Friendly and helpful staff.Had to stop in for a tire repair kit which the staff helped me find. So many choices.While in line to checkout a "high maintenance" customer in front of me (who seemed to have been there a while) was taken care of very patiently by the evening staff.Turned out my tire was not repairable and so the O'Reilly staff gave me some valuable tips on what I should do because all the repair shops were already closed. They helped me out a lot.The patience, kindness and genuine good work that is coming out of this O'Reilly Auto Parts store gave me some encouragement in my stressful evening. Even the excessively inquisitive customer in front of me seemed to have left satisfied.

This place was a lifesaver! My friend's car broke down due to overheating. I called in, and a gentleman named Jeff answered quickly to let me know if they had coolant for her Jeep. It was near closing, so I was moving quickly. He answered all of my questions, was knowledgeable about potential issues, and let me know the parts needed. He offered to help me if I needed any further assistance with putting in the part. I did end up needing help, and he stopped by to help me install a temporary fix to the car issue. I am very grateful for his help and that he was able to help get my friend home safely. Thank goodness for people like Jeff and for keeping this man working at O'Reilly's. I am grateful!

O’Reilly on South was great! From the phone call they were very helpful and provided me with many options from most to least affordable. When I got there, they were very friendly and checked in in and out right away. Mike was really kind and changed my car battery although it was a bit corroded. Thank you so much for all your help, Mike! I highly recommend going here for your car needs.

What a great service! Mike was so kind and helpful. This morning I barely got my van jump started. I knew my battery was bad. I urgently need to change my battery but no place was open. I noticed that O'Reilly was open. So I went there to get a portable car starter to get by few days until I get appointment to change my battery. But when I got there, Mike told me he can change the battey for me. So instead wasting my money on car jump starter I was able to install brand new battery. After the installation, car stars right away. Thanks to mike for the help thanks to O'reily for opening up early to help and save a day for person like me.I definitely recommend this place. Go look for Mike.

Today I walked in to purchase a passenger windshield wiper. Abraham was very helpful. He was able to find the perfect fit for my Kia 2016 EV he offered to install my wiper and he did a great job very kind and personable. Came here because I needed a battery and some fog lights. The service was speedy and they even offered me a battery service change absolutely free.The woman who helped me out was very informative about pricing.The gentleman Michael who swapped the battery out was done within 5 minutes of purchasing my new battery.Highly recommend this store.

Realized I should probably replace my busted wiper before taking off on a 6 hour drive in the rain tomorrow. Was in and out in a few friendly minutes. Mike, the manager, was super helpful, got me exactly what I needed, and even put the new blade on for me. Thanks Mike, will definitely be back!

The night guys on the other hand...let's just say it's literally night and day, no help at all. Stopped in for a brake light and wipers and it was a quick and easy experience. Associate looked up the parts for my make/model and brought them to me..... Even offered to come outside so I could have help checking all my lights to see if any others were out. Great one on one customer service. Will travel to this location again even though there are 2 closers to me!

I came in needing a new battery. Even though he was busy, Michael took the time to get me sorted out with a battery and felt protectors. My old battery was corroded and stuck to the connectors but he got it cleaned up and got it off and the new one reinstalled. I really appreciate the service here.

I am going to be moving to Florida next week and I needed rain guards for my Toyota 4Runner. Auto Zone was sold out and was recommended to O’eeilly Auto Parts. As soon that I called Kevin was professional and friendly and was able to help me. He went ahead and ordered the rain guards without payment in advance, and that made me feel that he cared. He said that the rain guards were arriving at 5:30pm same day 😀... Anxious me as soon as 5:30pm came I immediately called and Mike told me that my rain guards just made it in. When I arrived both Kevin n Mark greeted me and they wished me a safe trip and also gave me some safety tips for when I be on the road. They both went above and beyond for me. Thanks guys... Nena

Bought aux.adapter and didn't light up or charge took it back and he tested it and goes your right. Gave me another one,plugged it into cigarette socket lit up this time, But no USB POWER.Drove back .Told a different guy this time about it, And he said maybe it's my phone cord! He tested by plugging in his phone ,nothing. But they were out of stock And they had another one same manufacturer! And believe it or not is working so far, keeping my fingers crossed.

We have anticipated this newest location since they started the construction, and now it’s Finally open!!It’s great since it’s so close to the mall, you can get all your errands done for the day without having to drive for miles.Very nice staff as well!
