They really take good care of myMom's companion. He is a older dog with some skin allergies. They use a good shampoo and make sure to address his quirks. They are very friendly. I highly recommend them

I've been taking my dogs there for years. Even when they were in Loomis. They are the best. They take care of them as if they were family. My dog knows when we get near to the shop and gets so excited she drags me to get in. Love them.Update... this small groomer is the best that I've ever taken my dogs to since I grew up in San Francisco. They are so caring of the animals you'd think that they belonged to them. My little girl pup passed two years ago and I had adopted a senior dog (12 yr) then and he can't wait to go see Kim the owner. She grooms to your exact specifications and cares so much for them.As you can tell from above, I can't say enough of her and her shop. It's a family run business. We'll worth the trip to Auburn.

Were really nice but didn’t follow requests and when we arrived home she was licking her belly and I noticed that she had welts on her belly. Also I requested to keep her top fur/fluff to be TRIMMED a little and got a botched cut. Will not be going back

Kim has always been accommodating and patient with my aging Shih Tzu who is cranky and a little difficult. She does a great job with her!

They were accommodating by taking my dogs back right away for a nail trim. However, the groomer pulled and twisted their legs so hard I thought he was going to fracture a bone. The stand is on casters and unstable to the point my dog was able to tip it over and drag it across the floor. There was another groomer but she was too busy on a personal call to assist. The "lobby" area is dirty and lacks seating. I wanted so much to like them and support local business but won't be going back.

Today was my moms dog luke first time hair cut they did a amazing job did everything I requested and was very careful with his sensitive paws they are a very caring and friendly staff and also trimmed my little dogs nails sadie my mom and I will definitely come back for another amazing doggy trim thank you so much 💗💗
