The one thing I can count on while visiting any Tractor Supply Company store is the consistency of how the general public is treated. From being greeted when coming into the store; being asked if I need help; the suggestion that may be offered, to taking things to hold at the register.This company has displayed excellent customer service across the board. Product quality and variety in goods never cease to amaze me.

We went to Tractor Supply because - looking online - it was pretty clear that they had a wide selection of boots in my size. We got there, and the boot section was almost empty. There were only three boots in my size (not three types, three boots total), not an uncommon 9.5M. None were the type I needed. Like the size, it was not an uncommon style, an 8 or 9 inch work boot. I wasn't even that particular about whether it had a steel toe.While there, just to avoid leaving empty handed, we looked for wild bird seed. The selection wasn't bad if you're willing to pay a lot. The fertilizer selection was really weak. We ended up buying black oil sunflower seeds for the birds at about the same price we would have paid at our small local feed store in Colfax and a bag of 16-16-16 fertilizer (it might have been 15-15-15) for about 10% less than we would have paid at Home Depot.The lighting in the place was dreary, but that's okay with me because we need to curtail our use of electricity. Unfortunately, the employees seemed similarly dull, like they were working for a company (or maybe just a location) that was going out of business.We had high hopes given what we saw online but were sorely disappointed.

Love our little Tractor Supply. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean, easy to find stuff, and of course, the baby chicks and ducks are entertaining 🐥

The people here are so nice, helped me to find exactly what I need and even helped me to get the most discount from their programs. Debbie at the store, and Wyatt doing the delivery gave exceptional service. I bought two dog kennels, found out it couldn't fit in my SUV and they scheduled the delivery right to my door. Fantastic! No hassle and I felt right at home. If Tractor Supply sells it, then that's where I am buying it from here on out. Thanks for a return to the way things used to be!

Cheap/inexpensive products. You get what you pay for though. Their workers are definitely lower paid and it shows, they don't know much about their products, unless you're lucky enough to catch the manager around. It's not their fault the company won't invest in its workforce. If you know what you're looking for you'll find the best prices on fencing and chicken feed in the area here though.

Very helpful staff. Extremely knowledgeable and skilled at loading. Picking up fencing was a breeze. On my last visit, there was a manager micromanaging a newer employee. Slowed down the entire pickup. Wanted to make sure that all of the details of my order were relayed to the yard before i could go back there. The forklift drivers are required to read my order before loading. I've only seen this manager once, but still excellent service otherwise.

This is a big corporate Giant store that can't manage itself. That's why they tell you to call customer solutions! Please support the local Mom and Pop stores in your area. Not a huge giant like this that has a catch phrase "thank you for your input, will contact our team". LOL

The staff there was wonderful (much better than home depot) I was helped and gave great suggestions. I didn't feel intimidated like I do at home depot. They had everything (1st time in the store) animal food, clothing, boots, fencing supplies, little live cute chickens and more. I will shop there from now on rather than HD. Service was awesome!

The customer service here is always great the staff members seem to always be a huge help and unlike other places ive been they acctually know where things are if you have aquestion. Great store for hard to find galvanized pails and tarps of large sizes. They have a great variety of supplies for large animals at good prices. The employees are very helpful and checkout is quick and efficient.

We love TS. We frequent both the Placerville and Auburn locations. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The Pville location is a kick. Sean is always super helpful and willing to help with anything we need. I love the variety of gifts, cards and even wrapping paper. It's always a fun time.(Almost half our Christmas gifts came from TS this year.) They truly have something for everyone. And I love their Ridgeline Flannels.

This store helped make a dream come true. Marina Village Middle school garden needed major help. The Manager was so nice and made it easy to get the supplies we needed to put up our fencing to animals keep the animals out. We will be going to them for all of our needs thank you so much!

Some of the laziest people (employees), ever. Would never go back there. Managers ride the ones that do work, so the good employees don’t last. Very high turn over. Won’t go back there. Better stores, closer to home.

Very nice young man helped us find the right sized tire for our golf cart. It turned out to be a tad more than other places so we decided to not get it after all and after all the work we put the poor guy through he was patient with us and I felt really bad we didn't get the tire for that reason. He understood though. I will definitely come to this store again based on customer service alone.

Most of the common things I need for work are all here. County Line chainsaw bars/chains/bar oil/2cycle oil & Traveler motor oil/hydraulic fluid/power steering fluid etc. Both are TSC brands & much cheaper than the name brands. Employees are always happy to help you find anything your looking for or to help you get your merchandise into your vehicle.

Fantastic place to shop for tools required around large wooded properties like ours. Plus they all have a good pet food selection and outdoor clothing/ boots.
