Switched over to CVS from Walmart when my insurance changed. I have been happy with CVS and the staff. The pharmacy staff and especially the pharmacist seem to genuinely care for you and try to help. This is quite different than my Walmart experiences. The pharmacy hours are a bit short, not open until 10 I think and if you get their app you can expect to get notified at least once a day until you pick up your prescription which I find a bit annoying. I would have given 5 stars except for the app and the hours. Sad that all pharmacies seem so overworked and understaffed but this CVS is managing to still give good service.

The pharmacy billed the wrong insurance for my medication. That was no problem and they quickly rectified it. They then directed my back over to the Pick-up counter. When I got there the lady I had dealt with originally rudely said “you’ll have to wait and we’ll call you” and told me I’d have to stand over there which was now a long line. I didn’t know if she meant they’d call my name or if I was going to have to leave and they call me on the phone later so I said “I don’t understand what you’re telling me to do”. She just ignored me. Just a minute later she called my name and my order was ready. I told her again that I didn’t understand what she was telling me. I then told her “you could have said it nicely”. She just clammed up and finished the transaction. No wonder this CVS has a 2.6 rating!

I bought an electric toothbrush/flosser for $150. It didn’t work and I took it back for an exchange. That one didn’t work. I returned it for a refund but they refused my refund because of my “return history”. This is the only thing I have EVER exchanged or returned to CVS in my entire life.

The pharmacy has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever dealt with Rude, rude and rude has been my repeated experience with them. Go to Rite aid you won't waste nearly as much time as trying to get anything done with this pharmacy!

This cvs is in serious need of a face lift .it needs to get with the time's. It smells when you walk in to the store .and then you get a wife of the old carpet .YUCK. fix it please ,for your customers and your employees.

Very rude attendant at the consultation counter today. I went in to inquire as to why there was another gap in my automatic refills for my high blood pressure medication. This is the second gap in refills within the last 2 weeks for my medicine. Last time there was a two-day gap and they couldn't give me an explanation. This time, I went up to the consultation counter, and I saw the gentleman standing there looking at the screen, and it took him about 2 minutes to actually acknowledge my presence. Once he acknowledged me, with no eye contact, he ended up saying that he would refill my prescription momentarily. This was good, but he gave me no explanation as to why the automatic refill didn't go through yet again.When I tried to broach the subject, he wouldn't look at me as before, and I asked him if the reason was due to my insurance, the automatic text system that they offer, or the doctor? He didn't answer me, and then when I finally asked again: "can you tell me what the reason is"? he went over to me and abruptly said no, and went back to what he was doing. Then as I stood there pondering why he was being so apathetic, he told me to go ahead and wait at the other pick up line, even though he never notified me to do so before.Fortunately, the lady working at the pickup window was much nicer and cordial, and I told her about the curt gentleman at the consultation counter, and she seemed to acknowledge that he had done this before. It seems as if he's either very much on-the-spectrum autistic, or just overwhelmed and rude and cannot handle customer service at all. Hopefully I never run into this jerk again.

Pharmacy always understaffed. The staff they do have is apathetic. They used to regularly mess up insurance processing and refills, but that has since been resolved. They have ZERO sense of urgency and take their time meandering about the pharmacy for every customer. The techs are always looking at their cell phones. The rare occasions they do have 3 people in the pharmacy, it always seems like one is shadowing the pharmacist although that person could easily be doing something else.Very inefficient. Very undisciplined staff. I've been going here for years, and I wish they would step their game up. Cannot stress the need for their customer service to work with a sense of urgency.

The pharmacy put the wrong pills in our prescription bottle. My spouse is very sick and we never thought to check all the pills in the bottle to verify they are correct and we should not have to do that. When I went in person to ask them about it the manager made me feel like it was our fault. My spouse has cancer I don't have time to make stuff up and I don't have time for this. But I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Please find a different place to get your medicine. Also the manager of the pharmacy was wearing a fashion sparkly beaded face mask that I could clearly see her nose and mouth through. Not very fair to her employees/coworkers who are wearing legit uncomfortable masks and not fair to customers who expect to be protected while visiting the store.

Walked in with my baby, and waited to ask a question. Two employees were in a conversation so I waited, they turned around and asked me what I needed as if I were interrupting their free time. I then proceeded to ask if they had a restroom I could use, as to which they said no. I responded with “oh, I thought you used to.” The lady employee responded with “yeah used to. we no longer have a public restroom.” They we’re very rude and I felt as if they scoffed me off after she answered me. All I had to do was use the restroom and was intending on shopping afterwards. Now I won’t be coming back to shop ever.

I got my first dose of Moderna today and it was super quick from entry to injection. Not sure about the pharmacy itself, but most corner shop pharmacies like this run at around the same level. I'll be returning for my second vaccine and hopefully it will be just as quick.

Due to the current social distancing platform, I attempted to switch my maintenance medication from pick up to delivery. The local CVS pharmacy, that already has my prescriptions filled and ready, was unable to process the request, referring me to CVS shop on the East Coast. After 32 minutes on hold and 25 minute to process the request, they informed me that to use my card for payment had a 24 hour hold to actually pay for the purchase automatically, with no way to override. So, I called OptumRX, the medications are shipping and will be here Thursday. It only took 18 minutes, and they had to contact my doctors office.

The pharmacy staff are overall helpful and friendly, but usually overwhelmed. It seems that the corporation has a policy of understaffing. The app with notification of your Rx being ready is helpful. Prices are high, as they are at all the chain pharmacies. Get your shampoo and OTC meds at one of the big discount stores, because even with a coupon, it's cheaper there.

I will not go there again. I had a bad experience at the pharmacy. I called in a refill and when I went to pick it up, there was no record of it (I got a call that the scrip was ready 2 days later, so it was obviously in the system) but the tech refused to fill it because she said "you have 5 pills left". I was heading out of town and it wasn't easy to make another trip down to the store when I was down to my last pill. I have been to many drugstores around the country and this was by far the worst. Arrrgggghhh.

My doctor and I have been contacting the pharmacy for two days now. They will not hand over my medication even with 3 signed doctors notes and insurance card. Lied on the phone saying they never got my doctors note. Never pick up medications through them. Not guaranteed to get your medications.

Horrible telephone customer service with the pharmacy staff. I asked what the pharmacy techs name was and he hung up. I called a 2nd time, and he said he was the pharmacist and hung up. So i called and complained to the store manager. Horrible and disrespectful customer service. Staff needs training.

The store is a bit pricey but the Pharmacy is awesome. They have drive-thru service and curb side delivery at the door. You can sign up for their service online. Receive a text when prescription is ready or check status of refills.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They will contact you saying your prescription is ready then you get there and they say it's a 10 min wait. Hours later it will finally be ready. Had this happen nearly every visit.
