I transfered my prescriptions here because the Buena Park location is just awful. Don't use this pharmacy if you want to speak to someone after the second ring or if you want a smooth transaction...I'm being sarcastic!!! This is my new home!

I have been with this Walgreens brach in Artesia for a very long time. I like the personnel - their client relations service is 10/10. They keep tract of my medications when refill is needed.Of course, as in all organizations, some do stand out. JAZMINE is one of them. She remembers my medications and reminds me about refills. And she is amiable, friendly, patient, among her many good qualities.Today I noticed that she wasassisting an intern, VINITA, from Cerritos College. I foresee that the latter will make a good pharmacist, because she is humble (not apopular quality nowadays) and willing to learn the system.I always go by the drive by pickup and the audio is not always perfect (to my imperfect hearing, being a senior citizen) however Jazmine and also Vinita have the patience to repeat or say the words more clearly.

The cashier Amanda is nice over the phone. She had a great tone of voice and was helpful but once I walked into the store and she looked to see what I look like she was kind of rude to me and made me feel like I’m bother her from the vibe she’s giving out. Just to make sure I wasn’t thinking too much about it I saw her ring up a gentleman with smiles and was even flirt tacious while she rang me up very dull didn’t say much to me and made me feel worthless. Not a good look.

Went for vaccine with appointment and filled up forms on line, still had to fill up forms against and took 30 min after appointment to get vaccine..staff very non friendly

Total Humiliation! The Clerk Lady working Saturday at 7pm shift was totally Rude! We have been longtime customers for years. You card everyone for adult beverages that's great..So Mom and I stopped by to get a few things plus wine, at checkout the Lady denied wine purchase to my mom due to an expired Id this past January. Not a problem..so I stepped in to make the wine purchase for my mom..I'm 48 So The clerk lady turns to me and also denies me the wine purchase even after I show her my licence which expires in 2020! The Lady was Rude! I'm glad I left all my purchases behind! That woman should be fired. I've never felt such Humiliation in my Life! You Walgreens just lost two customers for Life! Hello Cvs!

I have been using their drive thru for many years and always Received excellent services until this week when I asked a supposedly head pharmacist named Dan for assistance in obtaining a refill he refused to help me solve the problem which evidently a member of their staff according to Dan had just made an error in filling the prior prescription because I quote Dan s words “ he was just being nice to me” strange comment from a senior pharmacist!. He told me I needed to call my dr. To get it straightened out . so my personal experience with this Dan also a female tech. named Jasmine was quite surprising and disappointing from previous very helpful pharmacy staff . Sadly due to these staff members I will not use Walgreens on Artesia and Pioneer in the future and do not recommend this pharmacy.

If you are here to get your prescriptions filled, make sure to count and check your meds. I was here just 2 days ago, I actually come here every once for prescription pains medications(torn meniscus, sciatica). I never ever check the pills or count them, didn’t feel like I needed to because I trusted them.So, when I showed up like I do each month, I got my refill, went home and took a pill at night. Yesterday morning I woke up to take another and I spilled them on my kitchen counter. Not all of them fell out but I started to pick them up and count them and put them back in. That’s when I noticed one pill looked different than the others. There was 29 pills but one was a basic acetaminophen which they threw in there to blend in thinking I wouldn’t notice. So, I got shorted one pill, no biggie but thought I’d warn others to check your bottle of pills, specifically the ones for pain. I pay for mine out of pocket so I can pick them up at any pharmacy. Just won’t be going here anymore. I know this sounds crazy, if I read this review from another user I probably wouldn’t believe it but this did happen. Perhaps there is a shortage and maybe they didn’t have enough in stock and threw it in there hoping I didn’t notice but I did. I also wonder if this has happened before. I hope this review can help others.

This pharmacy have lied to me from day one when I first took my prescription to them the tech lies about talking to your doctor to being out of stock to telling you to tell your doctor to prescribed you something else so out of line wants you to suffer had my prescription for 3 days never once call my doctor and stated my doctor didn't send what they needed too lieing on me told my doctor I picked my prescription up and said I was going to somewhere else which I never stated that when I did go up there she told me they wasn't going to be able to fill it to they out of stock to tell my doctor to change my medication she was so out of place. I'm suffering in pain can't sleep I feel they pick and choose who to give what to I feel discrimination seriously I do they are the worst. And God sits high and looking low and thou shall not lie.

Simply marvelous. Derek the Pharmacist was professional knowledgeable. He was able to pull my Insurance Info with the minimum info due to me not having my card. My daughter was able to get her TDAP within 15 mins of arrival after plenty running around difficult clinics. He is a very bright Individual. He was able to calm a fretful 11yr old. It was in over and out. I also received excellent service from Alex at the check out. Will highly recommend. Thank you!

Im very upset! I called earlier to make sure my prescription was received. Their lack of communication has me angry. It’s past 7 and I wasn’t told earlier their time of closing. So I came confidently that I would be receiving my items and now I have to wait until TOMORROW to pick it up. Unfortunately I have to wait another 20 hrs to pick it up because I can’t in the am or pm because of work.

Very bad service. My wife them to conform that prescription are ready for pick up and they confirm that it is ready for pick up. When I went the store and asked for prescription, then what said that it is not ready yet. After 3 hours, I went again for pick up and there was issues in address and phone numbers. I called to my doctor and she confirm the prescription on phone with representative, then she gave me. So very time consuming.

Renee the Manager is very rude and with food flying out of her mouth while she's trying to talk to us. She does not know store policy at all. Makes me wonder what kind of people Walgreens hires for their managers.

As a new customer I expected to have to wait to have my insurance run, so I called ahead to get the process going, was put on hold for 5 min, then told there are other customers waiting that I should just do it when I arrive. I pulled up in the drive thru and was told there are other customers ahead of me to come back in 10. I filled up on gas, waited in the car then came pulled in the drive thru again. The girl says, "You prescription coverage is covered by X company, do you want me to call them?"Um, is that a rhetorical question!? I tell her how upset I've become and she says...."I'm actually doing you a favor"WOAH won't be coming back here again!!!

The pharmacist by the name of Hang is horrible. She thinks she can talk down to people. She really thinks her attitude and demeanor is appropriate for this type of work. It's not. Worse service I have wver experienced ever.

Never used their pharmacy so this only applied to the general store. Things were never in stock here so I wouldn't even bother coming in. I found some expired Tylenol on the shelves so I learned to always check dates here. You would think something so common like Tylenol wouldn't sit on the shelf forever until expiration! The photo department was slow. There was no other print job ahead of mine but it would still take them 45 min to print one simple picture.

This review is for their pharmacy. I came here to pick up me and my wife's prescription, and I asked about my wife's insurance. The Pharm tech did so but then for some reason also checked up mines. Because she did that on 1/2, and I dropped off the presumption on 12/31, the cost of my prescription went up from $4 to $46. So talking to the pharm tech cost me $42 and 20 minutes. I don't know if she was new, or just confused, don't know why she checked on my prescription, it was all ready to go to get paid, but she screwed us over badly. The prescription wasn't ready until today so not sure why she checked on mines for the new year switch... Go somewhere else for your prescriptions!

Great customer service compared to the other pharmacies in the area including Norwalk.I came at 11:00pm and Daniel (I think the night shift manager, I think) was very very helpful and friendly, also Alejandra and another lady that unfortunately I can't remember her name... But anyways give it a try

Out of all the drug stores, my favorite is Walgreens. I'm not sure why? Maybe the layout, maybe the rewards? Regardless, I frequent Walgreens the most & my destination inside is the clearance section for bargains. The staff has usually been friendly when I've shopped here, and having rewards to redeem never hurts.I've used the photo center to print jpegs and I'm usually out of there in a hurry. Items can be bought at the photo center, too.Parking is in a private lot.

I buy the olay sunscreen cream from their from month ago I didn’t open that until one month bcoz my old one was not finished when I open after one month their was half off cream was gone I go back to store but they refused to exchange it, so my suggestion is when u buy product from there check right away/open right away it’s better for all.... 😔 😔 😔 😔

Pharmacy Staff told us they going to give the medicine before they take their break and they lie, just left us hanging waited for 30 minutes and they left us and took their break didn’t even acknowledge us, we’ve been waiting, don’t go to this place bad service.
