What a pleasure to have such happy, delightful employees who enjoy their jobs. They were so helpful, and it made the experience so much better. And it was about 10:30 AM , I asked for something to keep me awake till about 11:30pm as I had a long day ahead of me. She didn't disappoint! I had a medium double torture with 3 expresso shots. So delicious! Dutch Brothers beats that other coffee place by a mile! When you stop by, tell them I said, "Hey! and God bless!"

I love this Dutch Bros specifically it has great vibes with the employees and music!. On my birthday they made a mistake with the golden eagles drinks something to do with whole ice but we wanted blend ice. BUTTTT😆 they gave the four mistaken Golden eagles for free and payed for the two we ordered thank y’all!🙌. My favorite drinks are the Golden Eagle, hot cocoa, chai tea, and the London fog. They also have different milk alternatives if you need them.

Awesome drive thru coffee shop with lots of wonderful.items to try. We had the annihilator which is a super tasty creamy coffee beverage. The service was quick and courteous. They take your order on a tablet while you wait in line and then grab your drinks from the window when they're ready. They even have us these free stickers for Father's day!

I have am an avid dutch enthusiast. I have never had a bad experience with an employee once. I have even formed friendships with some of the workers. I have been to every location, and I visited this dutch (by the staples in downtown auburn). The girl that kindly took our order with the ipad outside was so kind, we left her a generous tip. we ordered a hand blended rebel, and once we got to the window with the next employee, immediate attitude. once we got our drinks, we noticed that one of our drinks wasn't hand blended per we ordered. we tried to kindly get her attention to change the drink. She purposely ignored us, we KINDLY asked her to simply just change the blend. she responded with attitude and a dirty look.Normally I wouldn’t complain about this online. I have worked in fast foot, as well as retail. I understand people have bad days, but at the end of the day it isn’t the customers fault.

Why can’t the whole world run as efficiently as a bunch of caffeinated 20 year olds forced to stand all day in a tiny box? It’s amazing how fast and good the service always is at every Dutch Bros. Super professional too and they always LOVE my dogs. It seems almost impossible how fast they make my order. And their sugarfree drinks are the best of ANY coffee place I’ve been to. So many sugarfree options that taste exactly like their sugary counterparts.

Great spot for a fast drive through, the only thing is the driving in and out is not clear at first. Other than that, it is a perfect spot to stop by to get your cup of coffee if you are traveling from or to Auburn CA.

The last several times we have gone to this place, the coffee has been either not hot or the taste has been off. We always order the same thing, so we can count on the exact taste. Lately, the coffee has not been of the quality we expect and has left us very disappointed.

I fell in love with Dutch bros about six months ago. I know, I'm a late bloomer on the Dutch bros scene, but damn it's worth discovering. Try the golden eagle, hot or blended it's truly amazing. The kicker is wonderful for those times that caffeine is critical. Plus there are many rebel based drinks for those of you who aren't that into coffee. Finish any drink up with a cranberry or poppyseed muffin top. It will make your day.

I came for my free birthday drink and was told i had to get the app which i was fine with and said id download it real quick then she told me that i would have to wait for the next day for my free drink even though i offered to show my id and everything. Extremely poor customer service. The other dutch in auburn is way better!

I've been going to this location for 11 yrs now! I love the handcrafted coffees always. New crew isn't as spunky as older crews. I gave 4 stars since I wasn't greeted for the first time in 11 yrs when I got to the window & review is on most recent visit.

What to say about Dutch Bros coffee...well it's delicious and very good I enjoy it the people are so polite and very awesome on their job I love it I enjoy how they make people day in the morning with a order and a how yours morning. I enjoy the delicious coffee with ice it's so much easier to walk there i don't live that far from dutch bros. I enjoy the staff who always have their order ready for you no need to wait in a long while . They have a good selection too . Keep up the good work dutch bros

Always enjoy the positive energy of the Dutch Bros employees. The coffee is good, with lots of flavors to choose from. My kids enjoy the option of smoothies or hot cocoa, too. No matter how busy they get, they handle taking orders and fulfilling them quickly and strategically. I'm always impressed with the speed of order fulfillment!

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. These guys were efficient and they all worked well together. As I ate a couple of bagels and drank a coffee in the parking lot, I noticed they had a lot of customers who were obviously regular customers. As I listened to their interactions, it was obvious they too were very satisfied with the service and the coffee.

Super fun staff that is always ready for any wild and crazy order you may throw at them! Upbeat fun atmosphere that extends to you while still in your car. Great variety, yummy flavors, and amazing customer service! Did I mention perks like stickers and stamp cards! We love Dutch... but the Auburn locations are the best... hands down!
