I called the store to ask 1 question about returning 2 bags of shredded Kroger brand cheese totalling $4.00Whoever answeres my question on the phone said "no problem! Come right in..."I sent my husband in, he was refused the 4 dollar cheese return and given an attitude by the day manager who then accuses him of being dishonest and even so he said he cannot do returns that the reciept says are 3 days old ...Umm..that's NOT what Kroger return policy states, not what the employee told us on the phone, and upon searching online that time limit isn't states either.We had the products.We had our recipet.We had a phone number with a reward rad number.It was only 3 days.And my husband literally went from the entrance to the register to avoid any issues.So why did the manager flat out Refuse our measly $4 return?Food for less, please retrain your employees on policies and procedures and retrain and retrain again on how to deliver proper customer service to the customers who guarantee the employees retain employment and recieve a paycheck.Cause without us they would have neither.And we deserve a little respect, kindness and proper treatment while spending g our hard earned dollars at your stores when you are Not the only option to shop at.Disappointed and disgusted.

If I could I would give this place a negative 1. Went to go get food and found this in there fridge. All of there fridge had mold. Mold on all the racks and back of the racks.Not buying anything from here any more.

They open self check out now and is effective and I like it. There a person there she is so adorable and very polite. She is always smiling and greeting everyone. This woman is always happy. I admire her positive attitude and she makes my grocery shopping fun. I can’t remember her name but I’ll ask her next time I see her.

The guards are useless.One was falling asleep standing up.Another time one was too buzy on his cell phone.Another seems to be out of his mind chatting out loud movie scripts. HahahahaAnother one is obsessed scratching lotto tickets, never looking up.Maybe fire the security and hire more cashiers.Lines are too long.

I love shopping at FFL, the staff is great, the produce is good, the prices are less! But I want to share that some days ago while shopping there I forgot my wallet, I called today since my last transaction had been there and because my family insisted that I should go and check, I decided to give a call and they verified my name and informed me that it actually was there. I am so happy and I will forever shop there. Even the small cash $30 was still inside. Thank you very much to the personal. ❤️❤️❤️

The cashier Andrew has a great customer service. I love this food for less it is so clean and the employees are friendly. I had a great service from a gentleman in the meat department, older dark skin gentleman... he was very helpful and so was the cashier. Even if is a bit far from me i will most that definitely go ther from now on.

This food 4 less is wonderful! Always great customer service and smiling faces! I drive out of my way to have a better shopping experience. Unlike the one closer to home on Webb. It's nasty dirty and that's the attitude of the workers over there. They can learn a lot from this store

I was very satisfied with cashier Cynthia.P she was super friendly, she always puts a smile on my face when shopping at F4L. Always makes me want to return and receive her great customer service.she made sure i found everything i needed, there should be more cashiers like her. The shopping carts always pull to the right or the left the never roll straight .there's always somewhat long lines not enough cashiers or lines open. There are some MS placed items within the Isles. The Lipton ice tea powder drink mix is in aisle 7 where all the other instant powdered drink mixes coffees teas Coco's Etc are in aisle 2. Why that is I don't know go figure. Overall I did have a pleasant shopping experience they are usually stocked with all the varieties of different types of food.They're never short-handed and they always have good sales. Overall I give it a three out of five stars.

Good discounts. If you are picking up a few items, it's likely to be cheaper here than other supermarkets. No cutting coupons, no fumbling for discount cards. Which is good because I always seem to have the wrong discount card with me, and my phone number is not in the system, so I end up paying regular price. Here, the prices on display are already discounted so no need for discount cards. Just make sure to check if there is a minimum number of items you need to buy to get that deal. I don't do coupons, but I'd imagine it would work here on top of the store discounts. Here's a tip - they don't have discount cards, but you can use your Ralph's card at the register to earn points. 😊

They have a good variety for a food 4 less. If you can't find it the employees will always try and help. More than once I've been checking out and realized I forgot something and the cashier sends someone to grab it for me. They are so kind and helpful.

It's a great store, and not all cashiers speak Spanish Carlos, but who are we to put down our ancestry? Mexican Americans are descendants from Spanish speaking Mexican people anyway. Why put down your ancestry? The whole idea here is to save money hence we bag our own groceries, lines well find out a time when there isn't so many customers. I won't go on weekends, it's jam packed I for one have always shopped here and the stores before Food 4 less I have no problems...all . I personally have always have exceptional customer service Rachel Ortiz is one of the best, makes me feel welcomed in the store.. All in all it's a great store and if people don't like it shop elsewhere.

Just a good market. Nothing too special. Clean and organized. Friendly workers. Good deals. I think they have the most authentic rice, beans, and their red Salsa in the deli section for selling at a market. You gotta try it.

The workers are rude and this place is very inconsiderate for the customers who are in need of using electric carts to shop. I am dissabled on a temp basis but it is hard for me to walk and shop. I need to use a cart. Even the security guard is rude when i was trying to use one. I speak fluent Spanish. I understand everything being said.

Ok I’m giving this place a three based on a purchase that I made for Work. I came in there trying to pick up some sweet bread for Work. Which I typically go to the superior up the street, they opened a bit later so my only option was to buy it from here. The presentation was great the bread looked delicious I was even careful as to choose the most resent date so The bread wouldn’t be stale. I took it to work set it on the table I opened it and those things were as hard as a rock. I didn’t have time to change them. It was horrible embarrassing. Everyone was asking where I bought them and not in a good way.

First: the bakery is irresistibly tempting. The variaty of cheese cakes was surprising. And they always have a really good deal on croissants. You can get 12 for 4 or 5 dollars, and they are delish. Their milk is just under $3. I dare you to find a better price. If you do, make sure the milk is good. Their prices are just what I need, as I'm on disability. The choices in the frozen foods will leave you stuned and wandering around to make a choice. For sure don't go there hungry. Cause then you might want one of each. Good shopping place. Definitely. LA

I do most of my shopping here. Their prices are lower. I just have problem getting smaller roasts so I go home and cut things in 1/2 or cook and have left overs. Nice people and helpful.
