they discontinued the carts, and they yell at customers now.Saw an older lady in a wheelchair with her husband, older couple.I didn’t have a cart since that store had only 3 in total. I would have gave them one.The older couple asked for the cart the employee had. The employee stated no, it’s not my responsibility anymore to help you.Older lady said but I’m a paying customer and disabled. Employee said I DONT CARE.What did this world come too? Why did it have to come to the point you said that? Both of the older couple went around the store and couldn’t hold anything. I offered to help but they were too upset.

Service good, items good, facilities good. Be aware they round up the price to the next dollar or cent, they charge you taxes on it and they keep the change. I was charged 23 cents extra just on 1 purchase. Imagine how much they make at the end of the day? Just food for thought.

Great place to shop, love this 99Yes, sometimes the house less can be sketchy and people stealing sometimes.There's an old lady cashier with long nails with rude attitude and super slow.Worse cashier there ever, we always try to avoid her. This place shouldn't be called the 99 cent store, this place should be called the $1.99 and above store. Many of there merchandise are above the price. The store name itself defeats it's own purpose lol. I still shop here because it's inexpensive. I like how it's cleaned and organized. And there staff is very friendly.

Love the name brand foods, wish the prices wouldn't keep going up and beyond the regular store prices, loved coming here before regular market shopping because if save alot, but over last 3 to 5 years prices have increased alot(due to theft & economy(more due to theft) and its like im competing by pennies on the dollar to shop at the 99c or regular food chain.

I understand inflation is causing a rise in pricing and I understand the store no longer being the 99Cent Only Store but what made me rate this store so low wasnt the long lines because they don’t hire enough cashiers nor the neglected store itself. It was the fact that a lot of items are missing price tags leading to price shock at the register.Broken frames for $8 when Target and Walmart have the same or better quality for just $2 more and they’re not BROKEN. THE WOMAN buying before me in line was shocked when her oil came out to $8.99.Because they don’t show prices for all items.

I been a costumer at this store for many year and I think that the costumer services as gone from bad to worst I wass doing some shopping on Monday 9-18-2023 and I saw this costumer at the register whit 4 items the costumer mention to the cahiers that he grap the merchandise where the sing say two for 3 dollars and the cashier begung arguments not they are 3 for 3 dollars she even toll the costumer to learm how to read she wass so rud and nasty and the end the costumer was rigth the items were 2 for 3 dollars but he dint ged it because the sale end the day before , I work for retail for 20 years if the sing say 2 for 3 dollars you have to give it to me I dont care when the sales end the sign still there I hope that I never get to be services by this associate because it she do that to me she is going to get it i will make it a huge deal and I will take it to court for missleading the costumers . and one more thing when you look for the manager is allway in the limbo no way to find it.I hope you read this and when you hire a associate take time to give it them some traning PEOPLE SKILL and people RESPECT. ..Julio Perez

The store isn’t the worse, I’ve seen worse but it is definitely outdated and could use some revamping. The reason I score it so low is because the last 4-5 times I’ve been there, there aren’t any carts which makes for a quick small trip and I am unable to get everything I need. And the second reason for the low score is that I have been shopping there for years and the cashiers just are not friendly, they don’t greet you or hardly say thank you. I’m bagging my own groceries and they just push me aside to get to the next customer. Now I wait to pay until I’ve finished bagging so I’m not treated like I don’t matter once I pay.

An ok experience. We found what we were looking for. Cashier seemed in a friendly mood but others seemed either a bit down because they were working on a holiday or they were just in a bad mood. Maybe they had encountered an equally disgruntled customer. 99 Cent store remains the same. Some fun things, some not so much. Price increase has taken some of the "fun" away but there are still good deals. 04/24/23. Still a good place to find things but with the cutbacks in employees it is much harder to know what an item is actually priced at.

Don't go to this store unless you really need something or other similar stores are not within your reach. There was a lot of sketchy people including one that was drinking alcohol and possibly urinating in the middle of the store.

Spacious store, cheap products like any other 99 cent store. The only difference is the fact that the staff look really bored 24/7, makes me feel bad for them. They do sell taco's at night outside the store so there's that to look forward to.

Good selection of merchandise, they have quite a few items I've not seen at most 99 Cent stores. Would have given them a 5-star rating but there was only 1 regular & 1 express register open & there was at least 6 or 7 people in each line.

I do not recommend going here for quick shopping. For me, this store is on par with Ikea. Went in and disappeared for half a day. I have never left here empty-handed due to the fact that all the goods are quite cheap. I like a large selection of fresh vegetables here

Total failure in management. Under the pressure of total systems failure this stores employees treated customers horribly when having to announce cash only Myself like many who had spent time shopping were faced with having to leave to get cash or leave their cart. It was also done without grace on the management or employees part but they announced it once and then I watched many customers who didn't hear it or came in after become extremely upset over not being able to use a credit card to which the employees had no manners to responding to customers whether they were angry or not there is definitely a way to handle crisis and this store failed. I started to leave and came back and asked if they would take checks I became aware by the cashier's response she didn't even know what to do with my question. So I again walked out and drove to a place where I could take cash and came back. After my return I resumed shopping and spent more time in making more of my purchase. Lines were long people's patients were short. During checkout I asked for all the small ceramic pots which I bought many of to be wrapped so they would not break Cashier said they do not wrap anymore. I had just come from another 99 store looking for a specific thing and they wrapped without me even asking. I had to drive extra far to this particular location to find what I was looking for I had many breakables that needed wrapping or they would break and chip simply and transport I asked for a box but I came up against resistance for any type of customer service so I asked for a manager again resistance I was told the manager would not come I was told she had called 3 times at that point I was holding up the line and I wasn't noving as it seemed the only way to get some action finally the manager came again arguing not trying to appease a customer particularly in the entire light of the situation and I said I had no patience she stopped me and said she had no patience and she would wrap everything. But only this one time. There are so many remedies here one starts with employees treating customers nicer under pressure. Things happened customers would understand if you do the right thing Clearly they were not prepared for any of this additionally the 99 cent store now usually uses paper towels to rap things just in light of the situation the manager should have simply opened up a pack and offered to have things wrapped give it to me to wrap anything just to make things smoother but she was not emotionally mentally or life experienced equipped enough to know what to do. The 99 cent store prices have gone up exponentially it is no longer a 99 cent store in truth the foundation of why other stores became competitive. The price points are outrageous many of rhe times because of the amount that the increases have been Anywhere from 25% up to a 1000% to things we were used to buying for 99 cents. I know I will be visiting store much less it's less and spending much less money it's money not because of the current recession Because the 99 cent store fails on too many occasions to care about their customer.

😞 If you are like me and you haven't been inside a 99 Cents Only store recently, your in for a big disappointment and surprise. The supply chain and freight backlog on getting things to the market for "us", the consumers has apparently been creating shortages to the 99 Cent Only stores for what I am accustomed to finding there. Some shelves were spars and even one that was completely empty. I noticed that they have had to substitute product selections with many items that I consider to be too expensive for this operation for what the consumer expects to spend here. I hope things improve for them so we can find what we are accustomed to and product selections in the price range we expect from them.
