Brought Bella in for a swollen leg today at Vetco In Auburn. The assistants were super nice and friendly, and they along with the vet treated my cat with extraordinary care, the visit was nothing short of smiles and laughter and we left with a a happy Bella as she got her shot to keep her safe from infections4/24

Great store for dogs cat fish and bird items. Lots of beautiful parakeets. They do not have farm animals supplies or food. No chicken supplies. We purchased a small cozy house for our love birds. Prices were fair comparable to online stores. Shop local if you can, I love the convenience of having pet stores for emergencies. Last year our 🐶 got skunked in the face 👀! It was horrible but they had some good over the counter solutions. In the end nothing but time really helped for our scenario but they had a great selection to choose from.Be well everyone and Happy New Year!👏

The service was excellent. I was greeting by a staff member as soon as I walked through the doors. She even went on to help me pick out all the items I needed since she saw me walking one dog and carrying a puppy. My hands were full and she did such an amazing job by showing me where the different items were located throughout the store as well as even carrying some of them for me up to the front counter. She was kind and polite and sweet.

Forget the zoo, this is the place to be with young children! And what great staff they have here - very informative and friendly. I also appreciate the product selections, fairly priced and mostly available in store. Can definitely recommend. Not too busy even during the holidays. Enjoyed our visit. Thanks!

The staff at this store are the best! Liv is training my puppies, and I can't be happier with our progress! Knowledgeable and caring. The pups love coming and seeing everyone. She even bought them Christmas presents and they are their favorites for sure! The pups had their first grooming experience here as well and did spectacular! Love this place.

I went for a special leash had a hard time describing it because I didn’t save the link, the girl was so helpful she figured it out and got me my leash, a settin the pace training slip lead leash they are great. Good experience

I always have a great experience when I come into Petco. I bring my animals to the Vetco for their vaccinations and everyone is so helpful and goes out of their way to answer my questions and get me what I want, which isn't always easy.

Went here for a new puppy we got. Bought puppy pads, some raw hide chews, a toy, some puppy food, and a 2 in 1 Burts bees puppy shampoo and conditioner. Got home (live in the next town over) and found no shampoo. The receipt says I bought it, but the guy didn't put it in the bag? I tried to call twice, but no one answered and I sat on ring for 10-15 minutes each time before I gave up.

I am a member. I had a sutffed toy to return with all the tags on and all I wanted to do is exchange it but didn't have my reciept but spent over $100 dollars in the store. Your staff would not accomate me , even when I asked for the manager.

This was the only location with open availability, even tho it was further from my house. I was glad my dog was to be seen the next day. My experience was great. I liked that they examined my dog in front of me. At the last location, they took her away and examined her in a different room. I didn’t know what they were doing with her and what was going on. At this location, I was able to see and make sure my dog was doing ok.Our vet and her assistant were very informative. They didn’t make me feel stupid or shame me for not spaying my dog like my last vet at different Petco location. Everyone from the front desk, assistant and vet were amazing. I will definitely make the drive and come to this location for their exceptional customer service.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have dog training, a veterinarian, and grooming available. I can find everything and more that we need for our fur babies.I stopped ordering most of my dog food and treats from online because of questionable freshness. I noticed right away the freshness of doggy treats; they weren't hard as a rock.I love their app where I can keep track of what I purchased for who, when, their vet care information, and so much more. I am part of the Vital Care Rewards.

Lots of good stuff to choose from but sadly only carry one option for the DIAMOND brand dog food. We opted for the better stuff and got the RAW refrigerated meals anyway 😋 oh and doggy ice cream!!! Banana and peanut butter flavor

I called a day before and left a message but received no callback. I walked in the next day to try that way. The young woman was friendly and patient- she was the only groomer on duty that day, so kudos to her!I needed to provide a new rabies vax cert, so we made an appointment for later in the day.When we returned, she was friendly, and kind, and did a beautiful job on my pup's nails and made her smell so good! Thank you!

Could hear crickets in there and the poor cashier had to also go get me fish as well as ring me up? He was awesome! But the fact that they are under staffed doesn't surprise me. Used to work there as a groomer during COVID I quit, then it seemed like a bunch of other employees quit after me! It's not a great place to work like it used to be 😡

We love to come to this Petco to get hay for the guinea pigs and pellets, fish food cat food, toys. it's fun to come look at the birds and the live animals even though I feel sorry for them. They have all kinds of things you need for your pets. Nice staff that gives courteous customer service. Come in and see for yourself.

I was greeted with a smile even though it was 30 minutes until closing time. The associate asked me if they could help me and explained the products I was looking for and took me to them. Great employee, she then went to help someone check out. I was ready so I pretty much just followed her so quick in and out just like I like. Definitely full scores for an employee that knows customer service. It's not always easy but she was wonderful!
