The employees here are so kind and helpful. I just went in to grab some last minute Halloween goodies and while I was at the self checkout I witnessed a couple women talking down to the cashier for an issue with an exchange. It was clearly a complicated return and the employee, Chandler, handled their condescension with so much patience and grace. The manager, who the women demanded he call, was also very calm and kind in communicating the systems limitations. It’s hard to watch people abuse the “customer is always right” precedent that our society has set. But the employees here deserve a lot of credit for handling these Karens with poise and class.

This Pharmacy has to be the most uncaring an unorganized Pharmacy I've ever seen. My husband is a diabetic and they've left him with no insulin often. You talk to the people in the pharmacy, they don't care and I'm going to make sure that word gets out. CVS Pharmacy get no recommendation from me. My one star is even too much for this Pharmacy. Transferring all medications out of this Pharmacy into one that actually cares about people.
