It was our first time at this mall and we really liked it. We love going to malls we haven’t been to before, especially a two-story mall. There were a lot of shops, but the big thing that they had here was food. There are so many places to eat at, if anything, if we would go back to try the food. We saw a lot of Asian food mostly and all of it looked good. The hard part would be trying to pick out what we would want to try first.Along with the mall, there’s a 99 market attached to it, along with the cheesecake factory being right next to it, a Dave & Buster’s, and a bowling alley.It’s a big mall, it was fun to walk around in and we were there for four hours.

Come here all the time and chill, it's a great place to hang out during charging or just kill time waiting for orders doing side hustle jobs. I come here pretty often since I was a kid till now.

This mall has all the big department stores, AMC movie theater, Dave n Busters arcade/restaurant, bowling alley, play area for small children, plenty of food options, lots of parking, they even offer valet parking. Its all decorated for Christmas now with nice decorations also. Great place to shop and/or eat or just to go for some entertainment.

In times when the whole concept of a shopping mall seems to be dying, and large malls in American seems to be a thing of bygone days (i.e. the 90's), the Shops at Santa Anita stands proud and defiant as a great testament to how fun, engaging and distinctive malls can be. As one of the few third places remaining for social interaction and just hanging out with others, the mall in general, and this mall in particular fulfills that role super well. With clothing stores, book stores, anime stores, a great bowling alley and a myriad of food choices, both in its food court and sprinkled throughout, this Mall is the one-stop-shop for many, since, no matter when I go, it's always bustling with activity and movement. Highly-recommended place to do some shopping! 🛍

1st time here and loved it, if you love plants there's an awesome stall there with something for everyone whether you're experienced or a beginner. Very kind, knowledgeable, and the plants are thriving. I left with a cool climbing onion plant I haven't seen before and had to leave some really cool ones behind.

The mall is huge and very nice inside. I had difficulty finding parking , but right as I was leaving, I found a spot everyone missed . So I was lucky at the last second we were leaving. We came for the Fun box. My first time at this mall. Too busy and the parking is almost impossible to find.

This place has a great Asian themed area with food options resembling those which could likely be found on a "typical" Asian street scene. I really enjoyed the theming here. Fun place to check out while you are waiting around or exploring the rest of the Mall.

There are many brands in this shopping center, including fast fashion, sporting goods, household goods, clothes, shoes, bags, and food. The public space is very wide and makes people feel comfortable when shopping, and there is also enough rest area inside where you can sit when you are tired from shopping

My partner and I loved visiting The Shops at SA. There's more than 200+ stores along with two stories for the entirety. There is a parking garage and parking lots, but it can get full easily with there being 99 Ranch, a lot of cute shops including K+Pop, Tokyo Lifestyle, Neko Stop, a couple of anime stores, Miniso, Uniqlo and various shopping retail brands such as H&M and Forever 21.When you walk around inside, there is plenty of walking space along with having an expansive food court along with a Bowlero and AMC.

Probably one of my favorite Westfield locations in the Los Angeles area. It does get extremely crowded on the weekend, so make time to find parking. Some of the old favorites that have gone out of business have been replaced with multiple establishments that are similar and cater to the demographics of the area. Not necessarily a bad thing, but the mall has lost some variety and charm because of this.

This is such a clean mall and the air-conditioning works great. It is a good mall for the senior citizens to walk around to get exercise. Plenty of places to shop and eat. This is a very safe facility. Lots of parking. Many stores have opened up from the pandemic. Great news.

I love this mall. It is very lovely and has a variety of stores including major stores like Macy's. The food court and the AMC movie theater are great!

This mall was great. So clean to story mall with so many options. And it being right next to the horse track makes it perfect for the wives who like to shop or who just don't like the horse racing. The prices were very affordable. The food selection huge as well as fun for the kids. Lot of things to do and see. People there were kind,polite,and nice. To many deals to choose from. Had to go back each day we were here. But if the deals don't call you in or call out to ya. Then the smells from the food court in and out all through the mall will. Amazing smells and food. A must visit place.

It one of the few thriving malls that are still around. With that said it has all your typical mall stores. Nothing really out of the ordinary here. When the mall gets packed it really gets packed and parking can become quite a chore looking for a spot. I've have encountered so many impatient, inconsiderate drivers here when searching for parking and this isn't just once or twice. Inside the mall itself is , well, a jungle on busy days. Lots of people, lots of kids and my god, those damn strollers....beware of the strollers! As I said the shops offered here are not unique so I prefer to order what I need online that have to deal with the insanity of this place OR if you want to catch some sort of illness since apparently people have no manners when it comes to coughing or sneezing. Location: Good, Parking: Okay, Public bathrooms: yes, restaurants: yes, bowling alley: yes, Dave and Busters:yes, AMC Theatres: yes, Overall: This location to me is unique for it's cultural additions that add a little more. I did not see a music store and wonder if those are gone forever. I am surprised this establishment has not added solar covers to the many existing outer parking spaces. Would I come here again, yes. Just to see what is added in next

This looks like a huge mall because it took forever to find parking and there was a scientology event in the next parking lot over! The inside wasn't that crowded but it has basically anything you would want! So many options for kids and fun birthday places for adults! Will probably be back for food!

The mall itself is one of the best I've been to but the retailers that work there are quite unfriendly to me. No one smiled. Some barely said goodbye and they all looked like they didn't want to be bothered. It wasn't just customer service lacking, they were actually rude. Nordstrom, JC penny, Macy's, H&M and Claire's. It gets 3 stars for the niceness of the mall itself. Customer service deserves no stars from the places mentioned above where we spent money.

Do not take your kids to the outdoor playground area. The mall does not maintain the area well. Many damage and expose part of structure will injure your child. The foam are expose and metal parts are as well.

This review is for Irwanto Key kiosk by the food court, not the entire mall. I give 5 stars not because the guy is an Indonesian fellow. I didn’t know him and we’ve just met when I made my Prius Prime smart key with him. He charged me half of dealer’s price and he only needed 30 amazingly minutes, while dealer asked for one day long from early morning to evening.You did a great job and made my day! Terima kasih!

Generally lovely mix of tenants but restrooms and several seating areas were quite dirty.. appreciating many open spaces and artistically lit areas so could enjoy semi outdoor shopping and strolling in daytime and evening alike. (2018: 4 stars)Revisited May 2019, evident that the mall has undergone some lovely sprucing up. Much cleaner and many comfy sleek seating spaces. Noticed a lot of exciting new tenants (the famous Hai Di Lao hotpot amongst other Asian restaurants).

This huge mall is superbly designed, and located in a highly picturesque spot. It has a nice open architecture exterior and interior. If it is crowded like on holidays and weekends, you won’t get the the added claustrophobia effect from the low ceilings like some smaller malls. If your favorite store has a shop here, I would recommend shopping here for the better experience it offers.

Big mall with lots to do, right next to the racetrack. Lots of parking. Fun festive decorations. Bathrooms were relatively clean, interior was really spacious. Some great shops to check out. Pretty standard stuff.
