I think they punked my dog to cut his fur, he was weird (only the 3rd time at a groomer) for a few days after he came home, not sure they said he was good and I know he is a bit aggressive around his head and they trimmed it up nice!Bottom line, he looked and smelled great all 4 of my dogs came home smelling and looking great.Oh and they took all day dropped them of when the opened 9am, pickup them up at 4 something pm not what I was hoping.I had an appointment at 9am for 2 of my dogs but I brought 4 dogs instead.The staff is friendly.I will go back, hopefully they can do it a little quicker next time. Chris was awesome!

This place is great. Affordable pricing and as long as you have an appointment and ASK everything up front then you SHOULD know what to expect. Sometimes they have longer wait periods BUT they tell you the expectations EVERY single time. Be REALISTIC if you are dropping off your dog last minute or if the condition of your dog/cat is not the best. I have personally witnessed many dogs/cats come in and that are not in the best condition and I have stayed to see the process that they take on some of these cases which can be extreme. Also keep in mind that pets just like their owners have good days and bad days so they can also be difficult at times (mine has been both). I bring a few treats for my teacup yorkie-pom since I am anticipating that he will be hungry and in my opinion I rather the Groom Room feed my dog snacks/food that I leave versus any others. I am pretty sure anyone that loves their pet would do the same. It's just COMMON SENSE. In any case, if they weren't good at all then they wouldn't have any business at all. However it's the contrary they do have business and in my personal opinion I like Jonathan and Angie are my favorite groomers there. 👍🐶🐱🐩

I love how they leave my 🐕🐕🐕🐕. I have been coming here for the past five years. Even with no appointment they always take them in. I don't understand people that give them a bad review for taking long. Of course with no appointment it takes much longer so I usually try to make sure to take them with an appointment. Plus, I want them to take their time with each one, so they come out the best! I love that they don't pressure you to buy something extra and are always patient even when my dogs are a little crazy! Thank you guys for taking good care of them. I have to make an appointment soon ;) They need a haircut!

I took my female dog this morning, the appointment was a 8:30am the guy came late to open. I told him not to cut the eyelashes and how short do I want it I even showed him a picture. They cut the eyelashes and the shape of the face I didn't like it. Another guy did the hair cut. They don't communicate each other? Why they don't write down somewhere.She didn't look like a girl. Not professionals at all.

Brought my bulldog In and they returned him dead to me.To this day I don’t know what happened or what did they do to him.I was shocked to find out they had no cameras or video of what happened.To make matters worse, legally they do not NEED to be licensed.Save time and your friend. Take your pet somewhere reputable that can be held responsible, not these kids with clippers.

Great and friendly service! Took my dog in this morning and they made me aware that since it's a holiday weekend, she'd be there a little longer than normal. But she was out within 4 hours which is comparable to PetSmart's wait time. Definitely bringing her back!

So far so good. I took my 2 fur babies to you guys a month ago. I asked for them to be shaved and tails cleaned up. They are Maltese and Maltese Shitsu mix so they are very high maintenance, indoor dogs. My regular groomer closed & my babies needed some extra tlc.Thank you for your fast, professional service. I just made our next appointment & I think I have found a new place to regularly bring my babies to.If you are looking for a place that does a great job and keeps the costs low by not having the "spa" like atmosphere & bells and whistles. Then this is the place for you.

I had an appointment for my dog and when i got there they didn't even know about my appointment, this is not a professional service. After 4 hours they called me to come and pick up my dog and they told me they were not able to cut his hair because he was getting to aggressive, so they told me that they were goin to charge me for the bath only (seriously) i didn't want just a bath on my dog for the price of $25 i can bath him at my house better. So if i don't pay the $25 they were not able give my dog. Do i have a choose. I lost $25. This guys are a rip off and not professional service. I will NEVER take my dog there.

Love this place, been taking my dog for a few years now and have never had a problem. Whenever I've needed him ready by a certain time, they've always made sure he was ready for pick-up earlier than expected. Everyone is really nice, and you definitely get your money's worth.

I Love taking my baby OSSO here!! For me its tge best place. Its up the street from my house and they are super sweet! The guy who makes the appointments is the nicest. My dog is a chow and I love how he looks when I pick him up. Thank you for taking care of my baby. Will be making an appointment. 🙏😊

I'm very impressed with the treatment we received today. I have been to many groomers before and they are over priced and disappointing. We have never been out so fast. My fur baby smells soooo.. good and his fur is so clean, very hard to achieve when you a pure white pup! The groomers were very understanding to our needs. So glad we came here. 😊🐶 sorry to hear that others didnt feel the same but I've paid top dollar before and didnt get the treatment we received today. Thank you #PROFESSIONALGROOMROOM

So far was going ok untill, their place is dirty & my dogs got a virus, i ask them polite to take care of the case since their plase is not sanatize or good maintenance. They where rude & didnt really seem to care for my dog health. Vets medicine & test came out to $1k My opinion is not the best place to take them.

Go somewhere else please. I specifically told them even before making the appt. that I wanted my dog shaved off and I got yes sir not a problem. I repeated myself when dropping him off and when I picked him up the dog is not shave off but still has hair and short. I have 2 pinchers and the other one is shaved off did it at home with a machine I bought at Walmart for dogs. I paid what they asked and they don't do what I've asked. I told the I'll pay them but this is the first and last time I come here.

The last time i sent my dog to get groomed he came back very sick. Another dog bit him, and he was dehydrated. He was not fed or given water for 8 hours. After he came back he could not walk . We had to take him to the vet he was in the verge of dying .

I bring my Pomeranian, Mr mocha here. THE groomers here cut him just the way I want him. like a lion....he comes out fabulous @ I recommend this place highly! AS a matter of fact I'm calling this morning for an appointment for mocha. Oh, by the way, he looks exactly like Fran Drescher's doggie. What a jewel!

My dog winston loves coming here. I would reccomend it to anyone. Ive been to tons of other groomers and he never wants to go back in i have to drag him. Hes an english bulldog so hes a big boy. Once he sees that were coming here its hilarious he walks in like he owns the place goes straight through both of their gates. Love this place wont go anywhere else

Yes these bad reviews are accurate. They had my dog for over 5 hours and added extra services to bring my bill up. .I also did not feel their attendants were professional at all.

I bring my dog here 10am until 6pm done its long time really suck. How did you keep 8 hours the dog like that when get home his hungry and thirst I really disappointed and some guys there very rude. Make appointment one day before I came there my name not there. It's not professional grooming really hated today...suck

With this COVID situation it had been a while our miniature schnauzer had a trim. They saved his beard but had to get rid of the skirt... they worked magic. We will be back!

Even if you have an appointment they will give your dog like 8 hours later. That's the only thing about this place. They are very good cutting hair

I took my 7 month cocker spaniel in, after a few hours I called to see if she was ready and sadly they said she was very nervous and never stopped barking, they didn't do anything to her. I was disappointed :-(
