This store was open on Easter which I appreciate because my wife forgot a few things and both Target and Costco were closed. It was crowded with only 1 cashier which was annoying but he was pretty quick at the register. It was fairly clean in most areas/ a few areas not so much. If you go there expecting it to be dollar tree- cheap but you get what you pay for, then it's OK.

I like the store. The employees are sort of sloppy and unprofessional, but they have very limited training and are not well motivated or managed......under the circumstances. I am glad the Dollar Tree is there !!!

I honestly would prefer to shop local, but unfortunately due to the price of living it makes it very hard. I have to say that this Dollar tree is my favorite. Most of the time they have a large variety of items, and staff is helpful and polite. There are lots of crafting items, food , stationary and wrapping paper, cleaning supplies and personal hygiene supplies. One thing we are lacking a bit is on dishes, and HomeGoods. Other than that it's pretty decent dollar tree.

Very nice store. Nicer/cleaner than others I have visited. I found everything I was looking for pretty easily. The staff were very friendly and did their best as the lines quickly got out of control. I was able to find what I needed, and some things I didn't need, and able to leave within a reasonable amount of time.

It was terrible one cashier over 30 people line about a 30 minute wait while the manager is in back doing inventory people were crowed in line (over 20+ people mind you) like cattle totally unacceptable. I had to go in back of store and tell the "manager" excuse me but there is over 20 customers in line she took all of 15mins to assist never once apologizing for the inconvenient situation that we the customers experienced. They need to hire more staff asap.And the manager needs to be retrained to learn that you do not stock during long waits in line especially when you only have one cashier on the floor is she not familiar with the buddy system?Never leave a cashier alone in a busy store. Stocking can wait until business slows down.I am a Manager so i speak from experience Respectively.

Great Dollar Tree store. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lady working there Renee went to check their backroom stock for items they had ran out up front, twice! I was surprised how nice she was considering the clientele seems rough. I definitely recommend going to this particular dollar tree!!

This is second chance visit and total fail the store was dead. Maybe 5 people in store. We went to cashier and stood there. After awhile I asked if she was open. She said no go over there. We went to check out with no one there. While we were standing there she waved a man behind us to go through. It was blatant she diidnt want to wait on us. My husband felt is was prejudice against him and he got upset for good reason.finally a manager showed up to check us out and by that time I was ready to walk out but let the manager know we felt what she did was wrong. Well imagine...he stood behind his cashier said she was never a cashier before and it was her first day. He thought we were unreasable. Ok why put someone on the floor that has no clue what they are doing? He can do that and she can be as rude as she likes. We will never return. And due to the way she treated us I would say she would be happy we did not come back.

Great place. Organized. Sales associates are kind and helpful. Bigger store then in Eureka. Eureka store has nice staff who are just as helpful. Store isn't as organized. Frozen food selection is limited. Larger volume of shoppers no doubt. Non the less still great for bargains, necessities and being there for the community. Thanks to you all!

Been to a lot of Dollar Tree stores, and almost all have good staff. Not this one. Every time I have come here, the staff, and especially the managers, have been rude. Two times I made exchanges or inquiries, and they lost my receipt. The final straw was how dismissive and condescending they were about an issue over a coupon redemption. Awful store. If you go here, buyer beware if you need an exchange or anything other than a sale, and even then you might need some luck.

located inside shopping center near my hotel. Employees are helpful and store is conveniently stocked. You definitely get more bang for your $$$I disagree with other reviews that stated they felt unsafe, due to the homeless people that locate the area. The homeless community are just people too, they are harmless people who need the communities help to get off the streets! Come on people your reviews make you appear "stuck up"! Shame on you, grow up!!!!Thank you dollar tree store and staff!!

Like any dollar tree very busy and very dirty. But they had a great selection of items for normal day to day use and they had a wide variety of seasonal items for Valentine’s Day. Wasn’t the cleanest store but for a dollar tree is was neat and the customer service was nice and helpful.

Didn't have the item that I went there to get (although I know that other locations always have this item in stock). Usually this Dollar Tree location carries a lot of things other locations do not but today I was very disappointed. Selection seemed sparce & there didn't seem to be anything that really screamed at me to buy it. This was an exceptionally odd day for me at the Dollar Tree. I usually love this particular location.

Nice store, but a lot of pan handlers hang out there outside and in the store. B.O. is definitely an issue, because you can smell the people while you shop. I don't go to the Dollqr Tree often.

Lots of low cost finds, gifts, and supplies at this Dollar Tree. Has very convenient ADA parking in front of store, plenty of parking, and a nearby Jitterbean.

Besides being a bigger store, the stock on supplies is always somehow less then what smaller stores have, the isles on how stuff is set up, and im sure its corporate set up is very weird. they need to cater to set up on the store shape. its a mess on that. Staff.. could be better.. some are very nice , some are not at all and follow you if they think your stealing . its not friendly at all.

These two lady’s named kim and cheri were being really rude to me and my friend, we were in the store buying some things like normal customers and they were talking amongst themselves saying that they wanted to open my friends backpack which she had on to see if she was stealing anything I understand that wearing a backpack is a little sketchy but we were certainly not stealing,we had money. We had also asked them if we could place our bikes inside the store since we didn’t bring a lock for them and they replied with a no because they wouldn’t be taking care of them, keep in mind that we didn’t ask them to take care of them. They gave us a face of disgust which was very disrespectful to me and my friend, we did not feel welcome. Maybe they were having a bad day but this shouldn’t be happening to people.

Almost had everything I needed. They need to get a handicap scooter.Update a couple of inventory workers contracted by the store were rude and belligerent to myself and my granddaughter. Wanted to add another review. A sales associate had to be asked to come and help with opening up another check stand. She began to take customers who got in her line. The original checker had app 10 customers in her line so instead of saying that she would take the next customer in line she left the one's who had been standing in line where they were instead of helping them.

What do you expect. It's a Dollar Store. A lady just ignored us as she counted cash and didnt even say "one moment. I will be right with you" or something along those lines. Just rude.The other guy we asked just walked away as he blurted out where something might be. But hey we shouldn'tt have expected anything different. Its a doar store

This stores weekend employees are not helpful at all. My wife lost her wallet in the store, and instead of being helpful i was forcibly told to leave the premises for looking for myself. And when i asked them to watch the security footage got a stale remark about needing a police report. A police officer will not look for a lost wallet.

The people that shop there should be buying soap because they stink or need to clean up their act. It's in a poor location. Needs a security guard. This was the 2nd time I've been in the store and witnessed threating and aggressive behavior between customers.

Pretty good bang for your buck, literally. Lots of homeless around the area so not always a place I feel safe since some panhandlers are super aggressive. Lots of fun stuff for a buck though!

Overall a good experience. Found what I needed & wanted & some extra things. However, I couldn't buy a pair of fuzzy flip flops & the cashier said there was no explanation so that was weird & slightly annoying.

Got in line and was attacked by some lady that left her basket there and left to find her kid. I wasnt aware that you were allowed to leave the line and come back to the same spot like that, either way the employee never said anything while the lady attacked us until it started to get heated. You could have told us that lady was already there and asked us to let her go ahead (even though we had two items and she had a basket full plus what she got when she left) or you could have said something to the lady attacking. Poorly managed.

This is a good Dollar Tree with clean aisles and a fridge/freezer case in the back. My favorite thing to get here are the craft sodas!

DOG FRIENDLY if you have a well behaved dog and ask permission. This is a typical dollar store. I find it sometimes cluttered and hard to get around, but it usually has that one thing you are looking for.
