I have been utilizing Gold Country Compounding for a couple of years now and have enjoyed consistently excellent service. They are pleasant, proactive, and prompt. They will often call me before my prescription is up and ask if I’d like it refilled or give me a heads up that I’ve run out of refills. They’ve filled my prescription on short notice even, when I had a trip that was taking me out of town. I recently received new HSA cards (which meant new card numbers) and they were so kind, patient and flexible when the card was not going through and I had to wait for my husband to call me with our new card numbers. I can’t say enough great things about them, thank you for always caring for your community members!

My naturopath suggested this place and they’re awesome! Great customer service and they always call me when my rx is due for renewal. They’re on top of things here! They also will ship to my house, which usually arrives in a couple days! They also have high quality supplements in their lobby for sale, which is really nice! I highly recommend them!

My doctor wanted to start me on low dose naltrexone, however he wasn't sure how to order it. He called here, and the pharmacist took the time out of their day to help explain everything to him. They walked him through the process very thoroughly. I'm pretty impressed that the staff here already knew so much about such a novel experimental treatment.I live 25 miles away, and thankfully they offer mailing services through USPS. It was very easy to set it up.Super friendly staff. Supporting a local pharmacy is always an ethical choice, especially when they provide a service better than the big chain competitors.

I wish every pharmacy had the attention to detail and excellent customer service that Gold Country Compounding has.I’m one of those zebras in life that has an extremely sensitive system to numerous chemicals and pharmaceuticals.From my very first conversation with Janelle I realized I had found a pharmacist that really cares about the health of her clientele.My husband, a man with no patience for inferior costumer service told me he never has any issues picking up my meds because this is the most pleasant pharmacy he’s ever experienced.I’ve been mostly home bound and haven’t personally met the staff other than phone conversations.
