Pharmacy review only…Every time I call to check the status of my prescription the wait is over 10 minutes. Normally not an issue, some days are busier than others and I totally understand that. Tonight I call and figure the wait would be long since there were several people ahead of me in the queue. Over 6 times did the line ring (for nearly a minute each time) and every time the line was picked up and immediately put on hold; I figured they were busy attending to the drive thru or other people who were in store. After 25 minutes the call was ended by the pharmacy. 👍🏼

I come to this Walgreens later in the evening or for a last minute something since it’s the closest thing open 24hrs. I’ve been here plenty of times and can say the most caring genuine of their employees is a cashier who not only cares to ask how your day or night is but also remembers yours face and makes you feel welcomed at this store. While I waited in the line that seems to be a hit or miss because of staff shortage, I saw an employee who was so eager to ask about your day and knew so many of the customers checking out. Come to find out, she is well liked by many regulars, as I’ve walked in a few more times to the same environment. I know sometimes lines can get long but if management would work on better employee schedules to help this or hiring more people, the lines would run a little smoother. We all have a place to be or may be in a rush at times but don’t get mad at the cashier just trying to be nice and ask how someone is doing, because we never know how much that means in a strangers life. There are days we all need that…like me one day…when my card wasn’t working I got did the kindest and most unexpected thing from one of her customers…I say her customer because this lady and her were pretty friendly and seemed to know Maria the cashier, I come to find out that her customer was just like me, someone who appreciated the smile and warm conversation. That same customer paid for my things without hesitation as she was next in line and her and Maria just said…we know it happens at times. I was taken back but I felt blessed to have encountered both and it goes to show how one kind gesture like a hello or smile can trickle down to a stranger like myself. Good job Maria!

Completely rude. Inaccurate wait times for any medications. The pharmacist staff is extremely rude and condescending when they've had people waiting over 2 hours when they were told to wait 20 minutes. The lines are ridiculously long and there's virtually no seating for individuals that can't stand for the long wait times. Two chairs is not enough for the amount of time in the amount of people they make wait. Extraordinarily unprofessional.

This location in Arleta Ca needs a security guard available on the grounds 24/7. We just witnessed, for a 2nd time, a different disheveled man walk out with 2 large bags full of store items without paying. The one girl at the counter was busy checking other customer’s items and would also have been no match for this smelly street crook. The INSIDE of the store is set up and kept nice, otherwise. Employees are all doing their job well. Clearly the owner(s) are irresponsible and do not truly care about their legitimate paying customer’s well-being. Not a recommended location for any reasonable customer safety. Too bad. It is a great and much needed location.

Worst pharmacy. They took over 3 hours to give me my prescription and also they didn't explain how to take the prescription and I know per California law they have too. And if they are understaffed, we'll hire more.

I love coming here for holiday and everyday treats. It's a drugstore,so they have toiletries and meds and makeup items as well .

I usually don’t have issues at the Walgreens pharmacy. Well today after my moms surgery I go to fill her medication, I’m told it will take 1-2 hours, I call about 1 hour 45 minutes into it and there’s no script to be filled on file. I go to the pharmacy where the pharmacist, yes not tech but an actual pharmacist, who originally took my prescription makes me wait an additional 30 minutes after waiting in line; just to tell me there’s an issue in their system and I had to wait longer. I took my prescription and headed over to cvs. Worst experience I’ve ever had, make sure the techs take your prescription because the pharmacist won’t actually put it in the system to be filled! Very upset that I don’t have the right medication for my mom after surgery 3 hours into the day! Not coming back here if I need anything urgent and I advise everyone to do the same.

I go to this store usually around 2-3 AM after I close my business. Inventory is fine, customer service is fine, the store is always clean, but twice now, I have bought gummy vitamins, I get them home, they have been opened, and the foil seal has been broken. Very disheartening. People, KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF OF THINGS THAT DON'T BELONG TO YOU.

Second time at the store today after having been there the previous night, for the pharmacy, and I was racially profile to the max, Rachel walked up to myself and my younger brother and bluntly blurted out " you two cannot be here, we have video of you two stealing", i was taken aback by this discriminative comment. Having being a mixed raced woman I was fully offended. Specially that being my second time in the store since moving in the proximity. I am truly disgusted in the way the events played out today. I will not be returning to this location again in life. Please African Americans be careful at this location.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. No accountability for there actions. I'm sitting here in pain after my surgery, my dentist office did their job and sent the prescription. Such an unorganized pharmacy. I advise do not get your prescription sent here. I stood in line for 20 minutes so they could tell me to wait an other hour. Even though it took an hour back from the dentist office, which was enough time for them to fill the prescription.

Not bad for being the only store in the area that is open 24/7 and is well stocked with a variety of products. FOOD, GIFTS, APPAREL, FRESH FLOWERS, BODY WASH, DESIGNER FRAGRANCES AND A 24\7 PHARMACY WITH A DRIVE THREW. PLENTY OF PARKING WITH FAKE POLICE LIGHTS TO KEEP IT SAFE. GET IN AND GET OUT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD. JUST BE GREAT FULL ITS OPEN 24HRS. Laundry detergent, razors ect. Are behind locked plexiglass and you get it in your hands after you pay for it, they hold it for you at the register until you are done shopping.

If I could give them no stars I definitely would. Called to see if my prescriptions were filled and an Asian representative asked me which one and when I advised all he hung up the phone. Their customer service is horrible and the wait times can exceed 20 minutes. I truly wish they would give those jobs to people who truly care and not someone who is just there to make money!! No more visits to this location and not going to recommend anyone give them any business! They need to retrain their staff especially the Asian male who answers pharmacy calls.

Really bad customer service from the pharmacy helper girl if I can call her thatShe just pretty much throws you the medication bag with not asking if I need consultation from the pharmacist really rude I will be getting her name next time so we can all put her name publicity . I got transferred from Rite Aid due to them closing in Mission Hills GOOD LUCK PEOPLE. Some people just need to be polite with manners

Pablo in the Pharmacy Department, is a 10 STAR PERSONđź’«... Excellent customer & colleague communication skills! Highly efficient..and really kind. Also, clean bright store...fast pharmacists...good vibe. Other Walgreens are closer to me(not impressed). I will gladly drive the extra distance for the quality of this particular location.

Terrible customer service, the lines are always long. and you get the impression that the staff does not like coming to work or working there. Sometimes the employees will gossip to one another in, while you're waiting to buy your products in Spanish. The pharmacy lines are always long, and most of the employees are always rude. Rosemary and Tiffany are very nice and professional they represent Walgreens very well. I had a terrible experience with Mary and I won't be no longer coming to this location or shopping at this location.

I have prescription send it from doctor to the pharmacy at Saturday afternoon and after two hours I go to get my prescription they told me the prescription not available in store in this time the clinic closed. My question as I know when the pharmacy received any prescription and not available must inform the doctor if he want to change it , but they don’t care for that , and they told me to come at Monday my be they will get it ? Funny answer

Pharmacy is a disaster employees and manager are never on the same page! The manager is overwhelmed that when you ask to speak to him he screams at you and tells you to not waste my time and go elsewhere "don't come here anymore"! It's horrible service at the pharmacy and not to mention the drive thru oh God I won't even go there. I like going to this Walgreens in Arleta Ca because of the convenience and I like to shop there but no one deserves to be disrespected and treat customers the way the pharmacy manager does, and if he can't handle the load maybe he needs to go elsewhere.

Awful customer service, yes it Christmas morning I understand some people want to be at home. Asked for a price with holiday gift bags as all the tags were off the shelves already for promo changes and was told prices are on everything just look and see. I told him to never mind in helping as it was clear he wasn't interested Thereafter tells his co worker hes next to all he wants is to have a good morning. Apparently Walgreen's there might be some customer service etiquette training needed for 24hour locations. Employees who can complain in front of customers because they have to do thier job make your store look bad. I left to a different store.

I love this Walgreens, they are the only only location around with a 24-hour hour pharmacy (one of only two in the entire San Fernando Valley). The employees are really friendly and don't trip if you spend like 2 hours in their store at 2:00am not really buying anything. Plus they always have the type of insulin syringes we need for my girlfriend's diabetes. Other Walgreens don't even come close to this location's awesomeness.

I had to change pharmacies due to insurance . The pharmacy is helpful and professional. While waiting for a prescription the floor staff have been kind and polite. Every time I have been there the store was clean and the shelves were uncluttered.

Finally they hire a manager of this store that is very dedicated. They care a lot about customer service. They keep the store very clean and the parking lot clean every day . They don’t mess with no body. Congratulation’s you guys are doing a good job.

Bad costumer service specially in the pharmacy area! There’s a specific girl that makes faces and is rude. She’s very slow and takes so much time to assist just one person so if you in a hurry don’t stop at the pharmacy

I'd give this place a 5 stars easily if the pharmacists (not the pharmacy technicians) wasn't so rude and racist or judgmental.I have been in two serious accidents that I won't get into at this moment but it's pretty damn awful.If your getting pain meds it's a hassle depending on who you get.I once was told they didn't have anymore of what I get which is odd because what I get very few people get.Again I'm pretty banged up.So after getting pissed off that I have been coming to the same Arleta Walgreens for 3 years and his has never happened to me.The Pharmacist finally tells me "oh yes I'm sorry we do have it".... seriously??!?!?So unprofessional and they act as if there your doctor's they shouldn't have a say in what you should or should not be taking as if they were your doctors/specialists or whatever.They need to just start doing there job which is making sure they give you the correct amount of meds correct dosage help when needed and charge you correctly that's it.

This Walgreens has the worst customer service. Long wait times in the drive thru and when calling if they are busy the phone rings and rings and when they answer the phone they put you directly on hold without saying anything. After being on hold for a certain amount of time the phone will ring again and again it's answered and immediately put on hold...terrible customer service
