Been coming to this store since 1979. Over the years I've watched the store and service deteriorate. The final straw was when i was waiting at the deli and the deli person bumped me out of turn for a group of 4 that came in behind me. Good luck talking to a manager, the store is basically unmanaged. Any other store is going to ne better.

Tried for a week to transfer a prescription to their pharmacy and had the worst experience. After 6 phone calls and being out of the meds for 5 days, I gave up. It was difficult to even get someone in the pharmacy to even answer the phone and when they did, they seemed indignant that I might need their help. Will not make that mistake again. Back to Safeway and Rite-aid - much nicer staff.

This is a nice store but it is frustrating how they don’t pull expired items off the shelves. There have been several times we have bought groceries and when we get home we notice that they are expired. It would be nice if the store manager would have the employees pull expired items from the shelves. If you shop at this store check the expiration dates on everything you buy.

This is a real supermarket with a wide variety of food, beverages, health, beauty, and cleaning products. The prices are high, so you may want to check out Grocery Outlet first. I appreciate the eCart option that allows me to shop from home and just swing by and pick up what I've ordered. There's ample parking here and a few other interesting stores in this little mall.

Plenty of parking and easy to find. Very nice Asian section. This store has Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauce. These are two of favorite Asian products. I cook with them every week. The selection in the seafood and meat department is very nice.

Over the years, I have avoided Raley's/Belair stores being more expensive than traditional grocery stores. Over the recent years, I have noticed better quality fruits and vegetables and meet choices with a very competitive price. I recommend Raley's/Belair stores for quality, service, and price.

There's always some sort of issue when I shop this store. From rude self check out attendants, to neglectful baggers and unfriendly cashiers.Today, the cashier tells me " We'll see if your coupon works". No hello or thanks or anything. My cash coupon worked that I just got in the mail but beware according to her, if they don't work, you're SOL.

Raley's is my go to place, when I want quality items. It's not a place you'll save money, but you'll get the best of the best locally. I noticed the employees didn't acknowledge the shoppers or offer any assistance. Otherwise, I would have given a five star rating. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

I like the fact you can serve your own food bar with soups though there weren't any when I was there but nonetheless the store is well organized and more well lit. I like the nice friendly store and go here when I stop to go to reno.

I have been a Raley’s shopper for 20+ years. There is a standard that Raleys has always had. The pictures below reflect what I find almost every time I shop at Raleys lately. Today you couldn’t find a banana that wasn’t past prime, no arugula, etc. The shelves throughout the store are empty as well. I have called and complained and never received a call back.

I am a disabled person and the self checkouts are impossible for me to use. Because they are too low. Always waiting in pain in long lines as they have very little open cashiers.On my last visit the staff was talking and laughing and forgot to bag some of my stuff and sent me on my way. I didn't realize it till I got home. By then it was to hard to go back.Raleys people! If you see a disabled person how about taking them aside and help them.

Convenient, quick access in and checking out too. But they are very pricy even their bags of ice are more than gas station/convenient stores! Great deli, coffee, and bakery good conveniently located up front to the left side of the store. BIG SELECTION AND CONSISTENTLY MARKET FRESH FOODS with an un surpassed quality to it all.

High staff turnover, inadequate staff training, poor store management, unnecessary long lines at check-out, standard items frequently out-of-stock, milk and other dairy often spoil before sell-by-dates, produce no fresher than elsewhere but like most products cost much more. Store quality and service have deteriorated over recent years and is still on the decline.

I walked into the store this evening, just before sunset and just inside the door was a fully geared Security guard with a weapon and bullet proof vest. Really tacky Raleys. Our town doesn't require this type of protection at a grocery store. It's not welcoming or comforting to see that.

There is an unprofessional, fake looking security guard that works at this store with a gun strapped to his leg and strange patches all over his vest. Very unsettling to see while grocery shopping. Definitely not shopping here anymore.

The people who work here are awesome! Anita in produce helped me find everything I needed yesterday, even went in the back to find me some beautiful fresh strawberries. The guys in the frozen were very helpful as well. One found me the fudge pops in the back stock (shipment day) and another gentleman offered me a cart. Lovely experience with checkout ladies. Very sweet. This team rocks! Great vibes. Thanks again, everyone!

Love shopping here! My personal favorite is their bakery section they are super friendly and professional. They always deliver as requested! I greatly appreciate all of their attention and dedication to their craft. The options within the grocery store are also on point. Definitely worth the trip.

I used to work here and I thought it was fun and as far as grocery stores go it's higher level customer service, good deals especially with the free to use rewards program, and decent music to shop to. Friendly staff, great store all around. I might even go back to work there some day.
