A much larger Grocery Outlet, but most of the aisles are kind of tight for two way shopping cart traffic. Kudos to the product placement team, well stock, orderly, clean, and plenty of selection. This is definitely a very busy store. There's even a sanitizer dispenser by the meat section!

Better prices than the grass Valley store like grazers yogurt is 2.99 over 3.49 adds up quick. no handbasket which is very inconvenient on a busy day.

Love their prices but there is a continual problem with expired products on the shelves, especially in the dairy section. Example for today was soft cream cheese with an expiration date of 1-20-24 (10 days expired!!).

This is our favorite grocery outlet store. Fantastic variety of top brands. We shop here first everytime. They carry local walnuts out of the shell. They are the freshest ones you will ever find. Excellent selection of plants for indoor and outdoors. Pottery, patio furniture, decor and all the best produce. Friendly staff and the best stuff. Thank you for being there. Always love seeing what they have new each time.Edited. Every time I come in here now, many of the employees are not wearing their masks correctly. Customer service has gone way down hill. One cashier in particular is excessively loud and interrupts the work of other cashiers while they are working with annoying, irrelevant conversation, and has her mask under her chin. So gross and negligent. I won't even go to her register. Not all bad here but the bad outweighs what I used to love about shopping here. I go less and use stores with curbside pickup service more often. I wish the employees were more careful and diligent about masks. I am a cashier myself and wear a mask appropriately for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week out of caring and concern for my many elderly customers. I bag my own groceries since the baggers aren't interested in doing their work but it's just as well since I don't want to be exposed to more people who don't wear masks correctly than I have to.Sorry for the poor review.

This store discriminates against people who have physical disabilities with speech impediments. I went to this store last Friday, and immediately right away, the cashier asked me if I was with someone... My aide said she was. I asked her, what if I wasn't with anyone because I could be by myself. She called her manager over, and I wheeled out because I am used to people calling 911 on me. Unfortunately, I had to wheel back in because they were asking my aide stuff about me. I finally said I was fine..... Meanwhile, there were people driving by in wheelchairs in the store, and they asked them if they needed help. So just because I have a speech independent I can't be by myself.. This is not true, I am more than capable of being by myself. This store needs a lot of training about people who have disabilities.

i have been going here for 10 years. with my 9 lb service chihuahua always in my arms. I will never come again. Amy the owner came up to me and said that dogs cannot be in the store and there's a "huge" sign that says it. im confused and quite offended.

I was at grocery outlet today and Scott the cashier is the rudest employee you have. He treats people who use EBT awful. He saw me struggling with the bags but didn't offer help. I will wait in a long line before I go through his line again.

I appreciate the help I received from the store’s manager and cashier. The attention I received made me definitely feel welcome and appreciated. When I had asked questions regarding certain items, my questions were answered timely and truthfully with curtesy and respect, but some of the ice cream containers I had purchased weren’t as fresh, but I didn’t have any problems with their return because I had my credit card to validate the purchase, though having the receipt would have made the transaction simplified. The store is clean and organized with quality food and boxed items, but at a lesser cost than other major grocery stores. Would recommend.

On 6/21:22 I returned to Grocery Outlet due to my recent visits of all my items cost less than the nearby stores and were just as fresh. But, most importantly, each member was friendly and helpful, and would spend time speaking with me regarding some of their products. One person in particular was “Mark” who explained to me the differences of the ice cream brands and that Talenti is organic and tastes great (and it really does). Anyway, I’m so happy with this particular store and believe they should be recognized in the community for their hard work and care for their customers, in addition to the lower priced food items.Today was my first time to visit this store though I've visited a different store in the Bay area. Honestly, it was better than I thought; the fresh meat was delicious, and the fresh fruit and vegetables were fresh and delicious. I got so many similar items that I've gotten from other stores which were fresh and lower priced. The staff was helpful and the store is very clean. I'm looking forward to returning.

I like this store very much due to the staff’s friendliness and the lower cost items in comparison to other larger markets. I prefer this store because I’ve always received a welcoming hello and assistance whenever needed. I would highly recommend this store.

The store was full of deals like usual, the prices great as always. Employees and service was awesome. However, the cart return areas are gone! I was walking my cart towards the front of the store, unlike everyone else, and an employee told me that new ownership got rid of them. Excuse me, what? So that hilly parking lot is full of carts just waiting to crash into your car. What a joke of an idea. New ownership fail.

Great store! Good selection, descent prices, clean and a friendly staff. Thanks Brandy for being an awesome cashier. Your smile and cheerfulness make having to go get groceries not so blah. Over all a 4.5 out of a possible 5 stars(they had nothing but "Light" Mayonnaise in stock). so.... just don't expect to get everything on your list at one place!

The selections of products have been pretty slim, and at 5 PM with 2 registers open and both lines are all the way to the back of the store. I waited 20 mins in line and moved once, no one came to open a register. There were ample staff on the floor stocking which get is important to, but taking 1 or 2 off the floor to ring, and clearing the lines seem to me to be just as important. I had to leave

Good prices on everything, and it wasn't crowded, checker got me through quickly. I like buying wines here -- it's fun to try out different varieties, or something from an unusual place, or even just something with a silly name, for not a whole lot of money. And some of them are surprisingly good!

Great store, lots of selection. Not the largest Grocery Outlet, but certainly well stocked and always busy. Staff is friendly, and displays are kept neat. Good selection of beer & wine, lots of health and beauty items, and a great frozen section. Their meats and produce do not feature such a great selection; both areas are small - hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Still a great place to shop, and the location, right off I-80 and Hwy 49, is very convenient.

Usually pretty good prices, and always a surprise to see what they have stocked at any particular time. I particularly enjoy the natural foods and organic section because the selection is always changing and there is often some really great deals to be had on some good quality products. If you can get past the sometimes strange collection of shoppers it is one of the best kept secrets for finding good deals on normally high-priced items.

Grocery Outlet is a great place to get real savings on food, and wine. Not much savings on beer. When I'm in Grass Valley I usually stock up on fresh fruit, coffee, sometimes find good value on meats, and cheeses. I've seen more and more of these stores in my travels, they all have good prices on variety of things
