Fabulous experience and beautiful flowers to boot!! Called at 4pm on a Thursday. The owner answered the phone, helped me pick out the perfect arrangement for a special guy in my life and then personally delivered them that day in her way home!! Amazing experience and he loved his gift!

Received an email on my way home stating flowers had been delivered. Upon arriving home and not seeing them I asked my girlfriend who said she had not received anything. I then called the office and spoke to Nadine who explained she was just trying to shut down her system. I explained she ruined the surprise of the flowers and she was not even apologetic. I understand this is not the end of the world, but without even an apology I will not return.

If I could rate them higher I would! 5 stars doesn’t begin to explain how nice, accommodating, and perfect the products they produce are. The woman answered the phone and I explained to her how my mom had just gotten a promotion and it was 3pm on a Friday. She said let me see what I can do and got her a beautiful bouquet by 4. I was so amazed and impressed and my mom is thrilled and beaming. I can’t thank petals and sweets enough! I’d recommend them time and time again

Petals & Sweets is the BEST!!! They worked with us in putting together an arrangement for my wife's Celebration of Life and gave us exactly what we wanted!! It was absolutely beautiful!!! They also made the delivery work perfectly for us and handled several other arrangements sent for that occasion as well. Every one of them was breath takingly done. Thank you to them for helping make such a difficult time be a beautiful salute!!

I decided to be unconventional and get my husband a bouquet of flowers for our anniversary, and the bouquet they made was BEAUTIFUL!! I ordered as much green as possible because green is his favorite color and I am still in awe of what they created. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Petals & Sweets did an absolute perfect job in delivering in a timely matter a ‘pick me up’ for a dear friend.Even though we are 6171 miles away in Croatia, I had a friend in Auburn going through a tough time in her life. My husband says “Let’s send flowers!” It was quite easy to go onto the website, scroll through many selections and pick out what we wanted. You can also customize even a pre-designed arrangement. The arrangement was beautiful (my friend sent a photo and she loved it!).The service also included a personalized card written exactly how we wanted our message expressed. Thank you as the words were very much needed to be exact as we requested.The other positive is they followed our delivery instructions exactly as they needed to call first due to a gated entrance. I also liked that an email was sent to me to let me know my order has been delivered. That is always appreciated when you are in a different country in a different time zone and you need to know about an order you placed over the internet!Overall a very good experience. I would definitely recommend Petals & Sweets, a long time local Auburn business!To be a balanced review, I do have to state that an extra $9.99 “Standard Service Fee” was added to my invoice. I don’t believe that should have been charged on top of a $9.50 Delivery Fee charge. I’m adding this to my review as I did not see this on the order until after my credit card was charged and an invoice sent. Note: My total invoice was $73.44 for a $48.99 bouquet.

WOW. I called this company based on their positive google reviews and wow, was I disappointed. I called for an arrangement of yellows and blues and said "very little green" or if blue & yellow couldn't be done, whatever was prettiest. I paid $65 after taxes and thought that would be enough for a pretty arrangement. What was delivered to my family was a weed-bush looking arrangement that was SO overfilled with green. But the problem doesn't stop there. I called to express my disappointment about the arrangement since it was not pretty at all, not my money's worth, and not what I asked for. The owner was quite disgruntled that I had called and argued with me that even though it wasnt what I asked for, she thought it was pretty. The owner was petty and said she could refund me $20 of the $65 OR she could go over to my family members house, pick up the flowers from them and rearrange it. Can you imagine having flowers PICKED UP from your family mourning a death? And here we are over 2 weeks later, and the money has not been refunded. I do not recommend you use this business if you value your money.

Very disappointed with my Valentine's delivery. Description and picture said purple flowers and there aren't any. Most of the flowers haven't even opened, but it appears they'll be white or green. Maybe it will look better in a few days, but it was a huge disappointment on actual Valentine's Day. Pictures below are of the "premium" bouquet both actual and what was on the website.

Absolutely upset by the photo my brother sent me after receiving the flowers I sent for my sister-in-law's at the loss of her mom. I paid the premium price and it appears the smallest arrangement was sent. So very disappointed. I chose to call the florist directly from Maine other than using an online company. Knowing full well the florist never see half of the money charged by the online customer. N and I spoke of this. I told her the product I liked from her website but wanted Lavender flowers n white roses. My best friend opened a new tattoo shop in Cool, CA. I was unable to attend, but wanted her to know I was celebrating with her in some way. I requested an edgy and cool arrangement with "no pinks", and I needed it delivered that afternoon. P&S created and delivered a stunning arrangement. My bestie loved it and it looked(s) amazing in her shop. Thank you!

Ordered flowers for my son’s wedding went to go pick them up and the bouquet was only half done and purple roses were smashed and I asked the girl to put more in because it looked horrible my daughter-in-law’s I had a headband that would tie in the back they glued on the flowers which were already dying, along with the bouquet. Call them and the owner was very rude. Kept on texting me how great everything was when she didn’t even see the product finished. And never did anything to fix it. On their website are only great reviews they don’t show the bad ones. We had to go to Safeway and buy more flowers to fill up and fix everything. Do not buy flowers from this place I have lived here for years and never heard anything good about this place.

I hadn't ordered flowers in years and didn't realize florists rarely use the floral book for customers to pick from. I wanted to get a friend if mine some flowers delivered for her first day at her new job and to let her know I was thinking about her. I was very nervous to say the least, about putting my trust in someone making something I was purchasing sight unseen. Well, Petals and Sweets came through for me and delivered what they promised. My friend was so thankful to receive such a beautiful arrangement if flowers that she couldn't call me fast enough when she got off work. Petals and Sweets now has a believer in their ability to deliver what they promised, but they also have a customer in me forever. Thank you.

I sent flowers to a colleague/friend who had lost her dog to cancer. She resides in town & she truly enjoyed the arrangement (I let P&S decide upon it)! P&S, just like many other florists, only deliver within a range of communities. If you want to send outside of your community, just ask if they do & they'll make the necessary arrangements with the floral network.The flowers were bright, slightly aromatic, arrangements were spot on. I've added this business to my network.
