Great selection of tools and items required for the job. Usually have what I'm looking for. but...BUT!!There's this employee who is there, more often than not, who does this raspy whistling. It's the most annoying thing that I have to listen to while shopping. The sound travels halfway across the store and it immediately puts me in a bad mood whenever I hear him. It's kind of similar to someone chewing with their mouth open, it's gross. Lately, I've been dreading having to go to this location because this guy is always working. Which sucks, it really does.The most annoying thing ever. I hope it stops.

Home Depot is go to for so many things!We travel the country in a 5th wheel for work . The Home Depot is a store we have in the Midwest, so it's a familiar store.They have almost everything needed indoor, outdoor as well as our rv & trucks. Always a smooth transaction with good customer service.

Check your online orders carefully. They'll pick you the wrong product and send you home, your receipt will say it's right, but it's not. Then it's on you to drive it back and get the right thing.This store should know that they serve a huge geographic area and be more careful about such things. We are over an hour away.

Had some fantastic help for 2 days in a row by Grace. I didn't know where to find what I needed in plumbing and exactly what to get but Grace was so helpful. Helped me quickly find what I needed for a Plumbing project.

I was buying some wood to be cut up and it was towards the end of the night before they were closing. The employee in the lumber department cheerfully helped me and was very nice. He cut the wood, he was friendly and professional.

One of these days one of the employees will actually asked me if I need help or if they can help me load heavy objects. I'm not going to hold my breath, because it hasn't happened yet. Out of the hundreds of times I've been shopping at this Home Depot, they have never approached me. There's nothing I can do, since there's no competition in the area. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

I must say past experiences in this store have been such a disappointment. Delivery is a nightmare. 3 timeās waiting for deliveries š was told they made attempts to deliver my dishwasher? I was home, they left when I didnāt answer the door? Wide open and waiting, I have a ring doorbell. They said they waited 15 minutes . The truck never shut off, drove away, it was Friday late and they had no intention of wasting time. I canceled my order. Well I quit shopping here. Desperately needing a water heater I went into the store. I went to returns department Khristina Onorato was filling in from the appliance department. What a God send she was! I had some complications with my Home Depot card, recently issued. Khristina was knowledgeable and so personable as she stepped up to get my order completed. . No problem for her. She was going on lunch break and forfeited her time to help me. Wow I was dreading going into this storeā¦ she went above and beyond to resolve this. Not one thing was a problem that she couldnāt overcome. Khristina Onorato is a exemplary employee with integrity and professionalism. I am so grateful to her.!! Customer service is not a thing of the past with Khristinaā¦

I no longer patronize the Home Depot after learning about their support of seditious politicians. Loweās is my big box hardware store now. But living in the sticks I much prefer to patronize our local guys

I ordered roofing materials middle of April and was told they'd be delivered two weeks later. Two weeks after original delivery date, and after multiple calls, they brought my products. All the shingles were correct but they brought the wrong ridge shingles. They didn't have any of the right ones at the store and the only ones to have them were Placerville and Antelope stores. Auburn manager Geo not only took the time to get them from Antelope store and bring them to Auburn, but got them to me free of charge for the inconvenience. Big thank you too Geo at the Auburn Home Depot, you kept a customer by going out of your way to make it right, THANK YOU!

We purchased top of the line LG washer and Dryer, 11/29/2022. On the date of delivery 3 weeks later, driver did not pick up our appliances we paid to have removed as he claimed his truck as "too full". The doors were not reversed as promised by the sales agent and water from the new washer was spilled all over the floor as the driver did not install the water vent into the drain hole. I was instructed to call the 800 number to arrange pick up and door reversal. Another week??? Waited all day and the driver called at 5:42 (after dark) lost, complaining about his phone service, rain and said he could not get up our driveway and was returning to his office? He said he would call when he got back to his main office in 1 hour after he spoke to his supervisor. No call came. I called the 800 number again to be told we would have to wait another week. I called and asked for the store manager to call me. The appliance manager, Wendy, called back and was very combative and made excuses for their poor performance. I am sitting on hold with the main 800 number and look's like we are getting no where??? Buyers beware!!!! Excuses and poor customer service. Tonya (very sweet)has been on the line with the delivery service and looks like just 2 more days. The adventure continues to Friday. Not sure this will happen, but I have no choices as the appliances they were to remove are now in our garage and the doors are backwards.

It's like most of the big stores...the employees scatter when you need assistance. But it's a home depot. Im here at least once a week....sometimes twice a day when my work picks up. I use the rental shop a lot for random high dollar tools I'll only need once. It's convenient.

I forgot his name but the taller guy in the paint department helped me so much. I was missing a number on my paint to match a smaller can. he converted the math of the drops of paint in the can down to the smaller size. It was a perfect match! Also I had a gentleman in the cleaning area who was very helpful as well. They have really up graded their customer service!

I can get lost in here my first trip to Auburn home Depot and it's employees are super helpful they might need to train some of the other home Depot employees on customer service because at the Auburn home Depot they were happy to see you , I wasn't used to that?? so it was well Worth the 2hour trip there everyone was helpful and look to really be happy working there so I will be going back again ! Great place and great job home Depot Auburn store !! Please come and train our yuba store employees because they are always depressed seriously depressed they need some help !! Thanks !!!!

I have mobility issues. Their electric carts leave much to be desired. Half of them are out of service and the other half are slow and feel like they have square wheels.

Worst Home Depot I have ever been to. From Florida to California this is by far the worst. They didn't get a 1 star because I just like being in home depot and they always have what I'm looking for. Other than that, customer SERVICE should be top priority aside from safety. Took an hour and a half to get a swamp cooler. We knew where the swamp cooler was and asked multiple for help getting off the top shelf. Took 8 people total to get the item and out of the store. I asked someone at register who was on the phone. Said she would get ne help. 20 minutes later and we have no help, and she is ringing someone up. I asked a guy in the rental area, he immediately had a "Why are you inconveniencing me" look on his face and walked away with out saying anything. My second interaction with that guy was no better. Two other employees came over and said "Yeah we'll get it" Once again, acting like we ruined there day. Just terrible customer service.
