Lemos had a VIP Vets vaccination clinic they have at different locations. Your pet can get the vaccinations they need at a relatively low cost and convenient times. VIPS keeps those records and you can get all that info through their website. People with personal show up 15 to 30 minutes before th we clinic starts and its a fairly quick system to get what you need. VIP is independen of the stores these clinic are at and I found them at almost anywhere you find pet supplies. Very friend, efficient, quick, and conventional. I'd give them 5 stars

Best dog wash station we’ve encountered. Thoughtful additions like an elevated grill, fully enclose-able station, water temp control and powerful drier allowed us to get a near-groomer quality bath in 20 min.

Knowledgeable staff, welcoming atmosphere, well stocked shelves, competitive pricing and they offer vaccine clinic on certain days for less than what the vet would charge. My only complaint would be that one grumpy staff member that can be quite rude at times but over all a good experience shopping there.

I like Lemos. We exclusively buy our dog's food here because we like to shop locally and make sure he gets good quality food.What I don't like is hearing how my white husband went in to buy it this time and during checkout the cashier verified our account by saying, "Sam and Fa...Faaaatimah? How do you say that?" After my husband pronounced my name, the most common female Arabic name in the world, the cashier followed up by half trying to pronounce and saying, "Ah, one of those fancy names," before chuckling. Note to Lemos employees: just because you are uncultured and don't know any names beyond Jennifer, John, and Karen, doesn't mean all white people find your ignorance charming or funny...especially ones married to people with "fancy names."

These wonderful ppl/employees, are so helpful. They have answers to ALL MY Q's.AND they showed me their PET bathing area. This is free to everyone. Including the shampoo.Just bring a towel!

I’ve been in the Atascadero store 3 times. There is a guy who works here with red/strawberry blonde hair. I don’t know his name. He is rude and condescending. Definitely a know it all. After spending hundreds of dollars there, I’ll never go back. I don’t understand how someone could keep their job and speak to people the way he does. I’ll shop elsewhere.

Friendly, helpful staff and a good selection of products despite being half the size of the bigger chain stores. We recently had to change our cat's wet food, and they were extremely helpful with helping us find a few good ones which my cat loves. Really high quality products as well!

Very friendly and helpful staff in this store. They have been great to give me food recommendations and they always carry my large heavy bags of food to the car for me. I have 6 pets, 2 dogs and 4 cats. Several of them are on special diets so we have 5 different foods we buy. I am able to buy all but 1, which is prescription, here.

I get most of my dog's supplements here, and take him here for self-service baths. Employees are normally kind and accommodating, and never get mad if my dog has a nervous pee in the store.

It’s a super friendly store, everyone is so very helpful. They have great cat towers, dog beds and I wish I could load my dog up weekly to use their awesome dog wash facilities. It’s somewhat weird for me to have someone carry my bags of food, but it was such a great convenience when I was pregnant. Courteous and wonderful staff.

I visit this store weekly and I do not understand how Mitchell can be a manager...wow unbelievable!!! He is the most rude person I've ever came across.His customer service skills are a -0.He almost appears as if he is irritated when customers come in to shop for their pet.Whoevet is this District manager of this store and or owner you might want to get rid of this pitiful creep!!!!! He has the worst disposition and should not work with the public period!!!!

Love Lemos! They have huge selection of pet supplies & feed. This particular Lemos has the greatest staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Always polite. I just go in there and tell them what I need. And pay and I'm done. They do the rest. Load up my truck about 2 minutes usually. I would recommend this Lomos to anyone.

Lemos is not a big chain pet store so they are very personable and happy to help their customers. I have been going here for years. They carry large bulk items just like petsmart and others. Many items to choose from.

The people at the Atascadero Lemos are really great. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and really friendly. Today I called them on my way home from SLO and let them know what I needed. when I parked my truck, two people were walking out with my chicken feed and scratch and the manager already had my Primal dog food on the counter along with my meal worms and oyster shells for my chickens. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Atascadero Lemos is really great and I really like doing business with them. The manager (sorry but I can't remember his name) is seriously awesome. Thank you Atascadero Lemos!!

Went for their Sunday vaccination clinic for our dog, always friendly and professional. Then used the self-wash Doggy shampoo station! Only $13 & way easier than showering with the dog at home. :)

They had what I need, but good grief is their customer service suffocating. I went in for one thing and got offered 6 other unrelated items. For all they knew, I didn't even own a dog, but they were more than happy to literally read off the sale tag of every bag of dog treats.

We buy our chicken feed here. It's much cheaper than other stores. They carry it out to your vehicle & load it for you. They carry dog & cat food too. They are extremely polite.
