I have always enjoyed my local target. It’s be dry easy to find things. There is always a likeable employee to help. Seems harsh to say likeable but it’s very hard to find a great employee willing to help someone. I’ve seen lots of employees at my local target help all types of people and don’t hesitate to do so.

The whole team that work at the Starbucks are the most caring group of people, my father goes by almost every day to get a talk hot chocolate. He looks forward to his visits with them, it really is a highlight to his day. I just want to say thank you to them for bringing a bit of joy into his day!

This Target has helpful employees but one I think is specifically great. Lucy she has been helpful not only to myself but other people. She definitely needs a raise or a higher ranking with her superb service. This store has quality food and employees. Best Target I’ve been to so far.

Hey Target is Target. Nice clean store. Not much for customer service tho. Employees just standing around talking to one another. Or just in the way. There shopping carts could use some fixing. There hard to push around the store so they to get a good one. Gotta go. See ya.

The employee at the food court was rude. When I went to get what I wanted to get I had to hunt for it. I went to self checkout due to the lines being long and the employee was busy doing something in the corner to interact with the 3 customers at self checkout.

Every time I complete a pick up order I am charged for 10 bags even though I bring my own or the order only needed one bag. In store shopping is pretty good. There is no way to complain about the issue online. The store is pretty clean and the items I need are usually in stock. Customer service is average compared to other Target stores.

The moment me and my husband walked in dressed down because we are in the process of moving.. a few of the workers immediately start following us around and had security watching us clearly because we are black because all the other folks was walking around freely mind you we spent almost 700 dollars today and 1300 two days ago in the same store. I will no longer shop here every again and I might call my lawyer because this is ridiculous… sick of being discriminated because the color of my skin.

Atwater target-Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the returning/exchange department.When I tried to explain my situation, it felt like 2 of the employees were ganging up on me. It was overwhelming.I called “the manager” which was also a mistake. No help whatsoever.These employees are very unprofessional. They lack empathy towards customers. Horrible. I will stick to Turlock or Merced.

Love Target. Can enjoy shopping because they have electric carts for those with mobility issues. Also have the best croissants and bagels. Seems like other bakeries have modified their croissant recipes (no longer buttery or flakey).

Why do I need to download an app to have my online order brought out to me in my car?? If I wanted to go into the store I would have saved the extra that Target charges and shopped myself

(I am non-hispanic and this could be a case of discrimination that others have said to have experienced.)A few years back it was near the end of Fall at night and so had a puffy jacket that was one of my only at the time. I kept taking the jacket off as it was hot and I was looking at chairs and I noticed that an employee was reporting me as suspicious. They were staring at me like hawks with smug faces and following me around.They had contacted the police in which a cop followed me to the house and stared at the house with a smug expression before leaving. I noticed a kind homeless man not too far away and thought how this store would rather give opportunity to people that are cruel and discriminatory. I wouldn't be surprised if they contacted police if I ever returned, which I don't plan to. Just go to Merced if you want to avoid petty employees.What a nightmare of a store.

I am able to find what I need most of the time. The staff I've asked assistance from normally can help and are knowledgeable. One star deducted due to the lower number of employees working on registers. Not impressed with 'self checkout' when you have a cart full of items.

Saw that they were going to have some Pokemon cards. Literally walked into the store and saw that they were going to cart them out I asked the lady if we can just take it off the card she said no you have to wait till it's on the shelf there was about five other people waiting in line the vendor saw the people waiting and pushed the cart back. The manager said she didn't want to stock because she didn't feel comfortable with the five people waiting there. We told her that we would go wait outside till she stocks. The manager said she's not going to stock at all because we're waiting there for some cards. She could have easily just told us to wait outside while she stalked and then we could have had a good time my son could have had some Pokemon cards. But no the manager said that they don't want to be carrying these Pokemon cards anymore because they've been causing too much problems and they don't make any money off of it. It's funny that Target shut down selling sports cards and Pokemon cards but no other retailer did. All the other retail stores can handle the demand for cards but not Target they will go to any lengths to make sure that you don't get what you want. Their online is no better no bot protection and they usually release the cards at 3:00 in the morning when nobody is awake. The easiest solution to Target's problem is to set a day when they're going to stock and have whoever's is going to buy cards to be put on a list and randomize the list this will keep people from camping out. But Target doesn't care because they don't make enough money off these cards to justify the extra effort it's all about the money to them they don't care about the consumer they don't care about the people buying their stuff they only care about money. The store manager could have easily had us wait outside while the vendor stocked.

This is how my family will be doing the bulk of our shopping. This is an easy way to reduce exposure, and it's free for 6 months if you have a red card (which is also free). We ordered everything on the app, received cartwheel discounts, and picked it up within a couple of hours (which is probably less time than I spend in the actual store shopping). Also, I don't have to deal with the crowds and long lines! Highly recommend.

This staff is usually very helpful.The ladies in the photo department are awesome.Sometimes the stock in the clothing department is low. That is something they could improve on.The popcorn is so good we take extra home.It is nice to have so much shopping so close to home.

I hate shopping, but On Thursday 10/7/21, went into Target in Atwater looking for Lego books. Two employees directed me to the back of the store. But it was an employee named Benjamin working in the book section that was so wonderful. He looked up the books and found them for me . The Target pharmacy staff are GREAT. They have been a great help with figuring our insurance problems.The front $1-$3 area is a gold mine of things for the classroom.The photo machines are easy it use. The staff was great teaching me to how to get my pictures printed.

I ordered my groceries drive up and when I got home one of my cans of sauces had already been opened. I didn’t want to drive all the way back so I threw it away but it was disappointing.
