Marshalls is my favorite place to shop for home goods and clothing but this specific store just always has such a good selection! I always find too much stuff to buy! They have a really good selection and good deals of designer clothing and it’s a bonus when you find them on clearance! It’s also kept clean and organized. The lines can get really long during the holiday months but they move fast!

Lots of great deals. Stopped in while charging at the supercharger station and stayed longer than anticipated as I enjoyed seeing all the seasonal stuff they just put out. We are at 10/30/22 and the Christmas festive stuff is out :)

Huge Marshalls fan! I always find great stuff. But this review is praising a young man at the Arroyo Grande,CA store who went above and beyond with his customer service! I found a fabulous patio set and not only did he put it aside for me, but loaded the entire thing in my car and figured out a way to make it all fit!! I know he was a Mgr of some sort, but I’m sad to say I can’t remember his name. He was awesome though and I will for sure look for him again the next time I’m in the store!

I have been coming into Marshalls forever I know the employees and actually one of the managers very friendly people until today . I am going through major health problems so it's hard for me to walk right now so I had to take breaks. I was in there longer then usual and I think security followed me around the store the whole time and they right before I left they thought I was going to run out with the cart full of stuff which I have never stolen anything...I AM AN ADULT!! I am so embarrassed!! I AM NOT SURE I CAN GO IN THERE AGAIN.

Who doesn't love Marshalls??? This time I was looking for the perfect tiny side table to hold my glass of wine while I watched my sunsets. Of course I found it. Always some amazing treasure to find here.

One of the nicer Marshall's & better pricing than the SLO TJ's. Good deals on toiletries, kitchen, & bath. Better prices on gourmet items, like oils. Very friendly & fast service!Especially great during the holidays. Gourmet food, condiments, & more are treats. Staff is friendly & helpful.

I don't normally complain, however it looked like they moved the racks and the floor was so disgusting. I feel like if you're going to have your floor look like that especially if you're revamping and moving things around you should at least clean the floor before you open the store to the public. I'm only giving this place a two star rating because the employees were really nice. Y'all need to clean those floors though.

The store was clean and well organized. The employees were very polite, helpful and friendly. The manager, Jason, went over and above regarding customer service to my husband and I.It had to do with locating a certain shoe, yes a shoe. He went out of his way and kept a friendly and professional attitude while helping us. Also, the check-out line was quite long. He was going from customer to customer checking shoe sizes, collecting hangers etc.. which made the check-out process at the register go much quicker. At the same time he was also taking care of customers needs on the floor and helping at the registers. He is a great employee and a huge asset to the company. I thank him for such great customer service. I will definitely return to this store to shop due to such great service.Debi G

Customer service needs improvement in dressing room. Bathrooms were closed for more than 2 hours with not a valid reason. If you take a long time shopping, some associates and the manager will constantly harass you about your cart and merchandise as you walk through the store doing your shopping.

What a mess, not sure what is going on. Use to be a great store. It is stuffed with what looks like other stores send their overage leftovers to AG. The once nice shoe area is no stacked by size, it's a mess...feeling like a stuffed Ross store now. There's one aisle that's all hangers...why?? To much to wade through

It's like a nicer version of Ross, not sure if their deals are better, but we liked the size of their baby section. We'll be back if certain items on our registry aren't purchased. It seemed clean and well staffed.

I LOVE this Marshalls!! When my friends and family come into town, they make sure they go and check out their latest selections. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. Don't be afraid if there is a long line to check out because it moves quickly and the staff is very efficient. The shoes, the clothes and home department are amazing. Love!!

This is one of my go to places to shop. I love the prices and the ever- changing selection of goods. In fact, I've found products here that I haven't seen anywhere else, such as a body wash that I love and an eye serum that is amazing. I loved these so much that I looked them up and ordered them online.

Excellent range of clothing options and my go to place for quality shoes at great prices. We usually get hair care products here too, as well as gifts and all kinds of kitchen things. I sorta love this place, but dislike the inevitable long lines when checking out.

Marshall's staff is super helpful and extremely patient with the varying crowds that come through. Despite being in pandemic mode they really do handle the crowd control when it's needed and always respectful. Hat's off to Marshall's crew.This store by the way is always really clean.

Designer clothes at a discount price? What's not to love about Marshall's? I can get workout attire, golf, basketball, dress as well as anything for our household. Tj maxx is our second favorite store but Marshall's seems to have a leg up on the sister store. Love going here for our clothing, pet and house needs

I love this store. But when I went in to try on black pants the floor was so dusty and hairy it got all over them. If someone could run a dust mop through every night it would be great. Otherwise 5 stars

Huge selection of anything u ever need. It's like a fancy Walmart. Or a fancy Ross. Great quality products. I always say u get what u pay for so the prices may be steeper but it's great quality
