Smaller location but still has grooming service and dog training which we've used for our two dogs and so that's appreciated. There is no attached Banfield or pet hotel like other larger locations. The selection of food, toys, clothes, and animals is fairly good. Live animals include fish, reptiles, and a small variety of birds and rodents. I used to get frozen rats for my ball python from here and we used to get our dogs food here before we found it cheaper on Amazon subscription.

We love how well they groom our dogs. We have a great Pyrenees that's all white (only after his grooming,lol) 160lbs, and they do an awesome job of getting him clean and combed! This is before (orange coat) and after.

Never purchase fish here. I made the mistake of getting a little school of neons to add to my established group of 22 within two weeks I lost half my school and three out of my six Cory cats died. My water quality is perfect I test regularly for the plants, and is an established heavily planted tank. Really disappointing when you lose healthy established fish along with the ones you purchased. Must have some bad internal parasites that spread or something as there are no visible ailments on any fish in my tank. Plus their stock prices on dry goods are obscenely overpriced like a lot. Go down the hill to Pet Express better prices and healthy fish in my experience.

Basic chain pet store. They have a decent selection of pet supplies at good prices. When I was there I was interested in a Ball Python and after wait about 15 minutes for the one employee to finish with a couple customers he was able to answer a few questions

Homeboy helped me find the dog food I got my dog the last time I was there, as I had forgotten the new food I started her on. Super nice guy. Customer service is 5 stars. Prices are 1 star, as it’s redonculous. Gonna have to start cooking chicken and veggies for my dog to save money. But very helpful, these guys.

Just like Petco, you could hear crickets in there... PetSmart WILL NOT order dog food that they don't have on shelves! You are forced to find it elsewhere online! Used to work in the grooming department for about 3 weeks then quit! Their procedures are not logical or "safe!" Brand new groomers have sliced bellies open of a couple of my clients and had to pay damages for the vet! This is ridiculous!!! Corporates like these really need to do better!!! They are over priced and injuring dogs!!! Nobody cares but why should they??? They aren't getting a reasonable wage and no customers!

I made a post the other day of my horrible experience here. The customers here were being so racist... and no I'm not.an employee I only came back because there was a young man that helped me out but oh well. The manager Kristen was really nice but everyone else around me mad eme seem.like I didn't belong there. So I'm assuming came to the wrong place. None of the employees wanted to help me buy any fish lol

I love this place. They always have what I need for my dog. The customer service is great and they keep the place hella clean. Plus, it's nice and bright in there. Much easier on the eyes than the place across highway 49.

Well stocked and clean store, but the most impressive part for me was the fish section. Much unlike the fish section in the pet store I had visited first in another town, you can visibly see the care these fish received. The Woman working the dept. took great pride in creating the best of conditions for EVEN THE FEEDER FISH as "they are living creatures too and deserve the best quality of life I can give them" she had said.It was so unbelievably wonderful to hear, and words cannot describe how beautiful this lady's heart is. I will absolutely be going here for all my pet related needs, even if it's in a location a little bit out of my way.

The grooming staff was exceptional, friendly and caring. The facility was clean and well maintained. I felt completely comfortable leaving our dog in their hands! ( The price was also very reasonable) Great store!
