Today at around 6:10 PM I drove all the way to your location on my way electronic scooter as don’t have any other form of transportation, the associate told me me I can’t go inside with my scooter, I told her that I can’t leave it outside as it would instantly be stolen, another associate told me I can put it inside the stroller but the one who refused insisted on leaving the scooter outside, so the only thing was left to do is just leaving, even though I drove to buy some stuff for me and it’s not even close to my house, I’m very disappointed!

I Think this Ross needs some remolding. Everything is cluttered up you can walk without picking items up. Clothes are all messed up sizes are wrong if you’re looking for 8 it’s somewhere else. Clothes are not organized and home goods are bad. I don’t know if they have enough staff.

This place is the worse, aside the fact that they never have anything your size and broken merchandise, dirty store, rude customer service. They don’t offer no bike racks to lock your bike and won’t even let you put it in the side we’re it don’t disturb, believe me they got the space. I’d say go elsewhere, but you can go and find out.

I don't like that I've been coming here for many years and the lost prevention team take there job way out of line now, I understand there's a lot of shop lifting going around BUT not everyone steals I've never stolen one thing from a store and the fact that I may go dress or use a backpack as a purse due to back problems they will judge. I don't like how they started following me. As well as having more money and being able to afford more some days they will think it's a stolen card even with my name on the card

The cashiers give you a different price when you buy there in some items. I bought a set of sheets on special price, and it was $15.00 for the set, then the cashier got upset when I was paying, she took the tag that was glue to them and put a different tag, she told me is $30.00 dollars if I want to buy those sheets for a bed instead S15.00.Both of the sheets were sold individually separated and she put a new tag on the other sheet , she told me if I want that sheet it cost me another $30.00 dollars . So instead of paying $30.00 for both sheets,I ended paying $60.00 dollars for both and she and another employee team against me making me feel that I couldn't afford those sheets, to their surprise, I both them and they both had an attitude 😒😑🙄😐🙃

Not happy with the customer service at this location.After waiting in the return line for 15 mins about, the girl didn't want to return a men's fragrance i bought at a different location.I had my receipt, she said no got the manager she said no. That FRAGRANCES can not be turned , i told the manager lady it don't say that on the receipt , and i even Explained to manager . Lady that i have over a 100 bottles of men's fragrances i would hate to have to keep this fragrance knowing i will never wear it .she didn't careI even ask for store credit , i would of bought another fragrance probably cost more then the store credit , so not only did this manager lady lose a sale but she also lost a customer won't but nothing's from this Ross i will use this Ross for all my future returns only..Great Job Manager Lady to bad you don't know how to manage or understand business & sales ..

One can find great bargains at Ross on name brand clothes, shoes, bags, and a host of other items. The inventory is not consistent like a standard department store, so if you find an item that you like buy it then and there because it may not be there the next day or ever again. This local store is clean and fairly well kept, compared to other stores of its kind. Most everything has a price tag on it so you don't have to hunt down someone to find out how much it costs or find an in store scanner like some other stores. The lines can be long at times during busy hours, but they still move at a reasonable pace. If you want some great deals its worth a few minutes of your time to have a look.

Terrible customer service experience. I gotten a purse as a gift and Cashier Maria said they don't take purses back without a receipt. I've been to other Ross Stores and returned any item and they have given me store credit. I don't know what her problem is, she's either judgemental or racist, something. I had my DL identification but she didn't want to issue store credit. I spent more than $300.00. I don't think she should be treating me this way. Very Unfair person. I shopped on 5-11-22 checked out at 1045pm.

I used to LOVE going to Ross for dress shirts. Lately, it seems they are focusing their inventory towards casual wear. There is a lot more casual/lounge wear than dress shirts and that is disheartening. They have tons of pants, from formal to casual, athletic and denim. They have a great selection of socks, black and white. When it comes to shoes, they might have some good deals, you just have to actually look for them. Will definitely keep shopping here, just a little disappointment with the dress shirt situation.

This is a really great store compared to the others. Racks and shelves were full and neat. They were quick to add additional cashiers when the line got long. Considering how busy the place was it was amazing at how organized they were keeping in. If I were in the area I would go here again.

Shopping at Ross as always a fulfilling sensation for me. I enjoy looking for the special deals and discounts that they have on the variety of their items. I recently came to buy some summer clothing for my wife for a 4th of July outing and was astonished by some of the prices that I found and clothing.

Well I went here for most of the time it was open, BUUUUTTT there was an employee who was rude to me. She gave me a dirty look and didn’t help me when needed. For all I know she is paid to be rude and do nothing considering she wasn’t helping anyone else! There was other employees there that where respectful and nice to me. The close is pretty good quality. The stuff there is at a smaller price than other places, the button up shirts there are great! I have been collecting scarfs and this is the best place to collect them so many options! The lady still mean tho 🙄🙄🙄🙄

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The employees don't great you when you get to the register, they are just talking between each other, they are just gossiping about other employees and taking behind their back, extremely unrespectful for their other co-workers and for the customer, there is not need for us to know their dirty laundry, they are extremely rude, and when you ask them a question they just rolled their eyes at you and gives you attitud. Store overall is really unorganized, shoes and clothes on the floor. I hope you are extremely skinny if you are trying to get in between the rack of clothes, you can not go with your shopping cart because the is not enough space. I'm just really disappointed at this store, it was my first time there and definitely the last one.

When we go there, we usually end up paying over 100 dollars for 2 pairs of shoes, a shirt and pants. "Dress for less". Sure, you might as well go to swapmeet. They sell clothes from good brands for cheaper and it's in good quality.

This is a ghetto store the customers that were here this day were so impatient! 3 bumped into me with there cart. And not one said Excuse me😐! The store was junky and not well stocked with good quality things. Like I find at Marshall, Burlington Coat Factory or T. J Max ! Ross you need to step it up or you'll lose customers to other and better stores. Maybe it's just this location because other Ross like in Burbank small but better finds 🤔 This is more like a Thrift store especially the atmosphere 👎

Had a water bottle in me they said I couldn’t come in because of a water bottle are you serious? At first I was like okay that’s cool went to my car left it there came back and the security guy said I still can’t let you!? What I have nothing on me he said once we tell you the first time we can’t let you in againI felt really uncomfortable and disrespected but I guess that’s the employees that Ross hires untrained and unprofessional just because your a security doesn’t make you the tough guy buddyNever shopping here again

I like coming here when at any time I literally will buy things I don't need but I want and they're useful things I also like the inexpensive prices and deals at times, you can also find great products and good quality for a little more money but keep in mind it's a bargain so there are a lot of items that are not the best quality but then again it is what you pay for

Clean and orderly. Well, that is because it is recently opened. A welcome business in the area that seems to be going though some revitalization.For a Ross, it is on the smaller side, but with plenty of parking. With time, I am sure that more varied stock will come in.

I have a terrible experience with a employee named Helen. I was trying to return a Yoga mat without a receipt and just because the mat have some dirt because It was in my car for a month. She was all the time defensive and denying any return because of the dirt and when I ask her if they don't sell products in that condition just answer..yes, but I can't accept your product because you don't have a receipt. I'm pretty sure this never would happened in Santa Clarita or any store in a white area. Total racist.

Friendly greeting as you come in. So so selection. Lots of people and noisy with kids running around. You'll hear more Spanish than English. Factual, not discrinatory, comment. Long long lines and unruly kids. Still, prices are reasonable. As I am reasonable but factual.

They have a very good price is right there is Ross's Dress for Less and their customer service is excellent anything you may need that you cannot find all you have to do is find one of the clerks and they would take you right where you need to find what you're looking for at a decent price so yes Ross Dress for Less is the place to be in this the place to go and you're surrounded by kind and courteous people so I highly recommend Ross Dress for Less

Clothing is clustered especially in the men's sections with a clothing rack over another clothing rack system. Although its good for prioritizing space it does leave you feeling a bit disoriented.
