food department very disappointed tried to get an orden of mexican meatball but they serve the food in a plastic container it feels that it's going to melt How come you stop serving el caldo properly in a platethat thing is a bought my own bowl 🥣 hoping to get my caldo de albondigas I asked the lady if she could wash it after i paid for ittold her I don't like my food in the plastic she refused sayings she wasn't allowed to wash it what a poor costumer service I paid for my own bowl I have no choice to return it and forget about my hot meal won't buy hot food anymore till start serving in a different container

My wife is from Mexico. She likes this store. She usually manages to buy the makings of multiple meals for less than other major supermarkets. The produce is good quality, and they carry a wide selection of fresh meats. It seems like the meat prices are a little lower, too. I definitely recommend this market; just be prepared for a crowd because it's popular!

The store was very clean and products were in their place. The employees were super nice and helpful. I forgot how much I like shopping at Vallarta. I do think a Customer Restroom needs to be put in. The little bathroom is in bad shape compared to the rest of the store.

Attendants at the diary and meat department should have better care to costumer as I have been waiting to be helped with three other costumer there is none of the attendants helping the waiting for their products and services you can clearly see two and sometimes three of the attendants back in the store department cleaning their work environment as if they put more emphasis on cleaning their working equipment than to costumer already increasing and waiting to for the attendants to finish their what every thing their doing stand of helped the inpatient costumer

The workers are wonderful, but whoever owns it is slowly diminishing the quality of the store and products while unnecessarily price gouging. This mostly affects the low income immigrants, elderly, and disabled since getting to Bakersfield may be difficult and Vallarta has a monopoly on supermarkets in Arvin. I think it is disgusting to do such a thing.

As a weekly customer I could follow through with my moms daily walk-ins and the experiences that come with them. Every incident/accident that has occurred has be punctuated to perfection! A warning welcoming has floated my boat every time! A spot free facility that accumulates points to my preference in shopping there. There is no doubt for the 5 stars that you would hand over.Beautiful people!!!! There spirit heals the soul, the customers themselves surf that majestic vibe. Extraordinary the experiences that come with shopping at a Vallarta Supermarket. Thank you soooooo much for having your doors open through out all this!

They sold the worst roast beef in the world to me. It was terrible, I made shredded beef and couldn’t even take a bit without chipping a tooth. This was what I was looking forward to as my last meal of 2020 and it did not disappoint.

Great store very clean and great service. Everyone there very friendly the only problem is the bathroom for the customers is always dirty, the toilet its its al dirty they don't scrub it, there is always paper on the floor, and the walls are dirty as well. They should keep the restroom really clean for their customers.

Prices at this particular store are beyond outrageous and if there was any other option I'd be the first to go. Plus side it's super clean and staff is awesome

I love going to Vallarta supermarkets, always look forward to buying the shrimp cocktails and agua de jamaica. I also like that they have all the spices needed for my style of foods and I also like the personal attention they provide. I recommend Vallarta 100%

I went for lunch the other day. Easy order, one torta. Only one person in front of me. It took about 15 minutes to get my order. I've been to the Vallarta's in Bakersfield which are way busier and they have never taken this long. Girls were more interested in talking about coworkers hitting on them.Then, I couldn't sit down because there were only three tables and one of them was full of employees talking. I'd assume they would be kind to give those seats to customers but I was wrong. Disappointing experience.

Shout-Out to the new cashier, Rebecca for giving me horrible attitude. She didnt bother to offer me bags nor tell me the total of my purchase. While scanning my items, I just couldnt handle her negative vibe. Vallarta should hire more courteous people. Sometimes the last thing you want to see is a person giving you attitude just because he/she hates their job.

Worst customer service expierence I've ever had! Manager wasn't on site and there wasn't anyone qualified to assist me. The "supervisor" was of no use, he left my issue unresolved. Total waist of time!!!

I honestly dislike going to Vallarta, unless i have no other options. It's always crowded and there's like 10 cash registers but only 1 cashier. If you're in a hurry don't expect to be out of there soon.

The worst place to buy meat... rotten meat all the time... I returned to them the rotten fish and meat but they don't care, it seems to be something really normal to them. 🐷🐷🐷
