So we brought our havanese to this business because of recommendations, we showed them exactly how we wanted her cut with pictures, they even stated that they remembered our dog from the previous owner. After she was picked up, totally shocked, they took our instructions and threw them right out the window and just butchered our dog. So never will we come back or recommend this place to anyone

I live on the San Francisco peninsula and drive 255-miles to get my dog groomed at PuppyCuts in Arroyo Grande. You would think that San Francisco would have some of the best groomers around. So I brought my dog to one of them and when they were done he looked like a sausage. Yep, you heard that right, a sausage. So I can have them do lion cuts or basically shear him, but he doesn’t need to look like that. So until I can find someone local to do a proper puppy cut I will continue to bring him here.

Our dog generally loves people but she became visibly upset each time we would take her to the old groomer. But like an abused child, she couldn’t speak to tell us what was bothering her. She had to be carried in and did not want to be there.A friend told us about PuppyCuts and we were pleased to see that our dog loved them. She was excited to meet her new friends and Cody did a wonderful job of bathing and trimming her. Thank you.

These people are the best. Jessica and Beka are extremely gifted at what they do, and truly take pride in their work. We have a very high strung border collie mix who has been turned away on multiple occasions from groomers for being "too difficult". I reached out to Beka and Jessica, and they were willing to take on our beloved handful. Prince Leon, who will run from the mere sight of a broom, newspaper, scissors or hose (he's a rescue), was giving Jessica kisses while she was bathing and blow drying him!! Not only does he look so much better, he was extremely relaxed when we picked him up. We're so thankful to have found such a great place for him to get beautified!

Looking for a groomer for your furry pet? Look no further! I can’t thank the PuppyCuts team enough for always providing my English Bulldog Blue the very best service. I know he feels spoiled while he’s there. The stations are always clean and I never worry about Blue while I’m gone. The team is top notch - 10/10 I would recommend.

Our labradoodle's coat had become extremely overgrown and matted from a combination of the previous groomer not being thorough, our own experience with brushing him, and groomers being closed down. He had such a bad experience with the previous groomer that he peed everywhere when we tried to take him, and they said they couldn't work with him because we wouldn't let them shave him to his skin. PuppyCuts trimmed our pup's coat down without shaving him to his skin; were gentle and caring with our pup; and he left with a cute cut. We've been able to keep up with brushing him and are going to take him back for his second grooming soon.

Cannot say enough good things about the service and quality we have received for the past 2 years. Both our Bernese Mountain dog and Shih Tzu which require a lot of work. The ladies there do an amazing job on both. They both come back looking their Sunday best.
