Brought my Lucy to get groomed today. It was her first time! They were so patient with her and so caring. My cat was not happy with being shaved but they made it work. They kept me updated throughout her appointment and let me know what was going on. Upon pick up they also explained her behavior and process once again. Love their communication and how much they care for Lucy. Definitely scheduling future appointments for my other 2 cats. 10/10 highly recommend!🐾🐈🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛💛

Great service at a reasonable price! I was worried since my cat can get fairly aggressive though the groomer (Noelia) did a fantastic job with him. Make sure to bring proof of vaccination on your first visit!

I wouldn't bring my pet here if they paid me to. I was told I didn't need documentation of rabies shot for my dog even though I had it. The lady said 'Just know when you he had the shot, when it expired, and your ok; documentation isn't necessary(which I ensure to ask) .. I get here on date of service & receptionist is telling me I need documentation which isn't a problem, supply the vet info (who happens to be closed --it Sunday), and story is still otherwise... it's the gas and the time I took to bring my dog, when my time could have been applied elsewhere. Above all, receptionist gave me attitude & when I asked for the supervisor number, I am given a card, called and she answers! supervisor is Christopher Jackson, but I an sure he is unavailable; he cannot even get his staff in oversight of his operations on the same page on what they tell potential and most likely current customers. I will also be going on Facebook to leave a bad comment/review in regards to the service and disrespect I received today.

I have taken my dog to big pet stores to be groomed, small more expensive grooming boutiques. I have never been happy with how my dog has turned out. I meet Chris and WCGA had him work on my toy poodle, I have never been happier with how my dog looks not only is it more cost effective to go to WCGA but my dog loves to go, and everyone genuinely loves what they are doing and it shows from the moment you walk in. So if you are even on the fence about trusting your dog to WCGA, I'll say you have nothing to worry about except for being excited on when you get your dog back and see what great work has been done.
