Horrible rude pharmacist running the show in there. She has zero patience and don’t even bother requesting a change of anything. She liter told this customer “good I don’t care” regarding customer complaining why was she being so rude and that he will be transferring pharmacies. after her rude very rude attitude and inpatient attitude she had rolling eyes at his questions

I just recently switched to CVS from a different pharmacy. The people at the old pharmacy treated me so rudely. My doctor encouraged me to switch pharmacies. The staff at CVS is incredibly professional, they also have empathy, the pharmacist is kind and explains any situation that arises. I wish I would’ve switched years ago. Thank you!

They’ve always been good to me throughout the years help me save money, which is important. The only sad thing I see is they have to put up with a lot of rude people, yelling, and cursing them out. They don’t deserve that. Please be kind. They’re doing the best they can to serve you.

Good luck talking to someone on the phone, let alone someone nice, who does not hang up on you. Good luck getting your prescriptions filled on time so you don't run out of them. Good luck not waiting 15+ minutes in line to get your medications. Rude staff. Poor service. Long wait time. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PHARMACY. Take your business and medication management elsewhere.

I was one of many that our rx's were transferred to your CVS store on Elm and it was a bit hectic. I can say now, it is just perfect!! The pharmacist's are very helpful and extremely busy,kind and professional. The other staff members get my vote with 2 thumbs up. Thank you guys for your outstanding dedication. N.D Magill

I really like this CVS. It's very clean, well organized, and actually carries the things I might need or want. Great service, I've found it beats out the grocery except for fruit.
