficiently. Not a fancy store, but it gets the job done, and it's conveniently located on highway 49 for when you need to stop in quickly.

Litterly the most unorganized gaggle of a pharmacy in the galaxy.... Not one person knows what's going on, it takes them 30 minutes just to find peoples prescriptions that they literally just called you to pick up. You will stand there for 45 mins well 5 people walk around in the back and talk. Who ever is managing this place should be let go like yesterday!

Every single time I go to the pharmacy, I have a horrible experience. The store itself has always been great to deal with. The power starved women that don’t know how to count that are in the pharmacy, need to go back to 2nd grade to learn. The app is also useless. It will send you a notification that your script is ready. Drove 30 miles one way to be told it’s not ready when the app said it was. This has happened on multiple occasions. My bad for not actually calling to ask a live person. But that is what technology is for, to lighten to work on the employees. Except they are just as dumb as the app. I won’t ever use this pharmacy again. You’ll end up leaving with a migraine and new found hatred for Walgreens pharmacy

Today I went to their pharmacy in order to get a pre-exposure rabies vaccine, which they had confirmed on the phone they had. I arrived around 11:00am and was told the pharmacist was going to break and would be back in 15-20 minutes. About an hour later, the pharmacist comes back, and I continue to wait for my vaccination which I had paid for at this point. Finally, after about another 20 minutes or so, the pharmacists comes to me and states that she doesn't know how to mix this vaccine as she never had before, but if I waited another 30 minutes there was another pharmacist coming in who MIGHT be able to help. At this point I lost all confidence in the Walgreens pharmacy team and received a refund for my vaccine, then left. Thanks for wasting a solid 1.5-2 hours of my day Walgreens. You've lost a customer for life. :)

Walgreens was the only place that offered both a same day COVID test and a COVID vaccine.for the test I had to wait inside my car. Walgreens made the process super simple and they were very accommodating whereas every place else I called was not. Recommend them.

Everytime you go to the Pharmacy, It is a 30 minute minimum experience. Refills, drive-thru, doesn't matter. 30 minutes minimum. . Problems getting coverage corrected in their system. Multiple times trying to incorrectly charge for covered item. Long waits to correct. Walgreens -- you need to take some courses from Rite-Aid. What a pleasurable change!!

I moved to Roseville from Auburn over 3 years ago and my Wallgreens every so often my Rx's go back to Auburn and nobody can figure out how to fix it. This is totally crazy, so when somebody moves, they can't move their Rx to the new location? Wallgreens can you respond?

- STORE AREA is totally fine - I have no complaints there and the reason for a 2 star is the pharmacy dragging down the rest of the store, not the other way around.- Pharmacy - there seems to always be an issue of one kind or another here, and they seem to be chronically understaffed? I moved my Rx's to their mail-order service months ago to avoid the pharmacy and was relatively happy w that service, but recently my insurance stopped covering that service so I was forced to go back, and remembered why I changed in the first place -->first experience back: drive-thru - have two prescriptions ready to pick-up but can't do so because one is marked for a mandatory pharmacist review (which consists of the pharmacist asking me if I have any questions), even though I have had the prescription before. As bad luck would have it, the pharmacist is giving a vaccination shot and so after waiting for 10 minutes I just pick up the prescription that I can get now.second experience: I have one Rx and my dog has another, both are filled and ready to be paid for. I have a Walgreens Savings card for my dog, which I have used in the past to cut my Rx price in ~half. Apparently my dog's Rx refill was put under a new patient profile and not linked to his Savings card - price is twice as high as it should be - explain.. 20 min process as other people are trying to get their stuff too. Get Rx put under right profile, but then can't bill it through the savings club because they don't have the vets NPI#.. eventually, as w first experience, leave in a rage w only one of the two prescriptions I came to get, even though both are there ready to go.If you enjoy mindless frustrations and wasting of your time - you have found the right place my friends!Try their mail order if you can, a much more pleasant experience.

Horrible pharmacy ! They waste people’s time every time I’m in there by having untrained people that don’t know what they are doing. Nothing is quick even if you take every step like paying for your prescription in advance. Spent 20minutes because the lady didn’t know how to scan a QR code that was supposed to be a fast pass…

Major management problems. Last night pharmacist at window told me to come back in a few minutes. Came back later and sat at drive-thru window for half hour (literally) without being helped. I could SEE my prescription in a sack inside the window, but no one came to the window, even when I pushed the call button. Finally went inside, where it was nearly mayhem -- one clerk, one pharmacist, two people trying to get prescriptions that had been filled but were lost. I was in line with six people behind me. A couple of days earlier they lost my husband's filled prescription. and had to refill it while he waited. Chaos, angry customers, understaffed. And what's with all the lost meds? We will have to change pharmacies, after many years with Walgreens.

The worse Pharmacy, I have ever dealt with!!!! Tried calling to many times and was either put on hold at one time on hold 23.27 mins, then was disconnected, after seveal other attempts gave up, drove back to store. At the store wait line was surreal!, 3 x attempts! Last one, I was able to get my refills ordered. They needed to call to update one, and didn't have a record of 1, waited 3 days and checked back with them. Called the Doctor, to have them submit my prescription, waited 2 more days. Got there and the prescriptions were filled in G.V.! anothet 2 days, and still didnot get all of my meds. Went over my list rep said he had to get the auth for re fill.Had CVS for over 25 years, with few issues!!!!OMG ! WHO IS MANAGING THAT STORE????

Nothing to brag about. Went there to get a flu shot,because they say it was free,Really, nothing is free. They where going to charge me. I have senior advantage, and they wouldn't give me the shot(wasn't free) false advertising. Be prepared to pay for this shot. Walgreens located in Auburn, CA.

I tried calling to see if I can rent a Rug Doctor from their store. They answered the phone asked to put me on hold, sure. I was on hold for literally 9:52 minutes. I understand they might be busy but that is ridiculous. Multiple times they picked up the phone to set it back down again.

Do not use the pharmacy here unless you want your atm card and ID stolen by an employee! The new black girl and young white girl are extremely rude! They tell you it's gonna be a 15 min wait...an hour later still not ready. Then take your card and ID and atm card at the drive through window and walk away not telling you anything. 10 mins later asked for it back and she told me no you can come back later to get it. Had to call the cops just to get my ID and atm card back from her. I can't believe they allow employees to lie and steal from customers!

The drive up pharmacy is so horrible at Auburn Calif., it is always at least 30 minutes, today, so far 45 and I am now the 5th. car from the window. Place an employee JUST at the drive up window. The worst set up ever!
