Items ring up at higher price than advertised. Management refuses to do anything. Many zero star exp w csMany advertised sale items are "out of stock" for the entire sale period. No rain checks are offered. Overall I would say this is one of the most poorly stocked targets I go intoUpdate went in there a half an hour ago the cashier charged me 9$ extra by mistake tried to charge me for some jewelry item I've never seen before and have no interest in purchasing. This is the third time this month of a cashier error like this. Manager Called it a coincidence just too bad the error is never in my favor.

This location is always clean and well stocked, and I'm usually in and out quickly. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 is due to a small grocery and produce/meat selection. I understand it's a smaller store, but I really prefer getting all my groceries and items in one spot. That would make me a much happier customer!Very friendly staff, especially Carl! Overall, it was a good experience.

The staff was very helpful and very polite. The only thing I didn't like was the stock, a lot of room on the shelves. Other than that I liked.

So happy that Target is here because they have mostly everything anyone would need for personal care, household supplies, entertainment, food, clothes, etc. Store is always clean and organized, and supplies are always available. Ordering online is easy with various delivery options. Their employees are always knowledgeable and helpful, and items for returns are easy with several weeks to do it. Highly recommend this store, and hopefully, they will continue to operate as they do now.

Whatever you think of Target's corporate policies, the folks who work here are warm and helpful. The grocery department has improved in the past year but keeping dairy fully stocked and in date may sometimes still be a minor pain point.The employees and overall selection earn this store five stars.

All Targets are basically the same. This has a relatively small food area. It has self check out as well as cashiers. As far as clothing, they tens to have more XS & S rather than a great number of L and XL. It does have a Starbucks and Delivery to your car with online ordering.

Target is ok. It feels like management doesnt care about making sure everything is properly stocked. CSR agents don't bother to acknowledge any customer that walks in the door or through the store. Their electronics department is a shining example of "we don't care"

Medium size, big parking lot, clean, organized. One of the few Target store I've seen where the regular uniform it's not imposed : red shirt and tan pants. Not always easy to recognize employees.. Quite some items Not in stock and areas of shelves empty...Not much ethnic divers place ( most white), but still pleasant. 4 stars too much, 3 too little.

Usually I go to Target on the hunt for hotwheels, and toys for my little brother. But when I went there with a grocery list, they have a lot. Other than having my toy route memorized I don't really know where anywhere else in the store was, so I got help, so when I asked where can I find this, or find the cookies, or find that, I would usually get good help, like oh, it on ___ isle on the left or right side. One employee I went up to and asked was like "Haven't you ever been to Target? You should know where it is." I replied "No, I have only ever been to Target looking for toys, never explored anywhere else in the store." He looked shocked, maybe even a little offended. And he said "Well maybe you should have payed attention shopping with your parents." He walked away and I just asked another employee who helped me out, but I couldn't ignore how he had treated me, I wondered why all day and into the night. So that is why my review is 4/5.SummaryTarget has a wide variety of options, brands and toys. You could get lost here 😂 toys like Hot Wheels, Pokemon Cards, and Barbies. Snacks like Trail Mix, Chips, Seasonings of all kinds, dressings of all kinds, loads of organic produce, and even freeze dried candy. Household items like febreze, baby wipes, stools, and chairs. All in all, this place has everything you might need, but it does get a little pricy.

Good first stop if you're not looking for anything too specific. This is my go-to for essential items. Their store brand is well priced and the Red Card takes off 5% without even having to wait for cash back. They have random deals through their app that can apply to whole store purchases. The return policy is generous. There's also free staff shopping of online orders and drive-up delivery in the parking lot.Their parking lot is a little awkward to get into, and I would highly recommend NOT taking Rock Creek Drive as a shortcut from the north. It has potholes, and is privately maintained, so will likely have them for the foreseeable future.Bad parts are the lines for self checkout, the sometimes lackadaisical staff and abandonment of self checkout, and the not so great grocery prices. Save grocery shopping for Grocery Outlet or WinCo if you're looking for good everyday prices.

Not the best of targets but it's the one in the town that I live in so I shop there frequently. Although items are out of stock a lot of times and clothing can be in disarray I do see the employees tirelessly attempting to keep up with stocking and the cleanliness of the store says more about the type of people that shop there than the employees ability. The last couple of times I've gone the associates have been very helpful with looking up items that weren't on the shelf. Good for a quick trip but it's not the type I could spend all afternoon just browsing.

This Target is a solid location. Everyone is nice & helpful. They have a good selection. Like any Target, it can be chaotic, and some people are rude, charging around with no regard to others, etc. I am basically describing every Target with regard to huffy patrons. Nice clean location with everything you would want in a Target. I have to say, they carry pretty much everything that I can think of that I would go to Target for. Grocery items included.

I am a pretty patient guy but 1 cashier on a Saturday night.... come on!!!!! Literally standing in line right now ...Update... here I am standing in line on a Saturday afternoon . One cashier basically forcing people to use self checkout. Target. We don't work for you. Where's my employee discount for scanning and bagging. Your front end use to be the best in the west. Now it's a joke . Can't believe I'm saying this.. I kinda wish K-Mart would come back. Do better. I'm sure you can hire someone. People want to work!

I like the store but the lines are often way too long. There’s plenty of registers but they’re not open. It’s hard to find help on the floor too. I’ll leave if I have to wait behind 10 people to be checked out. Often some women’s departments are a mess as some customers are slobs but staff should be able to tidy up if there’s enough staff to do that.

This Target has plenty of parking and a lot of merchandise at competitive prices. They have some issues with online orders. This was the second time in less than a year that I went to pick up an order for which my wife had received an email saying that the order was ready just to arrive and find out it wasn't.

Me and my friend went to the Starbucks there when they were close to closing and the guy that was helping us was very rude as we got to the register apologizing for the late order, the first thing he said was “you have 2 mins to order” we ordered and he didn’t make my friends drink right than when he gave us the drinks and immediately immediately turned off the light right after. Also we were trying to say thank you multiple times and he just ignored us. It was a very unpleasant experience.

This is a very nice Target store. We come here for a variety of items including cat food, socks, laundry soap, work shoes, toys, games, cards, candy, gifts, pajamas, crayons and other art supplies, paper, shampoo, knick knacks, sweaters and shirts. Nice staff are helpful and courteous. We like to come here and shop.

It is so easy to place an order, inventory is the most accurate of all stores of this nature. You don't have to select a pick time since it will be ready 99.% of the time within 2 hours. Just another Target PLUS that makes them several steps above the competition.

I always find what I need. It's nice being able to get groceries, clothes, household supplies and more, all in one place. The restrooms are always clean. The Dollar Zone near the entrance has a fun variety of seasonal items that's always changing.

Would recommend for products, but definitely not for customer service. The store in Auburn, CA is the worst. I'm pretty sure that Team Members are told to never make eye contact with guests, and most definitely they are not to interact with them and find out if they need any help. I'd rather drive another 15 miles away to another Target store to do my shopping. I previously worked for the company in a different state, and we were one of the most busiest stores IN THE COUNTRY. We wore red Target t-shirts and khaki pants, so that you knew who the employees were. We asked each guest how they were and if we could help them find anything. Either that is no longer the goal of the company or, this store just doesn't care. The tone of the store and its employees is set by upper management. They need to do a better job.

Clean, well lit store. Customer service was quick and efficient. Not enough people for the checkout registers. The shelves could be better stocked, they were out of a lot of items. There is a Starbucks inside. Easy parking and convenient location. Pharmacy is TERRIBLE, had emergency oral surgery twice in two days, and could not get all prescriptions filled there. With a too bad so sad attitude from the pharmacy manager. Ended up in the ER on the second day they refused. Unbelievable. Since I was from out of town could not go to my regular pharmacy. Shame on you Target.

Target looked like they were maintaining cleanliness during COVID-19, even at the self-checkout.Recently (April 2021) used their drive-up service. I ordered at home, used the app to say I was on my way, and the employee was waiting for me outside when I pulled up. It was fantastic! Awesome! Best way to shop!

The softlines clothing depts. are a mess. Brands are not together, merchandising is a big fail, you couldn't find your size of your life depended upon it. I have been I'm the Auburn store all times of the day & have witness the Team leads standing around talking for 20 min. Or more & they weren't talking about work. I can only imagine how poor the clothing sales are in this location. I have shipped in this store s lot since it opened, & even though it was slow on replenishment in the first few years, the Management followed & kept up Target high Standards, but not anymore. It starts with management. I say clean house.

Staff was making sure the attention was to the customers. It is nice that three different people in different departments took the time to ask if I needed help finding something. If that item was not available, they gave me option to get the product in a timely matter. In this upcoming health issue, the staff at the Auburn CA target were cool calm and comfortable to speak with.
