I unfortunately forget the young lady's name that was in the shop at the time, however she was nothing but friendly and helpful. We had a time getting ahold of someone to help finish the transaction and she just kept being productive and helpful the entire time. So much that even though my wife and I now qualify for free phones I would consider cricket for the customer service quality which has pretty much gone away . I highly recommend Cricket as well as this location double thumbs up 👍 👍 I also forgot to take pictures and the store was very clean and professionally presented.

Terrible service here at Arvin Cricket, apart from when I want a phone they never have it 😒 They tell you it's in the other store. And now suddenly, apart from that, cell phones have gone up a lot in price, and none of the cell phones have a visible price.... What a coincidence, we don't know if they are giving us a different price.
