What a beautiful place to stay. I had the best time! the rooms were clean, the hotel is in the perfect location and the service was the best. I even got to BBQ during my stay. Upon check in, I had the pleasure of meeting Summer, she made everything so simple and was beyond professional during my whole stay. Thanks Summer, I will stay here again for sure!!

We stayed here as a last minute decision. So happy we did. Very clean, warm welcoming room. Ashley was so friendly I felt like I had known her for years. Very comfy bed, walk in shower. You can get a tub/shower also. Mini fridge, coffee pot and microwave. You can also get an attached room w a bed if needed. We didn't need it but good to know. This is located about an hour from Yosemite and close so many things to see and do. Oh, and pets are accepted! We will definitely be back!

This was our 1st adventure up highway 4 and we loved this motel for it's friendly demeanor and beautiful rooms. Evidently, they remodeled The entire hotel about 3 years ago and they did a beautiful job. We also got a couple of recommendations for dinner and a drive-in the woods that was perfect. Very very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend you give them a try if you're up that way.Rooms: Remodeled recently with a eye on details.Nearby activities: A very nice looking golf coursethereby. I don't play golf but it would be a beautiful walk in the woods... looking for the ball.There is also a very nice state park nearby with some very beautiful Sequoia redwoods. BIG Ones !!

Rooms are nicely updated and clean, clean, clean. I love the interior courtyard we were in for safety of us and our vehicle/canoe/gear. Great restaurant right across the road. Wendy was easy to talk to and she responded quickly to a call when I needed that. Heat/air were serviceable, and ice machine was full and cold. Shower was good and hot. I would definitely go there again. Highway noise is there, but same for all the motels in Arnold.

If your going to stay anywhere, I recommend The Meadowmont Lodge.Super friendly staff. Bed'a are super comfortable.Nice patio in the back to sit by a fire. There's a BBQ as well.Rooms offer microwave and ☕Close to everything, skiing, snowmobiling and other outdoor activities.Big Trees Park is nearby.However, it can be extremely busy.Be prepared for a bit of a crowd.There's several food options nearby but they all Close about 7 pm. The grocery store closes at 8. So stock up on essentials/snacks early

Our family just took over 95% of the motel for a wedding this past weekend. The rooms were nice, comfortable and spotless. We had an additional add on room for a twin bed our son slept In which was perfect for all 3 of us.There were fresh flowers in our rooms from the forest behind the hotel. Joyce and her husband could not have been kinder and went out of their way to make sure we had everything possible for this fun but chaotic weekend. It's not too often we go to stay someplace and the front desk answers with our name or they remember your name when they see you. A big plus which makes you feel welcome and valued.It's a small friendly family operated lodge which I just loved! Will stay there again.

Joyce is #1 (she just found the flip flops I forgot there) and knows how to make sure everyone is comfortable. She got my family and I a room that had a small attached one so I could have my own room (much appreciated).The rooms are cozy and clean. I really enjoyed hanging out with my folks in them and bbqing in the back. Thanks for everything you do!

What a great place to stay. Found this lodge on Facebook. Joyce is the nicest greeter. She was very accommodating when we had questions about places that my husband and I wanted to see. She was very friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed. Joyce deserves a great shout out!!!We stayed in room #3. Our room was very clean. COVID 19 clean. We would recommend this place to anyone. Great location. Calaveras State Park Big Trees, Alpine Lake, White Pines Lake and so much more right near the lodge. Thanks Joyce for making our stay perfect.

What a blessing Joyce and the lodge were! My family and I were unexpectedly left without a place to stay last minute on a Saturday and I called the Lodge and Joyce was able to accommodate us immediately. Such a gracious hostess. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and have the comforts of home. There are several small touches that make it a personal experience. There are blue dot towels that are designated to be used for cleaning up spilled coffee, wine, mud or whatever ever mess that would make you feel guilty for using a pristine white towel for. Very clever! If we are in the area again we will definitely be back!

Brought back memories of traveling with my parents back in the 60's. It was a pleasant suprise. I was so thrilled that they are pet friendly. The staff are so gracious and kind. Big room with all the comforts of home, and just a few miles to Big Trees State Park. Snowshoe Brewery is across the street and they serve scrumptious food.

WE LOVED it here. Had a queen bedroom and it wasn't like a motel room at all. More like a master bedroom suite. Loved the bedding. Was more like your home bedding with a comforter and soft sheets and pillows. New flooring, hard wood, remodeled bathroom, ceiling fan! The bathroom was enjoyable right down to the toilet paper. Thick and quality. Not your typical motel tissue paper. They also had a complimentary make up remover in addition to the shampoo, conditioner and lotions. Lovely! They have a Kurig single cup coffee maker which we loved. Clinton, the guys who served us was GREAT. He's a VET and a lovely young man. We look forward to returning with our dogs!!Use your AARP, or AAA for 10% off!

3rd time staying here. Love it. Great lo cation, nicely decorated rooms with hardwood floors. Very spacious bathroom with double sinks. Good WiFi reception, really friendly staff. Decent pricing, local restaurant across the street . Very quiet surroundings. Will definitely be back.

It is a basic motel, but the room has everything for a comfortable stay. Clean and fresh, great staff. Nearby, quite a few restaurants. In early summer, it is not crowded. Definitely, we will stay at Meadowmont Lodge again if visit Big Trees or on the highway 4 corridor.

Before we stayed here, I read the comments about Pam and didn't think much about it. You stay at a hotel for the room. Now I understand...Pam isn't so much the lodge manager as the mom, making sure all of her guests are taken care of. She is very friendly, helpful and flexible. The rooms are simple, more like a European hotel, but clean and fairly updated. I don't know where else you can get such great, friendly service, clean, nice rooms, at such a budget price. Even the staff was friendly and helpful. Check it out - you can't go wrong here...

Perfect location for Bear Valley skiing just below the heavy snow for easy access. Clean, comfortable and walking distance to food and brewery too. It's worth it. Free coffee is nice too.

Stayed here 5 years ago when my wife and I got married. Stayed again at our 2 year anniversary. Pam and staff are awesome, friendly and very customer service oriented. Been visiting Big Trees and Arnold since I was about 10 going camping, hiking, mountian biking. Stayed at several cabins but if you want a nice located place to stay on the low price Arnold Meadowmont Lodge is the place.

The room #10 was queen room, the bed was loudly squeecky, we had to wait for 10 min to get the hot water out of the spout. We could hear our neighbors very well too, there are no rugs, floors were way too cold and the pillows were way to hard, like made out of stone. The night staff was very polite and helpful though. His name was Clayton and he litarally gave made our evening. Thanks, Clayton!
