Wow. I agree with almost EVERYONE here that the pharmacist/staff is super rude, won't take responsibility, and totally unhelpful! I just got told I was "yelling" at the person who answered the phone because I was in a room that was so loud I couldn't hear myself or her. *Excellent* customer service skills🙄 Is CVS even reading these? Their pharmacy staff is literally destroying their store's reputation.

Donna, Ritu and all the staff at the pharmacy are fantastic! They go out of their way to find your prescriptions, find coupons for you, explain medications, and serve you as quickly as they can. Despite being a very busy pharmacy, they treat everyone with efficiency and respect. They know your name and make you feel like you're at a hometown pharmacy! Getting vaccinations here is expedient and painless. Great people, great service, and a very hard job dealing with a myriad of insurance problems all day! Bravo to all of you! Thank you!

My experience at CVS on Elm in Auburn was excellent. A clerk was courteous helping me with a product. The cashier went out of his way to help me get the best deal with my coupons. I appreciated the guidance which saved me more money. This is the way employees in customer service should be with people. I’ve always had courteous employees at all the local CVS’s in the Auburn area.

The pharmacy workers are very nice and hardworking and doing a good job. They have helped me several times this week. I've been unable to get a prescription I need since it is an odd dose, but they said they will call me when it is ready. Everything else I came in for was ready way before the estimated time and was a pleasant surprise. Keep up the good work! I appreciate you!

This pharmacy CONSTANTLY runs out of medication ever time we need refills. One of the medications can kill you through withdrawal but they don't care. I'm not exaggerating when I say evey month. They wait until they are completely out of medication before they order it. They get away with it since they're the biggest pharmacy there. There's no corporate number to complain to either. I'm so sick of the half a$$ed service they have thereI rate them minus 10 stars.

CVS keeps contacting my Providers for refills after I keep saying no. No in person. No to their auto calls. No to every clerks face. My Doc fills em cuz he thinks I'm the one asking for them. I have nothing on Auto fill. I always say no to refills yet CVS keeps sending refill requests to my providers.

If I could give this Pharmacy a ZERO I would. There are a few staff who are nice and try to do their job but many others, mostly the pharmacist are rude! And they are obviously refusing to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy where I can get the service and help I need. Plus they are one of the most expensive places in Auburn for prescriptions, even with GoodRX! DON'T make the mistake of even sending your prescription here. I've never had so many issues with a pharmacy.

Donna at the pharmacy is the most RUDE and unprofessional person I have ever met. She doesn't want to listen, she thinks she is right and don't have any respect. Doesn't have me the chance to explain, didn't even bother to call the insurance to find out what the problem is, she just ended the call. I spoke with her 3 times and all 3 times I was treated the same. This is NOT right. There has to be respect and a nice way to treat people. Charline also was kid of rude to me, but nothing like Donna. Sad service. Hope something gets done. I don't know how management can allow this. Looking at all this reviews it is clear that they have a big problem.

The cashier's in the front are so wonderful. They atre pleasant, take their time to help you and smile. It reminds me of the good old days when customer service meant something. On the other hand, the pharmacy staff are unapologetically late to open, rather rude and irritated when I've had questions, and know nothing about discretion. An obvious and disappointing contrast in such a small space.

Every person I've dealt with at CVS have been extremely wonderful and kind. They are great at refilling prescriptions on time and managing refill requests. They are also highly responsive to phonecalls and insurance issues. There are long wait times occasionally, but I'd take that over poor customer service ANY day. I love this pharmacy and would highly recommend them.

Woman in the pharmacy needs replacing. Short and rude when I called about my refill and told me today or tomorrow when I had to then ask when it'd be ready then asked for a more specific time and greeted by silence. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt the first 2 times but a third time is crying shame. The riteaid pharmacy right behind it has amazing customer service and I highly recommend.

Pharmacy staff is rude, unprofessional, no personality, the staff seems they hate their job, especially the pharmacists. Being a business owner, everything starts with management. If the management is rude and unprofessional, then all other becomes that way...this CVS pharmacy is really sad...I’ve been to many CVS stores/pharmacies and the staff and pharmacists are happy, professional, courteous and enjoy their job.

I am an RN employed with an insurance company- - DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! They are rude, it is filthy and I constantly have to correct their filling mistakes. Get texts that Rx are ready, go there and they’re not! I actually told Marissa, a pharmacist that she was being rude! Her reply, “thank you for that feedback”. You can bet I’m going up the CVS chain to report them as well as notify their licensing agency. and will no longer tolerate their ineptness and rudeness!

Horrible service, a pharmacist that doesn't keep track of clients waiting for prescriptions; lack of communication about a refill pending doctor approval yet the doctor never received a request (three times). The CVS records have an incorrect phone number for me (they opted to put my husband's cell number as mine); but more seriously, most times when I am in the store waiting for pick up and most recently while I was on the phone with the pharmacist, she's FILLING PRESCRIPTIONS at the same time she's talking on the phone. A HUGE liability, and from the reviews, it looks to me like CVS would never take responsibility for an error made by their pharmacy. I will not be going back to this pharmacy.

The pharmacist did not listen to me whatsoever and continually cut me off when I was trying to explain my reason for calling. If she would have let me talk it would have saved both of us time, but instead she kept speaking over me and barreling through the conversation as if she knew best. Horrible customer service. I would recommend any other location for picking up prescriptions.

Due to their incompetence when filling my prescription, they missed the refill and didn’t add it to the system. The pharmacist would not “confirm or deny” that it was a mistake on their part. What’s the @#$&* does that even mean?! She required that my doctor call in an entirely new prescription on a Friday when I called in the refill a full 7 days ago. They had the hard copy of the prescription and could see their mistake but I did not matter. They were incredibly rude about the entire situation when I asked for an explanation and treated me like I was trying to get an extra medication out of them. I would avoid this pharmacy like the plague and go to the other on highway 49 or Walgreens. People there treat you like a human being.

My husband had a BP of 237/184 and the pharmacy staff told us to call hospital and talk to them if we wanted . And still made us wait for almost 30 minutes like it was no big deal. ER rushed him in and worked on him for hours in ER CALLED IT A CARDIAC EVENT. I always thought that pharmacy staff were trained enough to know when to have client seek medical help.not there we were told to go shop and they would call us when RX ready.

I would give this place a zero in the Pharmacy for Customer Service. I came in and said hello how are you" to the heavyset, short, white, older, woman with a short black and gray hair...She never returned the greeting and had an attitude when I repeated it. What a nasty person! Customer Service should be number 1!! Change your attitude Donna! Then perhaps you'll look better!

DO NOT PICK UP RXs at this Location. Make the drive elsewhere. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. Not worth it. I dont really know how that person is still employed, and EVERYONE on Google reviews Knows who I'm talking about! -Call them... I dare you, you'll get some sassy unprofessional chick on the phone. Total fail location.

Pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. I live a ways out of town; they never have all my prescriptions ready, even when they say they do. I’m not going to drive all the way back in, wait in line just to find out they still don’t have it. So I try to call ... they kept you on hold 10-20 minutes, or until you hang up; they just don’t answer.

The ladies at the pharmacy are very snotty And rude. they say yes? instead of hi there or can I help you with no smile at all. I switched from the Lincoln CVS to this one and I'm very disappointed. they almost make me afraid afraid to ask a question. they.n ohe other hand are outstandingpolite and get your order right away. . no one likes to feel judged when there by medications

I gave a zero because the pharmacist helper actually yelled at me for trying to get an answer. I had to ask for someone else because she kept yelling.I have been a customer of Cvs pharmacy for 19 years and have see customer service decline.

If there were less stars I would rate this pharmacy with a 0. These women completely disrespected my husband and made him feel as if he was insignificant. I will be speaking with headquarters, these are AWFUL EMPLOYEES, HORRIBLE SERVICE.
