When one see the grumpiness and cardiac infraction written, all over his face, the best policy is to turn around, and kiss him good bye with one’s behind!

Yeah this place sucks hard. Trashy. Came on a rainy day to get a soup. The hot water pot was lightly warm. Didn’t even cook my soup. So much for lunch.

Terrible customer service! Wouldn't help me to load money on my cash card...said there system was closed...all they had to do was scan a bar code on my phone..went to the 7-11 down the street and they did it no problem. The people that work at this location are just miserable and I now see why there ratings are in the dumps

Employees need to wear a mask.Bad Attitude.Don't think staying silent mean your being nice, but your just being rude and hate working. The associate are very highly rude, the lady not wearing mask behind the counter looking at me 😠 😡 face when I walk in. Asking a customer making coffee where you get that from. Telling me in mean way the buds are under the counter. The associate ringing up the item, didn't tell me the total after I wipes on my EBT card twice, didn't tell me that I need to pay the rest in cash. There was a customer came in and ask for atm and the lady yells at her is in the back.

There's some overweight woman that never lets you type your number to get points,I always have issues with her, today I said something about it and she said the system was down,I've never had any issues with a male worker that's there once in a while,always a bad experience when the female is there

Cashier heavy set female is so rude. Every time I come here to pick up an order she always gives me a hard time. I can only show her what's on my screen. We have no further information. If she doesn't like her job or her life she should quit. If she isn't the owner she should be fired...

This doesn't deserve 1 star!!!!Very RUDE customer service. Went for a pick-up & after waiting for 12mins for help, told her I was there for pickup & she told me that she was gonna help the other customers 1st since it was a pickup & Not a real customer! Said I would have to wait another 15mins or so. I ended up canceling the order & walked out! Someone NEEDS to tell her that online orders are CUSTOMERS!!!

Horrible location for customer service while cheating paying customers. They force customers by not offering different sizes for their fountain drinks to only pay for one size. The location is very messy with dirt on the ground and carpets thrown around. The workers do not pay attention to their customers and fiddling around on other things.

The guy at the register was super rude at point did he said hello or even acknowledge me. Just went in the cash some lottery tickets and buy some more. I had places them at the counter for him then he grabs them then throws thems back to me and says check them 1st. My response to him was I already checked them and snatches them from the counter.

I was so glad that they opened a new 7-11 where the old Thrifty gas station was. Everything is new and CLEAN. The Slurpee and soda machines work great and are very clean. I hope they keep it that way. Counter staff is friendly. Good selection. I wish they had put in the BP gas pumps.

The shopkeeper in afternoon was trying to short change, he throw few dollars on counter and walked away. When I pointed short changes, he was raising voice to argue until I showed totals. then he just throw missing money on counter and mumbles " don't come no more" as if I was wrong.I should have called police to record his behaviors or as thief. he never admit , he did not apologize, he did not said mistake.

This store is terrible the service is bad plus nothing seems to work at this store.thinking it just opened recently the only good thing is that theres a 7-11 in artesia Blvd corner Norwalk I already felt i wont go to this branch but i tried and i was right what i would expect.so run to artesia Blvd 7-11 will never comeback here

Just an average 7-11 store, open 24 hours which is convenient. Sometimes deals listed in store are not doable. That's about it.
