Arrived at 10:40pm and the security gate was already 90% shut. I see Two employees walking around the store, so I knocked on the window and a person comes and opens the door. I asked to enter into the store and they say that the stores closed. I proceed to state that the hours listed of closing are 11pm? He says that they closed at 10pm.Im confused because the closing hours listed for all 7-days are 11pm.I personally think that’s bad for business.

I live down the street from this cvs, and sad to say that this cvs is the closest to me as of pharmacy medication pick ups. I only cone here for my medications. Sometimes, when waiting for my medicine, I do walk around to see what I need around the house.... I do this all the time....and I've witnessed multiple accounts of horrible services from almost all staff... mainly the Caucasian women.... they're attitude is so nasty that I feel like it's toxic to the other staff members and they are also slowly becoming horrible people. I've witnessed people steal after having an altercation with these older Caucasian women, to be honest I didn't feel bad at all because they treat elders badly, people of color badly and I think all humans who come in...I'm sorry that you have to live life working here or not get paid well...but be human and be kind, even if you don't like working or having good customer service skills. I'm going to call management today because I've had my last straw... I was kind throughout the whole visit...but I ask a staff member a question and it's a burden with an attitude for her. This lady wasn't Caucasian today, but Indian woman. The toxic energy is spreading throughout the employees. I'm also asian, not racist and my brother is half black...so this is not an attack on races...I just don't know their names. I was there on valentines day to look for chocolates, and a black kid looking for flowers was asking a simple question when this white staff member was nasty in answering his question. Another black person spoke up about it and they all were having an altercation. It was not a pretty sight during a holiday...but again I'm glad the kid left with the flowers... cuz cvs your losing business with these ladies.

Lazy worker ignored customer made me wait when I push the button for Tylenol never showed friendly demeanor used sarcasm toward customer after I called to complain stated manager wasn't available and that he was a supervisor...

I always get friendly service at pharmacy & at checkout, and I have been a customer since 2019. The customers are who I find to be strange or rude, except this one time. A black woman saw me struggling and no else cared, (I'm disabled), and she was an angel helping me get the things I kept dropping. This was a year ago, so I can't remember if she took some of my items to the clerk ahead of me...no..she walked with me and I was so ever grateful she was a Godly woman, because people in the area are getting to be less and less with good intentions and only care for themselves. As each day passes this county and area is full of thieves and a-holes. Glad I am a short timer!

The pharmacy is an absolute joke. Every single time my doctor sends in a prescription I have to call the store and argue and fight just to get my medicine filled. Avoid this location AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I checked both my family doctor's system and CVS app. Both showed my prescription was ready. Asked the pharmacists in person twice in the store. They checked more than three computers and said never received it. This CVS always has problems and exceptionally long waiting.

My overall shopping at CVS pharmacy in Bernardo Center Drive in San Diego is always phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and courteous .

The staff in the pharmacy are very unpleasant and rude. Originally, the staff working at the pharmacy is kind, but this area is strange. Everyone will be happy if you are even a little kind to those who are sick.

I'm a Walgreens guys, so take this review for what it's worth.Welcomed with dingy old carpet, lack of cashiers at the front & lackluster aisles of merchandise, this CVS is a neighborhood drugstore that really needs an overhaul in aesthetics, among other things. As a consumer, I don't find the shopping experience is as what it should be. While it's admirable of CVS to no longer sell tobacco products across the board, the amount of paper coupons printed out from the ExtraCare kiosk is downright atrocious.Speaking of which, I can't recall in recent (and kinda recent) memory when the ExtraCare kiosk was actually operational. I scan my ExtraCare card every Sunday for the latest coupons. Here, the machine seemingly has a permanent "out of order" sign taped to it. You'd think management would have better quality control for it's operations, but alas, you'd be wrong.With a Walgreens just across Artesia Blvd. & 2 other CVS' closeby in Lakewood & Hawaiian Gardens, I really can't justify patronizing this location. The ExtraCare kiosks print just fine, especially the blazing fast Hawaiian Gardens kiosk.I say pass on this location.

A Bad Apple: The coupon center machine was not printing my coupons. I informed the man at the counter and informed him that the machine possibly did not have paper. He did not believe me. I gave him my ExtraCare card and he tried it. Of course, it did not print. He opened the machine, saw there was just one more turn in the roll before the paper ran out and then closed the opening and tried the card again. What do you think happened. He left me with the machine and, after ten minutes, I gave up and left the store to go find me another CVS.

Pharmacy is excellent but the time I went the pharmacy was closed and I just wished that the other employees were more helpful with questions. I had a sick kid at home.
