I've been to tons of Dollar Tree stores in many different states. This was the cleanest and well stocked store ever. The employees were also so friendly.

Worker basically rammed us with a shipping cart trying to push past us in an extremely narrow aisle display near the front of the store, instead of going around the display. We came in about 10 minutes to closing to buy a few items and heard employees loudly complaining about customers coming in close to closing and how they need to leave now. We were out before they closed but the rudeness of the employees was definitely unmatched.

Typical $1.25 store. Pretty well stocked, good size & selection. Never enough checkers but the ones they have are nice. Plenty of parking, convenient location.

The last couple times I've been here the store was alittle lite on inventory but now it seems like all is in good time where it looks great and wow oh wow your staff is putting out lots of Hotwheels which I love seeing especially because my local Walmart doesn't even do this and it doesn't look this great Kudos to the staff!!Overall great location, only thing I did see was that if you need to use the restroom it requires the "Spatchula w/key" that you need to get from the front and they don't have a sign indicating that, everything else perfect Thank you!!

The manager here is very nice. She goes above and beyond to help and I appreciate her.I love coming to this dollar tree and stocking up on all my favorite items. Shampoo, hair accessories, cards, gift bags, crafts, candles, glasses, cleaning products, candy, cookies, chips, frozen food, books, decorations , balloons, foil, toys, makeup, nail polish, all our favorite things.

I usually can find what I’m looking for but checking out is a time consuming effort. Today with just one clerk who was doing fine the line backed up all the way to the edge of the store. Despite calling for backup all we got was two other employees just walking by and looking at the mess. No attempt to help the one lone checker

I keep seeing videos of people 1. Getting great deals 2. Making fun, attractive &/or useful crafts from $Tree products. But sadly, this location doesn't seem to get any electronic/home furnishings, & not much crafting supplies. The crafting aisle is very basic & usually half empty, hardly any seasonal theme inventory.On the plus side, groceries are a pretty wide selection & usually name-brand; lots of snack foods & heat-and-eat. Though basic ingredients are scanty [like flour or coffee/tea]. There's a fairly large refrigerated section; again, mainly national brands.Cashiers are friendly & efficient, (but it's impossible to get help on the floor).

I haven't met anyone who has anything negative to say about the Dollar Tree. Including me. They do their best to stock things, change out seasonal merchandise, and always have nice staff. The addition of some higher cost frozen food items makes a trip here even better.

Good store in a good location. Lots of bargains. Checkout was a little slow, because a customer wanted to stand and chat and the cashier was trying not to be rude. It happens.

As far as dollar stores goes, this Dollar Tree is about average. They have a wide selection of goods, and the store is organized in a way that makes it easy to find what you're looking for. The aisles are pretty narrow, which can make navigating a bit of a pain when the store is busy, but overall it's rarely an issue. Lots of products, and usually well stocked.

Overall some of the best deals, but they have been out of stock of things recently... The extra 25¢ is a bit annoying, but with inflation, prices couldn't stay just a💲 forever....

Not only is this store poorly stocked, but it's employees leave a lot to be desired. The manager was feeling some kind of way because someone had just did a grab and dash. And by the way, this has happened at least twice that I personally know of,but. Digress. I spent about $24, headed for the door and realized I forgot a calendar. I head over there, start going through the calendars and realized the two so called managers are standing right outside the door. I find my calendar and go to pay. Now these two females come inside. One of which very rudely Asks me did I pay forthat? Mind u, there was all of maybe three people in the store. Yes I did in fact this is the same cashier. At this point, the older woman cashier decides she can't hear. Dollar tree manager, just cus someone stole from u you don't have the right to try and flex on me. And if old girl can't hear? Get her off the register. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. U don't get to treat paying customers so rudely. U could at very least apologize. At any rate grow up, be professional, or get a different job

Wow one of the BIGGEST Dollar Trees I've been in! A great place to get that last minute something. Or frugal shopping. Store could appear cleaner. And newest employees can be ruder then expected. Solid values here :)

Always find something new. Great for school supplies, crafts and kitchen items like foil paper, sandwich bags and some pantry items. Dollar Tree is now $1.25 however, you can still find things that are worth the buy at the new price. Specially for your DIYs and seasonal items. They now have all Easter finds.

I was from out of town, but I needed a few small items.. It was a nice store, with all the things I went in for, plus a few others, that I didn't.. Nicely stocked, and the clerks were friendly and helpful..

I needed a 2023 calendar today. FedEx didn't have 8x11 and Staples wanted $13 for 12 sheets of paper, yeah right! Bingo, Dollar Tree had one just like I wanted for a buck-25.

Rudeness is definitely in stock at this store. Next time your employees with nothing to do and nowhere to go and do anything walk away from a customer with a question, remember you're not the only crayon in the box for retail. And sac county is not that far away to get real customer service.

The hours for this location need to be updated along with the manager. Veronica proceeded to tell at people to Hurry up over the loud speaker, accompanied with slurred speech about safety. The poor cashier was pleasant so I give one star back. I will be directly contacting the corporate office as well, as the manager held about 7 of us hostage while she started closing because we took too long to check out and now "we had to wait". Behind a locked door which is illegal as it is a fire danger...

Called to check if they had collapsible storage bins in stock because I had made several trips and they had been out of stock. The lady that answered me was so rude. She did not even bother checking, said she was busy and I should make a trip. She was disrespectful. I get they get busy but I could of been put on hold and she could have checked when she wasn’t so busy. Doesn’t take that long. One of the worst customer service I’ve encountered.

Today April 9th at 12pm, a blue hair cashier lady left me half way when she was scanning my items to help someone else, she let me just stand there . Pretty sure she forgot to come back. I didn't have many things and no one standing behind me, she should have finished helping me .. how rude . I had to just leave the stuff and walk out...

Walked in and there was a huge line for check out and almost walked out. By the time I was ready to check out the had opened 3 more check out lanes so the lines were much shorter. I got all I went in for.

I had ordered some glass mugs on line because none of the $Trees had them in stock.When I visited your Auburn store I saw that you just got them in. I asked a clerk if by chance my order came in. She checked and said it was pending. I continued to check out where she found me and gave me my online order which would save me a 40mi round trip, which she had no way of knowing.Her name is Melanie and I thank her.

Well worth a visit. A little short of some things, but lots of good deals. Cheap snacks, like Wow! Lots of basic items for a dollar!! Groceries, kitchen and cleaning supplies. Toys, candy, greeting cards and much more. About only thing absent is vedgetables.
