A nice place to pick up last minutes supply when other stores aren't open yet. I only come to this CVS when I need something last minute and I usually come early in the morning. I notice that this store isn't open 24/7 anymore. So I got here at 7am to get some cough drops and Gatorade. Everything was still in the same place and they have signs to help guide you. The store look somewhat organize and I was able to find everything I wanted. There was only 1 worker working when I went so I was able to just go to the cashier to pay for my items. They have a lot of parking spots in the plaza it's in but it can get busy at night time.

The pharmacy has the slowest service. Literally waited 40 mins in line with people coughing while they have one person at the register and 5 ppl working in the back

The worst customer service , I came to pick up a medicine and the stupid guy told me there is a cost and it’s fine for me so I told him I have a coupon he get mad and sent me to the other window where there is no one so I had to call the manager and she call someone and it takes about 30 minutes to pick my medicine the are rude

I initially had a prescription on the 11/10/23 and the guy behind the the pharmacy counter which I’am assuming he is the pharmacist since he has a headset and is the only one out of uniform his name is Andrew, he was totally rude, and poor tone of patient response, will most likely give you attitude in a indirect way, plus I had dropped off my prescription and his response was “we will have it ready for you tomorrow sorry”. Due to the fact that they were backed up which I totally I understand, my prescription was for a certain amount of tablets and I had to come back the following day me thinking they would of honored their accommodation and somehow they screwed up my medication and gave me 15 less and made me come twice and pay my remaining missing ones, mind you with a busy schedule it was inconvenient overall I didn’t mind the protocols just the fact how they addressed me and was being treated poorly not to mention the “medication goes through three sectors of verification” at least thats what the med-tech had mentioned how does this goes unseen ? if it gets inspected throughly?

The cashier Sim was very nice she told me the photo machine was broken but I needed the pictures today because I needed them for a baby shower today and she asked me if I wanted to print new ones on a different machine (I didn't know there was another machine) 10/10 customer service will be coming back again!!!!

If I could give 0 stars to the pharmacy I would. The employee at the pharmacy desk was by far the rudest, most uncaring, inconsiderate person I've ever dealt with at a pharmacy. In reading any positive reviews about the pharmacy here, I would have to guess they are friends of the employees. One of my daughters prescriptions was not covered and I was not informed before arriving, I tried calling before going in and there was no answer within 20 minutes of hold time. The girl at the desk gave me zero information about this, she was very short... usually you are given the cash price or told they can reach out to the doctor to ask about an alternate medication but no, nothing. She told me there were no alternative medications. She acted like she didn't want to be there. I then asked about the second medication and it still wasn't ready after about an hour and a half so I had them cancel the request. The pharmacy has a drive thru that should be open but was not because the lady said they were too busy but there was no line of customers waiting. I had my daughter with me fussy with fever from an ear infection and they could care less. I then called the doctor this morning and asked to send it to my usual pharmacy, Walgreens in Arleta and they had the first medication ready within 20 min and the second that was not covered being changed to an alternate prescription that is covered, which the CVS employee at the desk said didn't exist when I asked. CVS, although this location is not in the best area, customer service still matters when you are still making the same money off these customers as an upper class area!!! Hire better employees who aren't so rude and inconsiderate.

The woman manager and the front desk woman cashier tonight have a big ego trip. Just stopped by to grab aquaphor for my tattoo. And they had such an attitude problem. I didnt bring a lock for my miniature folding bike since I was only picking up one item and I've never had an issue with leaving my bike inside the store as long as its not in the way of guests. But these women made it seem as if I was riding inside the store, that it was policy to leave it outside despite me telling them I just need one thing and I don't have a lock with me. This area is already sketchy let alone at night. I understand theyre worried for their safety but the last thing we as customers need to feel is like we're criminals just because we're shopping.They even came out to watch me as I applied the aquaphoras if im doing something wrong... Retrain the closing crew please.

This CVS Branch is so horrible that I need to make a comment today. I called several times to check if my prescription is ready and they keep on telling me that it would be ready within two hours. First, I called at 12 noon today. They put me on hold for almost 25 minutes when I was told that there is only one phone call ahead of me. I have to use another phone and asked for the store manager to have someone answer phone calls since it’s been 25 minutes ago. All I need to know is when my prescription will be ready. I was told within 2 hours. I called again by 2:35 pm and asked for it again. First, I was told that my doctor has not called in yet for my prescription. So I insists for this lady to check and there it was it’s been received by this pharmacy and did not filled it in yet. I was told to wait for another two hours. I told them that I am having difficulty breathing and I need my prescription. How many sets of two hours before they could fill it in. What kind of people runs this pharmacy? This is the closest pharmacy I have and the service is very poor. I used to fill in my prescription refills to this branch and I got tired of their excuses so I left and have all my refills handled by Optum RX. I have a better chance to have my refill done properly than coming to this place. Once in a while I go to this place when it’s urgent. It’s just so annoying that when you need your prescription right away no one wants to fill in the prescription. I told the lady that I spoke to that I am going to write a review about their branch. It seems that they don’t care. So here am I writing a review.

I don't usually leave reviews but I was so blown away by this I had just had to share. I volunteer for a senior dog rescue and am currently fostering a 12 year old dog with glaucoma and heart failure. Today when I went to pick up eye drops for her, I was informed that the pharmacist had paid for the drops for me. It was such a kind gesture because these drops are not cheap, they were almost $50. It was such a nice surprise as dealing with all her medical issues lately has been really hard and I'm only a college kid. Really shows that there are kind people out there who do nice things just because they can! Junie says thank you <3

I was on hold for over an hour only to be disconnected. I call back and finally get through after another half hour only to be told that they were busy and my meds would be ready the next day. Went to a different pharmacy and got all my prescriptions refilled in under an hour. Additionally the pharmacy staff there is rude. They act like they're doing you a favor. I will gladly have my insurance pay someone else!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY!!! I've only been here twice and that's more than enough. This pharmacy is messy and unorganized! The first time they could not find my sons prescription. The second time I had the worst costumer service! Violet is a rude and uncaring person. When I went to pick up my son's medications i realized that they gave me the wrong medication. I went back and she tried to tell me that's what was on the prescription, no Violet it was not, before dropping off the prescription I double checked everything and it was good. I let her know that I know for sure that medication was NOT prescribed. Then she tried to tell me that maybe the Dr. call and added it. Again, no violet he did not, there is no way as that medication has nothing to do with my son's condition. They were also missing the most important medication that my son needs! So she tells me there's nothing more she can do today as it's already closing time so I'd have to come back tomorrow. Violet it is not my son's fault that you guys messed up! He needs his medication and you could care less. This is not where this lady should be working, putting people's lives in danger!

First let me give a big shout out to the pharmacy department. Excellent staff! Special thanks to Violet, who was so concerned about my baby's health that she actually came out to show support to my daughter while she took her antibiotic at the pharmacy. The head pharmacist took a few minutes to explain how the treatment will go, and the clerks at the register was super helpful. This took place on Wednesday April 26th at 9pm. Keep your staff CVS, they are awesome! Thank you for caring. Thank you Violet for being so sweet.

Needed to buy a couple batteries for gate remotes the total was $18.16 .I had opened one package before I found and ordered 2 of the same brand Duracell 21/23 the total with tax was $4.87 thru Amazon so I decided to take the other one back and get my $8.29 + tax back. They wouldn't give me my money back because I didn't have an id and they wouldn't accept a picture in my phone of my valid ID that I need to replace. One lady said something about store credit ??? I paid cash and because of the HUGE difference in prices I wanted to recover some of that money. I feel like I got Robbed !!!

Horrible Pharmacy - careless employees, lack of explanations & directions, terrible experience. I went there for the drive-thru COVID test. No signs or anything to explain that you need to go thru the actually pharmacy drive-thru window. At the window cannot hear the person inside, seeing it thru a glary window, no indications of how to perform the test myself. My test cam back as inconclusive and need to reschedule, the sample was not good - what a joke!

So I been coming here for more than 15 years. I have never had an issue with this place only a 45 min wait time at times. Today I went to pick up my meds as I do every month. When I approached the pharmacists he told me something was wrong with my insurance. That was a joke as I work for a big healthcare company. So I had to go an talked to a different person. I was told I had a 50 dollar copayment for some medication I don't pay co payments for as its cover by my insurance. Let's just say my medication is not cheap as it costed over 1500 a month. Then I had another co payment of 150 for another medication. I told the lady that was helping me can you please take a look into it because I never pay any co payments. To make story short she made me wait for about 1 hr. At the end she told me that I had to call my insurance and figure it out myself. Because I had a co payment and that's something everyone must pay. I was upset at this time now as I kept on asking for my insurance card back many times. So I told her to please cancel my preascription and that I was taking my business else where. I took off, called my fri nds pharmacy I have work with and in 30 minutes I had my medication deliver to my house her pharmacys name is QHI. Since I guess CVS did not want my over 15000 a year I decided to move on.

Open 24 hours is the only thing I like about this location. When ever there is something needed that might come up during the middle of the night you can definitely count of this place to be open and having it. The downside to it is that the staff is slow, some times too slow to get people thru at the cashiers and out on their way home. Often only one register is open making the slow down even worse. maybe they can schedule more people to be n staff to help or the managers can step in when needed more often

Horrible experience! I was looking for cosmetics which I found them but everything has security lock...so I went up to the cashier wich by the way I made sure he was not busy...and I asked him if someone could assist me...he said sure someone will be right there...I went back to cosmetics section...a couple of minutes go by...and nothing so I decided to go check if anyone was coming to assist me and both of the cashiers were standing gossiping instead of doing what they get paid for perform. So I said thank you and he responded someone will help you ... I said just keep talking...and walked out...I could understand if they were busy... But they were just laughing continuing their conversation rather than assisting customers. It'ss sad to see that there's no customer service anymore at all... Good thing not only CVS sells what I was looking for...but this was pure PROOF that there's a lot of work...but people don't like to work! They are just there pretending. Horrible customer service... No supervision what so ever!

We have been specially happy with the Pharmacist, Tina she goes out of her way to make us feel important. Tina always remembers our names and is smiling all of the time. It makes our time picking up our medicine a real treat. The 5 stars are for her and the other great people that work here.

Dont go to the pharmacy is the worse waiting for hrs just to pick up. The first time I went I though it was just that time but it’s been 4 times and same just to pick up waited 1 hr!!! Horrible they should lay off every one in there since they are so unorganized. Just to clarify is only the pharmacy.

Pharmacy Dept... Sucks.. 4 min late to get an urgent medication and they just said we are closed.. They were attending the last customer, Didn’t even bother to make an exception for us!We even told them someone was suppose to call to let us know the medication was ready and no one did! Over all very disappointed!

The worst and I mean the worst service in the pharmacy. I waited an hour in line to be told my meds weren't ready but the girl said " I'll expedite it it will only take 5 minutes 10 at the most" waited another 45 minutes for them to tell me they had to call the Dr. It was 9:30 pm. What a joke! I'll be changing pharmacies immediately!

This place is HORRIBLE! The wait is always ridiculous, they seem understaffed. They sent me home yesterday without 3 of my prescriptions and didn't even mentioned that it wasn't in stock and would come in today.

They NEVER answer their phone. I've been on hold so many times for close to an hour and it just gets disconnected. Everyone is nice when you go there, but it is SO inconvenient.
