Very poor customer service. I came here out of convenience but the CVS at Woodman and Nordoff is 10x better. Just like similar comments- staff here is rude and blatant, very poor customer service. Did not assist me with finding the proper medications despite the number of times I expressed I didn’t know which medicine the doctor recommended for over the counter. As a patient we come here to get there guidance given there expertise and they put it on the customer to go seek there own. Great example that this place prefers sales over customer satisfaction.

Amazing costumer care service.. This young lady Christina is quick efficient and profesional. I always hope that I get served by her she knows her costumers.. She is bilingual which really helps when working here in Pacoima she is relatable and loves what she does .. Please give her a raise she diserves it. During these difficult times she needs to be recognized hopefully someone can share this review. Christina keep up the great work continue to be amazing

The CVS inside target is awesome. I've been using them for years and they have always been helpful and courteous. Prescriptions have always been ready on time. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I've tried for lower prices and I always come beck to them.

Some of the staff is nice. Mostly this cvs is a pain. They close unexpectedly, their hours are garbage.

Staff is horrendous .my mom prescriptions are always getting magically lost and blaming the patient as the victim of the situation for it toOccur. Not to mention, my pills are having to be missing and not have the full quantity of it . This is ridiculous, this pharmacy is a joke and needs to get it together.

Very flat service from their pharmacy technicians. I was told to go back home to bring back my prescription card. When I got back for pick up, a different technician said my card was already in file. There was no apology or explanation of why I was told to go back and forth.
