Stephenie is wonderful with my dog. He gets so nervous and he is reluctant to let me do much to him. Stephenie can pick him up and he is just fine. If I try to pick him up he growls. She just has rapport with him! He comes out looking clean and soft and he smells really good. I am thankful for Stephenie because my dog needs her care.

My groomer loves the dogs he grooms. And my big boy loves him. My Moose had a hard start in life and Michael (my groomer) listened to me and worked with moose and now Moose loves going in. I tried another service and Moose wouldn't go and Ive never been back. I will stick with Michael and Petco.

Michael is an excellent groomer. He makes all 3 of my dog feel safe and they never have any problems with him. Our little Mi-Ki who has sensitive feet even loves him and will allow him to trim her sensitive dewclaw. Without him, we feel lost and have a hard time trusting anyone else. Thought the staff at the Atwater Petco is amazing, and all the groomers are a delight!

I took my dog yesterday for the first time. I had a best experience with everyone. I love my dogs hair cut! I don't even recognize her. I hope they keep a record of what cut they did on her, so that next it'll be easy for the next time.

Very pleasant staff. Serena didn't have to stay too long. When I arrived I forgot my rabies certificate and they told me it was necessary to confirm before she entered the store. When I made the appointment they told me they needed it. I just forgot. Safety first.♡♡
