Had to go to Rite Aid to pick up prescription. Needed to sit and wait 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and my prescriptions were filled in a timely manner. While waiting.. I noticed how unclean the waiting area of the pharmacy Was. Thinking they might be shorthanded with janitorial help, looks like it hasn't been Attended.To in quite some time. Also stopped at the front of the store to purchase a few other items. Clerk staff very welcoming.

Will need shop at Rite Aid again!Bought a bottle of medication with my credit card yesterday then today tried to return it and Anna would would not credit my card. She said we might have stolen it...even though I had a receipt on my phone. No way to treat a customer..

Pharmacy staff were amazing and kind and helpful.The cashiers at the front are just cranky with very bad vibes - whoever manages them and owns the store gets one star - not a glamorous job- they clearly need love.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago to get a covid shot. Took off work and at my appointed time and they tell me they’re out and have been for several days. No notice, lost work time. They are terrible do not use them.

I’ve been a customer at this Rite Aid for a long time, over 14 years. I have never had a problem with the service I have received. The pharmacist is wonderful and so is the staff, until today. I had the most unfortunate encounter with a woman named “Sabre”. Never have I been treated so badly. She is one of the rudest people I have met recently. After my encounter with her and her shoving my paperwork back in my face, needless to say, I’m really shocked about her behavior. I give Rite Aid overall 4 stars, because I really like the rest of the staff, but watch out for Miss Sabre…she’s really not a good representative for the business.

So, I am pretty obviously homeless, and I go in wanting ice cream because it's a really hot day. The poodle at the front of the store was talking her sweet time being a chatty Cathy to the customers ahead of me, and when I got to the register she acted as if I was the biggest burden to her, saying she needed to "keep the line moving." That's obviously a lie, isn't it? It must be miserable working such a dead-end job at your age, but that's no excuse for just turning off your customer service skills and your human decency just because a multi-racial local homeless man with face tattoos and a backpack wanted some ice cream on a really hot day. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received and it is insulting to think that some people are getting paid to shoot dirty looks and bad attitude towards people who are already going through a rough time. You have a source of income during a pandemic and I have food stamps. Just goes to show exactly how ungrateful white America really is. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here again. Mark my words, you give me awful service, I will drag your name through the mud. I don't deserve to be disrespected for no reason seeing as I already deal with enough of that. I will only return to learn your name and report you to your superiors, because in reality you are just as disposable as you wish I was.

They don't have enough staff, are always flustered and busy, the lines are long and the service sucks. Their process for filling prescriptions requires too many steps and they are a classic example of petty detail. The term personal service is not in their vocabulary. You will be much happier at CVS.

The staff here are always welcoming and helpful. During this difficult time, they have become a much needed resource for toilet paper and paper products. They have placed tape on the floor to ensure appropriate social distancing at check out. They also wipe down the counter and atm pay box between each customer. Above and beyond!!!

I have used the pharmacy a total of three times and had problems on two visits so it will not be back. Today I had to go back twice because they did not mix the medication with water as it was supposed to be a suspension. So I was inconvenienced and I had to take my grandson out twice in the cool damp weather when he was ill

Getting it wrong is human. Nearly everytime on a monthly basis!🤔P.S. Not cool to speak bad on your employees that are not there to defend themselves in front of customers. Let alone so loud they could hear you over what their doing.

I always encounter some type of confusion from the pharmacy. They dont update prescription information and they dont give the correct information. Refill dates for my son are subject to change depending on who you speak with and they dont check their voicemails for the updated information on what prescriptions you might need to be picking up. They lack customer service responsibilities such as, not answering the phone in an hour time period when they are open and they might tell you as they did numerous times to my husband and I, that a prescription is ready when its not. We have 3 babies at home. He has a job, time is of essance. The lack of being thourough and knowing what info. They are giving to people needs major improvement. I hope they make some changes.

As a physician, this is the worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with. Waited 5+ minutes with each call for the pharmacist and was repeatedly hung up on.

Very misleading on all the shelves they say 15 or 50% off but then when you grab that and you go pay for it only when the casher Says it’s only 50% off with your Rite Aid phone number you guys need to put a sign on the shelf saying Rite Aid card

Pharmacy staff are unprofessional, they were unaware of and frankly didn't care if rocket fluids material was in the filter of blood pressure medicine and singular meds. I had to tell them to contact the FDA Pharmacy Board. Buyer Beware!!!
