Had an issue with my sewer hose for my trailer. The guy who sets up my trailer had called with the bad news, while traveling to the coast, so I stopped prior to ky destination, walked in immediately a young man asked me could he help me find anything!!!! I told him he was knowledgeable about the product and what they had in stock. In and out, great service, great help!!!!!

Jayden was my cashier and she was friendly helpful and sweet. I felt like everyone was waiting for me when I walked in the door there was no one else there and everyone was helpful. This store focuses on customer relations and that's amazing. Because most stores don't have the time to give you this much focus. Congratulations you guys are the best.

Don’t understand why they got a key machine if they advertise cutting vehicle keys but want you to buy a key fob they don’t even sell themselves or they won’t cut your keys? Place is full of people who don’t care to actually do their job. SCAM.

Much better customer service than the big Orange or Blue hardware stores. Always plenty of employees to help you out, and it seems like they generally know what they are talking about.Prices can be a little bit higher on some items, but generally pretty close to the other big hardware stores. The garden section has impressed me with how much variety it has, despite being fairly small.

Took a while to get helpmamdminhad to approach someone before I did get helped. Then wasn't done with my help needed and clerk or possibly a manager or department lead left me hanging so when I asked the person covering the department about products that were important to the specified and assigned department, she had no answers for me at all.

I've always liked miners ace hardware. I can walk around that place for hours just looking at every thing. Staff is all ways close by if you do have a question. Prices are fair and sales are great and all the time.

Clean store, well organized isles, polite employees. The parking can be a bother if they are busy. Don't hesitate to ask someone where something is. They will ask you, but it may take a minute before they see you looking confused. Once you figure out the layout, it's very organized. I always spend an extra ten to twenty minutes in here, just checking out the new tools and do-dads. Staff has never rushed me or made me feel ignorant. Quite the opposite. If you're tackling a new project, that you may not have experience with, they will happily help you get the tools and supplies you need to do it right. Best local hardware, store in my opinion.

I needed a couple screws and nuts for my magnet fishing set up, becsuse i lost my magnet in the water. Long story short, I needed to make one on the spot. Workers were more than willing to help me make one, and tighten it with their tools. Coming from out of town, they were truly lifesavers. Greatest customer experience!UPDATE: found the magnet I lost with the one I made on the spot!!

Everything you’d expect from a non-big box store. Lots of weird little stuff they don’t have at HD or Lowes. Nice helpful people. Small to medium size as far as Ace stores go but they just rearranged the store and it appears to be more efficient.

I was confused that even though there was employees out in the garden, including 2 that I know are register trained, that they would not allow us to check out and instead we had to go through the inside. Then once inside our cashier did not know how to handle our coupon that we had brought in.

This is real home town, small town atmosphere. It feels like home coming to miners. Great store, prices, and staff. Keep up the good work and keep out the big box hardware stores. Good quality merchandise is all they carry so finding a good product is not a matter of digging through all the mass produced to get to the quality stuff. It's all quality here.
