Went on by to get some fish food.Darn out of ghost shrimp!Brought the standard flake goldfish food.Service was excellent.Wish they weren't out of ghost shrimp.They were out this time when I went by.

I just used their dog baths for the first time and they are great! They set me up with everything I needed right away, the showers were clean and warm for my pup, and it all went so smoothly. Thanks for the wonderful service!

The pets do not seem to have clean cages or water. The employee that helped me was great and friendly. I would not buy a pet from them though.

I love this place for all my various pet needs, mammals, or reptiles. The rewards system is very handy, and they have military discounts. The staff are also really friendly and will help you as quickly as they can.

VIP Vetcare used to be good. Now they're a huge rip off. This store though is great. Friendly and helpful but expensive.. But back to VIP Pet care. They're now soooo expensive. They used to be pro poor people and the place to go for vaccines. Last year paid $52 for an indoor cat, Rabies and FVRCP. This year? They wanted $103.00. I walked straight out, as that is absolutely ridiculous

I have had a rough few weeks getting my new fish tank up and running. The staff have been so kind and Knowledgeable. Also, they have taken the time to explain and teach me what I need to know and they've been happy to do so. I really appreciate their help.

We washed our dog here for the first time and it was a great experience! Everything went so smoothly; they supplied towels, shampoo, conditioner, and even a heated blow dryer 😃John was awesome, he showed us around and was super helpful! We'll definitely be back

Incredible Pets, is a very nice well stocked pet store, carrying supplies for dogs and cats to fish, birds and our6 month old puppy,on her leash was given a treat, for showing how she could sit and speak🐕.The kind cashier and customers were smiling and laughing at Peaches. ❣️

I highly recommend this pet store. The staff are very friendly, know their products and the young man Talon is a knowledgeable zoologist who knows about most animals, especially pets. The location makes it a bit hard to see from hwy 49, but a bigger brighter sign I think would be a big help for the Business.

Prices are a little high in my opinion but the staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Especially in the Fish area, I think his name was Tristan who helped me, he could identify all the fish and let me know if the fish would be a good addition to my tank. He was also very patient with me as I tend to be very indecisive. Highly reccomend

Please support our local and small pet shop. It's been here before all the big box , "no help" stores. Very friendly and free samples for your cat or dog. Always a friendly face and a hi when u walk in. Love this place plus get bonus $$ when u buy here. My dog loves the Fromm brand food. "Surf and turf flavor.

Staff is friendly and helpful during previous in-store visits... Ordered some dry foods for our beasts Friday morning on their mobile friendly site ~ great pricing and free delivery if over fifty bucks. Order was delivered at 5pm ON THE SAME DAY!! Let's see Chewy or Amazon do THAT. Shop local ~ these folks are truly INCREDIBLE!

decent selection of dog and cat supplies. minimal aquarium supplies. the live fish section is very depressing. filthy tanks. mislabeling of tanks. lots of dead fish. a large tank of mostly small sharks and there were at least 6 dead and floating in the corner. I'm seeing similar reviews from 5 years ago so i guess the community has decided that this is ok. very sad.

I really like the customer service here every single employee that worked here asked if I was doing ok, if I needed any help, what I was looking for. I was just in the store to keep cool with my kitty while waiting for my appointment with the vet clinic. I’m definitely gonna shop here next time for supplies.

My dog and I love this place :-) they are always friendly and helpful and frankly they are generous. We were there today for our monthly shampoo because we love their self serve dog wash. I know my dog you would rather be bathed by me then by someone else so this is a really good way to get her clean and still she enjoys herself because I can feed her cookies while I'm bathing her :-)

We went in a few weeks ago and I've been meaning to review our experience.First off, we went in just browsing because we are always looking for new goodies for our pups. We were approached by Raven and she absolutely made our experience. We have been looking to learn more about the best diet for our dogs, and she was beyond amazing. She took the time (like an hour of time we didn't even ask of her) telling us about different brands and typed of diets for different type of dogs. At the end of it all, we really wanted to try a new brand of food and she hooked it up so we could Try it before we buy It. We will definitely be back and want to make all our food purchases through incredible pets.
