I changed my review from 4 Stars to 5 Stars!!! This was a direct result of the reply I received from STATER BROS and MISSY!!!I understand that you might tend to believe that some, maybe even most of the managers/owners/employees of the places I have visited and reviewed would send a response when I do post comments and a review....but not all of them do!!!!Shout out to Missy @StaterBros for the quick reply. I also liked that Missy, although it was an almost perfect review, which usually would just warrant a thank you reply, instead went a step further and asked me if there was anything she could do to assist me if something was not correct, at my recent visit!! She also encouraged me to continue to give them additional feedback in the future so they can always improve and be learning!! Great Job Stater Bros and Missy!!! 🥇🥇

***First Your Produce SUCKS...Over Rotted Lemons More than just 1 bag of them but all of them I actually thought I found 1 bag that was good but I was wrong,***#2..Your cut fruit..Looks great from the outside but after we get to open it what we really get is inedible unripened pieces of the fruit's core! Not 1, 2, but 3x's ... Why would you rip off your loyal customers? You used to be better than that....

I visit this Staters whenever I'm in town. It is one of my favorites. The workers are always friendly and very helpful. The produce is always fresh and has what I need every time. 5 stars.

Staff was super RUDE! Not even sure what happened I did. Walk in, said hello to the greeters. Grabbed 2 juices. Walked to the second quick check out lane. I didn't even know the light was off or if the individual working in the glasses beard and slight double chin happenin, turns off the light, but walks off without saying a word like oh I. I going on break or hey im just grabbing this drink of monster real quick.Me and the bagger just look at each other and I just tell him "OH my bad I didn't know it was his break".I go the the first quick check out lane.Double chin glasses comes back and turns his light back on....... Really??? Couldn't have told me oh I'll be right back. Just does a Irish leave.Cool bro thanks for the first time experience. At this spot.

Foster farm whole chicken on sale for $1.79 but it was marked st $1.99. I ask for them to check the price so I could get it adjusted. Yes he did it , but I did not see any rush to go change prices on the other chicken on counter. I look for sales and I want the price to be correct when I purchase it. This was Stater Bros Artesia.

I’ve been going to this exact Stater Bros. my entire life, ever since I was a little boi. I remember my family used to come here to get TV dinners back in my toddler days along with the usual groceries. Sometimes for some snacks, sometimes for milk and cereal. Good memories!Now that I’m a young adult in my early 20s and driving more since August of last year, I’ve frequented here more often than the last 2 years. Getting groceries to try different recipes I find on the internet, errands for my parents, and sometimes popping in to get some Dino Nuggies real quick for that childhood nostalgia (they’re still good in my opinion after all these years). Absolutely love it! The staff are friendly and eager to help when available! I plan to come in sometime today to get ingredients to try making Beef and Vegetable Soup for the first time!

I’ve been coming to this store for 2 years now. Overall it’s nice, well kept and the people are somewhat friendly. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the the staff. They don’t have the “Disneyland” affect. I got to give credit to the cleaning staff and entire staff for the upkeep on the cleanliness. It’s like a fresh breath of air knowing that I’m walking into a clean/organized store. Thank you!

!!!Warning To Women Shopping Alone!!!I’ve been shopping at the Artesia SB for thirty years now. I was there last evening, before 8 pm, when I was approached by a man in a motorized cart. He spoke in a low tone & was difficult to understand.I soon realized that it was a ploy to draw me closer to him; he wanted me pay for his beverage items when I was ready to check out. I went straight to the Manager.Apparently, there is NOTHING that they can do as he hasn’t hurt anyone. Although this man is a continual presence in that store, he can only be asked to leave.To those that shop after 5pm, keep your guard up to prevent being victimized. This man was heavyset, olive skinned and wore dark clothing with a baseball cap. As I exited, I observed him standing, looking quite able-bodied, having used the motorized cart to further exploit.I otherwise love this store and applaud the management for their continual improvements over the years. The produce section is superb and the addition of vegan products throughout the store is greatly appreciated!

I rarely shop at stater bros but I was out running errands and it was nearby. One thing that stood out to me was the amazing cheap prices and wide selection of snacks and candy available. The store was well-stocked with a variety of fresh produce, meat, dairy, and dry goods, making it easy to find everything I needed in one place. The aisles were well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the store and locate what I was looking for. The checkout process was quick, and the cashiers were professional and courteous. Overall, my experience shopping at Stater Bros Supermarket was positive, and I would recommend this store to others

My grandma and I ordered a birthday cake over the phone. It was pretty hard to describe what I wanted over a call, but the worker who answered the phone did an excellent job taking my order! Thanks to the worker on the phone and the baker. The cake tasted delicious (strawberry filling with whipped cream) and looked very very cute! Thanks. 💫

Thank you Kelli D for going above and beyond to help us find chia seeds. We are from out of town and couldn't find them and even though she's normally not at this store she found them for us and brought them back to us on another aisle. Awesome customer service.

Wells Fargo and Schoolsfirst ATM inside also . Their coupon program is very helpful . And the staff has always been very polite every time I visit. They have a good selection of bread and pre-made food. And their meat/butcher area has been updated really cool to where they can display more selections. They also have this cool corner that has foods from Portugal aside from their international food section.

I just realized this morning that I left my five star review on the wrong Stater Bros. I like the Alondra location too, but this store is my fave. If it's weird to say, oh well, but I think this store has a nice ambiance. I recently visited to pick up some supplies for a baking project and found the literally Upside-down cake (pic). Made me laugh out loud. Got a crooked look from another customer, but it made my day! Had a pleasant check out experience too. Thanks Stater Bros 😁

I really like Stater Brothers. The produce are always fresh and I never have purchased something that I regret it after. I like the fact that store is always clean and there's nothing in the aisles that you could trip and fall.

My regular store and I love how safe I feel shopping here and the selection offered for the size of the store. Everyone who work there has always been kind and gone above average to give a pleasant experience. The parking also is usually convenient as well.

such a bad service and rudeness!! the female cashier with a red hair did mistake on my purchase. she scanned one of my items twice. i bought only 4 items how can it be difficult to scan rightly? so i had to go back there to show her my receipt. she said bring that item to cancel it without saying sorry so I went back to my car again to bring it. she was even going to leave while i was bringing it back. even after she cancels it she didn’t say sorryi even have been waiting for 20mins to check out and she was looking at me with annoyed look i can’t believe how come their service get instructed so poorly. never want to come again.

I always appreciate the positive atmosphere of this store. I do not have to worry if I will be reprimanded for buying what I wish at the store and having the manager say it’s a joke.I also appreciate the honesty and help of the people who work there because they will he understanding when you need information or help! Really upholds the Stater Bros name 👍Going here often is also a breeze considering it has more parking than my local SB store!

I would give 5 stars but nasty attitude and poor customer service Brooklyn ruined it. She needs to be off the radar in back somewhere. Thank GOD for Danielle and her beautiful talent. Let’s just say if it weren’t for Danielle being the BEST cake creator with awesome customer service I wouldn’t even attempt to go there anymore. Brooklyn made me feel so uncomfortable she disrespected me to the core with NO remorse, she seemed to forget she was at work. I ordered my daughter a cake on Tue something told me to call in on Wed come to find out she didn’t even put my order in. Whew chileeeeee. She makes the store look really bad, very poor quality of a representative to a top tier company. I understand that everyone needs their job but she needs to be fired PERIOD she seemed to have it all figured out.

Been shopping here for 30+ years. But just up the street from where I live they are opening a sprouts so I might find myself doing most of my shopping there seeing how it's just a couple of blocks from my home. I am sure they will not have all the things that stater bros. Carries therefore I will never leave my favorite store for over 30 yrs. For good unless they tear it down.

My go to store, would have been 5 stars a year ago but I don't know what's going on with the bakery. I ordered a cake for my brother's birthday a few weeks ago and it was terrible. I should have complained in person but I'm a regular, I wouldn't want to make them feel bad but they definitely need to get back to the way it was before!

I haven't been to a Stater Bros. in quite some time. I am impressed at how much they have come along. This was a great modern looking grocery store. Great selection of products and great pricing. I just can't believe I was in a Stater Bros. Wow! Kudos to you for keeping up with the Joneses.

Went at a very busy time before Thanksgiving, but every employee was helpful! I usually shop closer but was given gift cards from my husband's work and it was such an easy process! They even helped me get the digital coupons 👏❤👏 Thank you Stater Brothers Employee's 👏 you all rock! Happy Thanksgiving
