This pharmacy is horrible. I was forced to move to it when the other rite down 49 closed. That staff was awesome! Especially Sam.After consulting with my doctor and another pharmacy I have found a huge discrepancy..They are also very rude, dismissive, and it seems customers are just a bother for them to answers questions or help.You should have closed the bell rd rite aid and kept the 420 grass highway.. at least they knew what they were doing and liked to help customer!I'll never go back there & working on proof for a big mistake!!!!!

My mother is 60+ years old and has recurrent horrible experiences at this location’s pharmacy. On multiple occasions pharmacists have told her that urgent prescriptions had not been prepared and I would have to call and argue to get prescriptions filled after they were already requested by a doctor. One woman also misquoted HIPPA violations and would not confirm my mom’s prescription (told her to follow an expired link to get into instead). The employee then hung up on my mom when they realized my mom was transferring her prescriptions to another pharmacy. Thrifty ice cream is great but I will no longer use this pharmacy.

Prescription not ready when phone system said it would be. Clerk essentially said phone notification doesn’t work. Returned next day to wait in another long line listening to lone clerk pitch each customer on text signups for ads. Wasted too much time here to keep as my pharmacy.

Nothing different about this rite aid than others. The stores are all laid out the same. One thing that was noticeable about this one several aisles had shelfs that were empty. No reason given, but a little weird seeing empty shelves on several aisles. A glimpse of things to come??

We make it a family tradition to drop into Rite Aid to grab some Thrifty ice cream. The associates are always friendly and happy to help. It really makes it a family-friendly experience.

I wish the Surgeon at Sutter Dr Antonini would of listened to the Rite Aid Pharmacist's concerns about an extra antibiotic I was prescribed. But I let the Doctor know his antibiotic gave me an unnecessary allergic reaction to which I was intensely uncomfortable. Thank you Rite Aid, next time, I'll ask the Doctor to check their notes and review their work bc I'm not having another allergic reaction. The pharmacy staff and pharmacist have a lot of compassion for people. Love you guys 😘❤️

Pharmacy associates are very accomodating, providing information as necessary and quick service.Sales Associates, especially KC, is friendly, helpful and courteous and fun to everyone. Two of the reasons we use Rite Aid as our pharmacy.

Terrible! I cannot for the life of me understand why you would go into healthcare/pharmacy tech if you had such a hatred for helping people or at least just being kind. The pharmacy staff here is unkind, unhelpful, unhappy and just plain rude. To the guy who gave my son his shot. Never a good idea to argue with and dismiss a customer. The photo below is directly from your website. So yes, it does say you don’t have to have an ID to get the shot.

Steve in the pharmacy:Learn some freaking social skills man, seriously. I feel bad for your patrons and coworkers:#1. You don't need to talk down to me like I'm some punk a** kid just because I ask a question and suggest another product that isn't $90. I'm a 30 year old biologist with a 103 degree fever and a staph infection, not an imbecile. Instead of scolding me, try saying something like "oh, no i would definitely stick with this product because it's specific to gram negative bacteria and will target it" ...instead of barking at me.#2 Don't look at me like I'm stupid for asking if my prescription is done . I HAD 2 TEXTS THAT SAID IT WAS READY.If you hate your job, do something else. I will not be attending the school of Pharmacy Steve anymore, not that it matters to anyone... It's just my own little satisfaction. Google, please allow for zero stars.*This is the first negative review I've ever done. Go figure.Have a great day SteveZ

I’m very upset at the ice cream counter I asked for 3 scoops, after she rang me up, and I told her I wanted 3 cups for them not cones, she said she rang it up wrong, had to re-ring me, then was very chinsy on my scoops, not like normally is. I told her what kind I wanted and she grabbed every other kind except what I asked for, had to rinse the scoop and find the right ice cream. then I got home to eat and my rocky road was just choc and marshmallows ! Plus it was more money than usual. I think they need an attendant that just focuses on ice cream counter.

Terrible place to go if your in any type of time crunch. Said it would be 15-30 min wait for my dogs prescription and 45 min later and they had not even started yet. Top it off the manager was rude to me and his employees and charged 7 dollars more saying they usually tell people when dropping off the price changes regularly.Guess it’s online only for me going forward. Horrible service you expect now a days

Discusting experience. Poorly professional "pharmacist" described generic concerta being the same as the brand name, TRIGEN generic being sold as EQUIVALENT to brand name. Not true at all. Only one that is equivalent is the ones that have Bioequivalence Ratings for Generic Products . A generic that is AB rated does not HAVE the same bioequivalence, similar is not equivalent. Only brand that does that is PATRIOT. Nice to know they'll treat you badly when you call them out for their own mistakes. Someone should regulate this pharmacy.
